All I come here for is cheese cake factory cuz I can do online shopping from the comfort of my home and most of the times the stores dont carry what I'm looking for or they tell me I have to w8 for the product to get to there store and then they will call me to pick it up????? What I would rather order online and get it send to my house

Old orchard is your one stop place for shopping in chciago's outer suburbs. there is shack shack, auntie annes, m burgur and more. there is a VR warehouse, apple, macys and nordstrom. you can find almost anythign at old orchard i would highly reccomend reserving a day to go out to old orchard and have a day or shopping or even just browsing.

Nice stores, love the tea shop! But needs more food options, apparently there used to be a food court? but now there isn't? There's also lack of children's stores; none, for example. Except for Claire's, if you count that as "children's" store, or Barnes and noble, but only because they sell kids books and toys. The playground area is a bit lacking as well. But a decent experience.

This mall need to due something fast. Almost every time I visit old orchard it looks just like the name old and a lot of stores closing. It’s sad but not just this one but must of the malls in general are not doing good anywhere, empty hallways empty retail space.

Great outdoor shopping center! I’ve gone here numerous times as a teenager and now as an adult and love it every time. The shops have changed throughout the years but the experience has not. It’s always super clean and super fun to just walk around and do some shopping here!

Its four stars. Lots of stores and lots of selection, but only a crackhead would build a Southern California type open mall in Chicago. Go here in winter and have a good laugh walking store to store. For 9 months put of the year it is a very well maintained and pleasant experience. Old Orchard in February??? RIDICULOUS.

I had a couple of unacceptable experiences at this location. I know that this may be unbelievable for some people to grasp, however, I was racially profiled when I visited the Rolex store. I was also ignored while waiting in line in Macy's next to be served as my caucasian sister looked over me and bluntly said, and I QUOTE "excuse me sir, I can help you over here!" He then looked and me and stated that, "She's next!" Her response was, "Yeah I know, but I can take you over here!" Not only have i filed a complaint ALMOST TWO months ago, no one has reached out to me about this matter. I even made a trip back to the professional building to follow up, management have yet to contact me. Listen, I know that it seems like our hearts and the love we are supposed to carry in it is changing. However, I refuse to allow that to keep me from loving EVERYONE! I was so angry to have to EXPERIENCE that ignorance in this day, I couldn't stop the tears. I'm still waiting to speak with someone on that EXPERIENCE!!

This mall has a lot to offer with trendy stores, great restaurants and the movies. It's also a bus hub for those that want to reduce their carbon footprint. Just be mindful of weather conditions because it is outside... which makes it amazing or a mess. Have fun shopping

Nice mall however needs cleaning in the parking lots. The stores are mid to upper end boutiques with a couple of department store anchors. Definitely has hard to find brands in the register but not exactly complimentary of each other. We have been multiple times due the LL Bean store however that brand has been a let down over the last few years.

Nice outdoor mall for spending money I suppose. Needs better signposting for some of the bathrooms, though. The one nearest me was underground, with an entrance called "Service Center", next to the Nespresso shop. A better sign would help save you from wandering in circles in the heat like me.

Outdoor mall with plenty of retail stores and restaurants to pick from either for a light snack or a complete meal. There's plenty of play places where you can take the kids for a much needed shopping break. Security roams the mall as well as local local police to keep the place safe. Seasonal decorations and events are much enjoyable. Ample parking and easily accessed via public transportation. This place is definitely family oriented and pet friendly.

So many shops and things to do oh, it's fun for the whole family. The food is fantastic and always choices abound. I only review the best of the best. This is our go-to mall, and it's a quality one. Higher-end stores like Nordstrom's, Bloomingdale's and L.L. Bean; and mall staples like the Gap, Bath & Body Works, Sephora, Aveda, etc. The Barnes & Noble has a very good selection, as does the Crate & Barrel. Could use some more fast food offerings, but this will satisfy most shopping needs.

This is one of my favorite malls to shop at! All the major stores are here... Nordstrom, Apple, Macy's, Eddie Bauer, Timberland, North Face etc... Parking is not a problem... There is parking all around this mall. There are Movie Theaters and many great restaurants. The only draw back is that it is an outdoor mall. Not a problem in the Summer, but can be a issue in the Winter. My recommendation is to take the day and see all the shops, dine at one of the restaurants and take in a movie. Enjoy!

This is an outside mall, so it’s best to go here in the spring and summer time if you are going to do a typical day at the mall type of shopping. There are a good amount of clothing, jewelry and shoe stores. The big brands like Macy’s and Bloomingdales offer some of everything and then you have name brand stores like Timberland for specific needs. There are more than a few restaurants to enjoy from Shake Shack and Buffalo Wild Wings to an authentic Mexican cuisine at Uncle Julio’s. You can pretty much find everything you want at the mall if you give it time for navigation and walking. People also come to take pictures, walk around for exercise or go to the new dine-in movie theater.

This is my first time here and first time in a Pandora store. So glad God blessed me with a mind of my own. I read so many bad reviews about this store. But I decided to go there myself and form my own opinion. Soooo glad I did. Great experience, wonderful staff. A very kind young man answered the phone to give me directions to the store, after searching for about 25 mins lol walking in circles. I FOUND IT...walked in and was greeted by every Representative in the store and offered a bottle of water that was much needed Gabriela Very patient helping me to decide what items to purchase for a special little Sister's birthday. I love great Customer service. Even discussed the love of pets. They were great. Thanks for everything. See you soon

Fun mall to go to. It's all outdoors so it's nice to walk around and the grounds are well maintained. There's a huge variety of shops so you will not leave empty handed. It's kind of higher end shopping but still plenty of regular shops as well. Easy to navigate and get around without getting lost too.

