As you can see it reaches an opinions average is really positive, and it's founded on a large number of opinions, so we may think that the valuation is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to give their score when they are pleased with the service, it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to set tatings when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
I am specifically reviewing the kids' play center. The play center has only one entrance/exit, which I love. It's a fun activity center with equipment to climb on and under. It's a great place to stop by when shopping with young children who NEED to have a break.
Dont really have nothing
it’s fun but it closes so early on sunday
Enjoyed the day out; but felt so bad for shop owners. So many owners & so few shoppers. Made me sad for the economy. Internet shopping is the destruction of so many sm shops & old mall's we've relied on for so long.
We didn't go to White Oaks Mall we went to Texas Roadhouse, the worst place to eat, they can't cook steaks and the drinks were cheap
Great mall shaped like a giant X. One point off because there's no more Aladdin's Castle.
If you got money to spend go here.
Best mall in central Illinois, but a reminder of the declining era of shopping malls.
YOU CAN FIND JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU NEED, SO FRIENDLY
Very nicely located mall with massive stores.. Wheelchair assisstance was provided instantly when required.. Play place was perfect. Parking was huge to cater large crowd.. Highly recommended
Great Mall, full of great stores. Pretty much can find anything you're looking for. And with all the fun stuff for kids to do, makes a more pleasant shopping experience for the whole family. Not only does the little train entertain the kiddos, it makes a great shuttle from one side of the mall to the other ~ in half the time. One of the best times to see the mall, as well as catching some great deals, is Christmas! Beautifully decorated for Santa's visit and all the splendor of Christmas. However, don't go hungry! The most disappointing thing about the mall, is the food court! EXTREMELY limited choices.. almost almost non-existent.
Need more stores and more entertaining stuff also they need more food options at the food court...
Didn't know it was an indoor Mall.love love love that.i can shop til I'm hungry, eat, and shop or walk around,,,, indoors! And the carousel is beautiful. The play area is nice.
A great selection of stores to shop and spend time with other like minded people.
Love this mall even if it is on the small side.
I love this mall! Lots of shops at great prices!
I'm not a fan of the Mall any more. It's seen it's glory and now it's gone.
Nice place for seasonal bargains and clearance times
Typical mall. Caters to younger crowd, lost some big retailers in Sears and Bergners. Decent food court.
It's a very nice places for families and friends to hangout at on the weekends
Pretty empty for stores. Employees in what stores are there where rude.
Didn't go through out the mall.
My husband and I went to YouYou Spa for foot massages. It was a wonderful experience. We had 2 gentleman massage therapists and they knew what they were doing. They didn't just follow a routine they honed in on our individual body issues and it was every bit as good as a full body massage. We left feeling amazing. We had the 30 min massage and can't wait to go back next time for an hour. I would highly recommend it.
Sucks all the big and good stores are gone
Nice variety of stores.
A lot of stores have closed that I liked
Many different choices and positive atmosphere
Great movie theater everything else is dead.
Malls are dying. This one is no different.
Our mall needs helo Jesus! Period! Save it!
Still a good place to go but with the lack of businesses it isn't what it once was.
I think I saw a tumbleweed rolling down the aisle
Variety of stores and items. Food court and fun to just hang out in.
It's a small mall and has the basics. I believe the most expensive store in the mall is Michael Kors. Their is Victoria's secret and helzberg diamonds and I think another jewelry store as well. Their is a small food court with 6 0r 5 places to choose from. Their is also a train that takes kids around the lowerevel of the mall for like 5 bucks, also a play area they can take a break at.
White oaks mall is so funny to hang out at
Like most malls, too many empty stores but it's our fault. People will shop in the stores to find what they like then buy on line to get a better price.
Everyone else knows this mall is dying. It's a shell of it's former self.
We don't go there in the 70s they put Downtown out of business,,. Now look there all going out of business, good luck though, will make a great entertainment facilities
Great place to do indoor walking, great new coffee shop foamed up coffee. Great coffee
This was the most depressing mall that i have ever walked into. All the stores there are pretty much similar. With a very select few being different or unique stores. Other than those stores, half of the shops in the mall are shut down. The mall staff look like they don't wanna be there either. This is the only mall in Springfield though, so i guess i had to make do. Just... so sad.
Yankee candle the manager was in there and very helpful to me helped me pick out my granddaughters candles for her birthday thank you so much Yankee candle
Malls are just a bit over rated anymore . The kids enjoy going these days, however it's not as fun with the lack of businesses.
It has a lot of my favorite stores. Good variety and near everything
Nice place kid friendly handicap accessible
Good place to find unique gifts but the bigger stores are leaving.
Small mall, has everything you need though and great people prices are fantastic.
This mall is super lame
There seemed to be more empty/vacant stores than there were occupied/shoppable ones. Was very disappointed to say the least.
It was ok. I was visiting for the weekend.
Lots of stores better than Eastland Mall
This, like so many other malls, is not what it used to be. While there are still some stores worth visiting at the mall, two of the major hubs have closed their doors. That last time I visited I noticed many vacant spots. Malls closed downtown areas in smaller communities years ago. Now the opposite is happening. W.O.M needs some new energy or its doomed.
Stores constantly closing and nothing new coming little variety
It's a decent mall, probably the best one in Central Illinois. Lots of decent stores, nice food court also. I make visit here all the time when I'm needing something to do.
Really love this mall. They still have great stores, food court, etc.
The mall makes me depressed. I wish there were more stores.
It's getting pretty empty
Nice clean mall.
Went just for the Hallmark store a very good store employes friendly helpful.
Clean, although not very many shops. Shoe store was nice to shop in. Variety of sizes. Clerk very helpful. Encore name of shoe shop.
Love Bath &Body Works, great selection of different scents for everyone!!
Wow haven't been in years. Didn't even know Sears was no longer there. It's definitely different
I would give it a five if it still had the two story merry go round from my childhood. It was something that made the mall super impressive to me. Now it's modern and lame.
Took the girls and had a blast
I love the Michael kors and the White House Black market!!
This mall has all those good mall smells you look for. A *true* hidden gem. A mall walker' paradise
Kinda small but it does have the stores you need. It's really cute.
Really like the stores in the mall; especially Macy's. Mall is beautifully decorated for Christmas.
Good for those who love triggering their ADHD.
Mall sucks nothing there alot of stores left an are vacant.
A place to revisit from your adolescent field trip to your more appreciative adult visit.
Lots of great ideas and deals
Come here because Decatur Forsyth mall has NOTHING!!!!!!!!!
The mall just isn't the same anymore. When I was a child the mall was amazing. The place to be. Now it's sad. Their is only one reason to go to the mall now. Thank You Killen's!!!
Very nice pay area for small children. Very clean
I like the mall. Usually crowded but not to much. Nice place over all.
Decent mall for location and size...
Very boring with few stores. Needs some revitalization
Stores come and go so fast at White Oaks Mall. There's very little of interest for me anymore, and everything is overpriced. Other than morning walkers, few people come here. It's a sad, shell of a place. The most interesting place is an art store that showcases a huge variety of mediums and artists.
Huge shout out to White Oaks Mall and Security and the Build a Bear shop. July 12 2018 it was a crazy day and the line was long and people waited for hours. You were all on top of your A game. Folks in lines shout out to you for being polite and kind to others! #buildabearcraze
Warm atmosphere. Clean. Great Customer Service.
I love this mall! Very safe environment! And they have an kids amusement place inside the mall also.
Lori and staff are great
Great place good environment clean just wish some of the big stores would come back.
As malls disappear across America it’s nice to still have one here. They’ve done some nice updating inside that was much needed. Train kids love to ride and adults too. Old school carousel in the middle, and a nice little play area for the kids as well. Also food court upstairs along with many other stores.