It's a mall, a sort of glitzy outdoor mall. It's a fine place to shop at any of the stores there or see a movie in one of their garage-like theaters or eat in any of the restaurants it houses. We recommend Maggiano's for abundant quantities of delicious Italian-American food and very good service.

I just love this place. I don't know what about it I love, but it's my favorite mall to go out to in the suburbs. It's an outdoor mall, but it feels like it has all the stores you want and need plus more. Even during the winter, I don't mind coming here. Often find great deals in the stores that are tenants here. Places like West Elm, William Sonoma and Sur la Table are here which is great to go to a place near the city with all your favorite stores and be able to find free parking. Also just love coming here because they have all the great suburban chain restaurants. I live in the city and tend to go to local restaurants, but sometimes I just crave those chain sit down places I grew up going to, and this mall has them all

It’s a pretty good apple store, my visit was pretty fast and we were set up with a representative within 5 mins of reaching the store, he explained all the new features that were introduced to the new phone compared to the old one I had. The only thing that took a while was setting up the phone and moving the apps and data I had in my previous phone onto the new one, but I can’t really blame them for that. Overall I had a pretty good experience here.

Very nice mall, but it is outdoor, so you'll want to plan around the weather. The employees in the various stores don't follow you around if you look a bit shabby, but they definitely treat you better if you're well-dressed. The security people that I have interacted with have been very polite, and don't mind helping with directions. LUSH is definitely my favorite store here, but there are lots of other winners as well.

Once you find parking and I usually like the one of the parking garages in back. Walking through the mall window browsing and doing some light shopping, can be fun. However you do need to watch the dips and dives of the sidewalks so you don't trip and fall.

Old Orchard is landmark for those of us over 60. It is bigger than when it was first built. Good general stores. Lots of high-end Chi-Chi boutique stores (mostly for the ladies). Lots of what I call New Age Living Style vendors such as Williams-Sonoma, which now owns Pottery Barn. These stores truly offer some very unique home styling options to traditional fare. From furniture with fine hand-carved wood designs & stylish but well designed table chairs with good back (lumbar) support; to table settings including fine pottery dishes and other housewares. For those avoiding wall-wall carpeting...Williams-Sonoma can provide some very appealing options of throw-rugs, carpet runners and circular carpet options to set a table on to protect flooring and avoid skidding. On to the Department Store heavy-weights Old Orchard hosts - Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Nordstrom's, Lord &Taylor. I have more than a few decades of shopping for myself and a few ladies of my life. To the women of the community, if you don't know "Westfield" or "Old Orchard", you know Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Nordstrom's & probably Lord & Taylor...you know where to shop. Gent's this is where you shop. Engage you brain, pay attention to WHAT your significant other likes to wear...light, airy summer dresses that flow, don't cling, does she like sandals? Fall-Winter, does she wear heavier think wool-blend longer-skirts, knee-boots? Long sleeve blouse...with light sweater or knitted shawl or scarf? If you engage yer brain you can shop for your bride or sig-other, and she will appreciate that you tried...everything can be returned or exchanged if sizing is not perfect. If you cannot abide even trying...in the words of my Great Aunt Fannie: "...go to your room immediately and correct your thinking young man...!" Or old man. Now that shopping is done, time for dinner and a movie. Frontera Fresco light Italian; Maggiano's Italian Steakhouse - the real deal excellent wear deep pockets. Potbelly Sandwiches, very good. Roti Mediterrainian Cuisine - sit down relax. These folks do light Mediterranean from falafels & humus excellent; couscous a light cooked grain, mixed veggies salad. Easy dining , won't weigh you down. Can still get to movies. Old Orchard is BIG. Wear good walking shoes if you are first checking it out. Pack a shoulder strap or belt clip-on water container/bottle if it is hot, or not. In any case probably best not to try too much at once. Old Orchard has survived may decades, don't think its gonna go anywhere fast. ENJOY

Lots of unique stores plus all the favorites. Several nice restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops. Good place to walk and look. They provide ample outdoor seating to sit and relax while people watching. Four of us ate at Uncle Julio's and then walked off the meal and did some shopping.

Westfield Old Orchard is one of my favorite places to shop at. My favorite stores are Dormify, Forever 21, Gamer’s World, and Sephora. The mall has many stores and they have more clothes and items than other malls I have been to. I like the way that the mall isn’t all inside, but we actually have to walk outside to get to the stores. There are many plants/flowers, and a little play area for kids. This is definitely one of my favorite places.

The anchor stores offer better quality shopping and there are many nice smaller shops throughout. Great selection of eating, coffee and snacking. A Cineplex here too. If you like Malls, this is a well planned one; you won't get bored. If you like to run in, get what you came for and leave, it's good exercise! Many Security people around to offer directions besides the many Map Posts. More than enough parking is available. Navigating this Mall is easy but ...vast.

Why I love this place is simple, It's huge variety of different stores to shop at. Plus if your hungry the selection of restaurants, such as Maggianos , then if you have a sweet tooth you walk a few feet down inside and they even have their own pastry shop, yes their own. You can indulge in their somewhat huge variety of sweets. Parking is not bad either.

I grew up in Wilmette and this mall is even much more attractive now. It is fun to see children enjoying the creative playground for them at the mall. They have fountains and gardens to enjoy in the summer as well as short train rides for children using railroad cars on wheels. I have gone to their two newly designed movie theaters. I served as an usher for awhile at the Old Orchard theater movie theater in the late 60’s with friends in my high school band. Many of my favorite stores are in this mall. I have caught the bus from there to catch the Blue line to O’Hare.