I had not been here for many years, it reminded me of days gone by. This mall is still running full capacity. Clean and just an all out fun place to be, especially at this time of year "Merry Christmas White Oaks Mall"
It’s a great place but not really for me. Bergner’s is gone and I am not physically able to walk the whole mall.
What a fun place this turned out to be !
Still a very nice place to shop.
It was okay as far as malls go, thought it looked abandoned inside though.
Needs more and better clothing stores...
No much options. Very small place.
Amazing mall with a plentiful variety of stores to visit!
It needs some entertainment back. Theater was so awesome when I was younger to go to. I miss the days of dollar movies and friends hanging out. A lot of stuff is over priced but it Is a MALL. We did find a little store that sold BTS items that was the best part so instead of three stars I'll give you an extra just for having that store alone.
That was the most boring Mall I've ever been to in my entire life. Even the employees looked sad there. The little children's play area that they have needs to be more secure, there needs to be a gate or some type of closure so that the children cannot run out. And the carpet in the children's play area needs to be cleaned. I did not have a good experience at this mall at all.
Dead. So sad to see this mall go so downhill.
I haven't been to a mall like this in years!! It almost felt like I was taking my girls to a museum (how sad is that) most malls anymore are sad, dead, and depressing. This mall had stores, (what a concept) kiosks, food court, and all the stuff a mall USED to have.
Nice mall. Actually this is the only shopping place available.
Always a fun time
Poor. Went to champs and finish line. Service was horrible. The teenage kids working at both stores are rude and to wrapped up in their own drama to do their job....customer service
I have a good time shopping at White oaks Mall I don't have a particular place to shop but just love walking through and looking in the windows at all the beautiful things of course there are some stores I do like to shop in like bath & body works I love smelling the beautiful smells in that store the prices aren't too bad and I find a lot of good things for gifts and for myself
Love the H&M & the restaurant Cooperhawks!
Love this mall!
It's ok for a small mall. The carousel is the best part.
Clean and cool place to walk
Like so many malls, White Oaks is dying a slow death. Major stores like Sears & Bergners are gone. The food court is sub par. A noticeable amount of visitors are there to walk for exercise, not to shop. The variety of stores is OK.
Love the Mall. Always find what you're looking for
I just love the place. That's all you need to know.
Keep losing
Many stores have left. The stores here all have friendly employees that I have dealt with. Parking is not a problem and I never feel insecure. The three stars is for the mall itself, due to the lack of merchants.
Shame they lost Sears and Bergners but they have had problems for a while. They used to host different things to draw people in. Antique shows, sidewalk sales, years ago they had fire and police displays. The mall is clean and well maintained but I'm afraid it's a sign of the times, if they don't do something they will close. And putting stores around the outside with no entrance into the mall was a huge mistake. Not working harder to keep the theaters was also a big mistake. They have 2 very large spaces to fill and they need to work on keeping the smaller places open. Maybe they could offer some of the store space to the local colleges for classes, anything to get them filled. Sears has a huge autobody shop that could be utilized in that way. Should look into round 1 in the mall in Peoria Il and consider something like that. People are looking for something to do not just a place to shop.
Nothing left for me to even bother, sad though
Great places to shop
Michaels crafts. So much easier to get in and out of.
Its a mall struggling to survive in the online paradigm. Food court is a joke, but there are a couple great food places that have only exterior entrances. The place is generally clean. teens hang out here, they are for the most part well behaved, for teens
Nothing in the mall, alot of stores I shopped at are gone.
It's a fun place just to walk around with your friends
This mall is love. Whole Springfield is in the mall. The stores, food court, the people everything is so special. Gloria Jeans is the best coffee shop in Springfield white oaks mall. Festive season is the best time at the mall with sales, Santa, deals and festive lights.
Big store. Lots of options to choose from.
Love this mall HUGE Vs n Pink store!!
Location has definitely gone down hill over the years. It offers few things that can't be purchased, eaten or done somewhere else. There are are a decent number of stores, yet there's little variety in anything, as they all sell essentially the same products and even in the same styles--for example, there are at least four locations specializing in shoes, and that's not including any stores that include shoes in their inventory (& there are several.) There are no worthwhile attractions as they've all been closed down, excluding a carousel and a children's train. Unfortunately it's the only mall in Springfield so if you're going, good luck.
Its nothing inside their mall need more stores
Love this mall!
Great place to shop..and when your a teenager..great place to hang out
Great place for the Pirsumei Nissa that's about to go down!
Beautiful Mall, Great Staff, Hot Topic is where I bought my favorite ever shirt!
Springfields best mall. Nice assortment of stores and restaurants. Some stores closing due to poor sales, typical of many malls nationally struggling against cyber sales. Ample parking here, public restrooms, handicap accessible throughout. Info desk and directories.
Love shopping there.
Place is ok staff through out is kinda rude
Ate at Cooper Hawk winery. Food was delicious! Had the gnocchi carbonara. Try the almond moscato! Yum
This place was very nice and very clean..
Mall itself was very clean and refreshed, but, here it is 10:50 am on a Friday morning and most of the stores are closed! No wonder the place was nearly deserted
indoors, great price on shoes
It's the nearest mall
Paranormal circus outside , i visited the mall by myself... I think... Talked to jewelry owner, my budget was boned.
Nice mall kind of empty tho
A great change and alternative to the burgers and chicken drive through establishments. Panda Express menu selections are more of a satisfying meal at comparable prices. Fast and friendly employees can explain and help you with any options for your order. Popular, familiar and new menu items are available!
Not as many stores as used to be.
This place really needs some serious investment. Not the same place from when we lived there.
Great walking and shopping
Seems to be doing alright for a mall
Love people not place.
Feel like most of the stores have just vanished. Still a couple good places left
Great mall, lots of stores, friendly staff, and most importantly it is clean and safe. Security has a great presence here, and it's one if my favorite places to shop
Every so often we have to opportunity to visit the mall and when we do there are these important places we just have to stop at: #1: Gloria Jeans-though I miss when they had a store on the top floor, the kiosk by the carousel is prime for customers. I'm a sleigh ride fan(or peppermint mocha) hot! I always have to get one and the quality is never disappointing. They don't make much so try to tip! #2: The newly arrived Killens! We use to go when they were over on the Wabash/Mcaurther bend. Then they moved to a store further down on Wabash and now have a home in the mall. Killen is a good person who wanted to do something good for kids of all ages and he does it well with this store. Even if we don't buy anything is so much fun to walk around and get good gift ideas for upcoming holidays and birthdays! We just can't get enough of this place! #3:Hot Topic! They have everything your kids are into- and the ocational great deal on merchandise. I got my son an awesome Starwars bookbag, Bendi and the ink machine pajamas, and 3 wrestling shirts for less than $50!
Don't pack your lunch, you will find everything you are looking for in this beautiful mall , and the carousel is a must see. You can't replace the memory's and fun in a delightful afternoon of shopping. Like I had.
Love coming here
A Good Mall But The Only In Springfield IL
They had a good selection of stores and a nice court area to sit in.
I live in Florida and I come up to visit my kids, this is the mall they want to go too. The Mall was very nice and well set up. My kids found a few things to buy in some of the stores. The only reason this place for me is a 4 star is I feel like it did not have enough places to choose from in the food court. Other then that I would have given it a 5 star. I would definitely go back tho.
Still a nice clean looking mall with good shops! That's getting harder to find these days..
What a joke, yet perfect for this town.
Good place to shop
How can this even be called a mall? So many empty spaces nothing stays there long. This has gone WAY down hill!!
Great for walking I guess not much else here
White oaks mall had lots of different stores, food court and even Gloria Jean's. They are quick to fill most stores right after they close. Friendly staff, helpful and very clean mall.
Love the mall. Miss Bergners
I know malls aren’t as popular anymore but I am pretty sure I saw tumble weeds and a dust storm here. There were no options? Macy’s was great. Torrid was lacking and the sale prices weren’t sale prices. Shocked to see a mall in this bad of shape!
