As you know, we don't usually bother to set feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall corresponds to the category of Shopping mall.
Super modern. The sinks in the bathroom were cool and the food was super healthy. V
Great place to get out of the Chicago chill. Great mix of shops
Excellent place to go, even if your not shopping and just want to relax
Lots to explore at this place. Bring plenty of cash because you will find something you like here.
It is good have shopping experience in this mall
Eataly is a great place for food shopping, gifts, lunch, dinner. coffee, gelato
Checked out food life "Golden Carral" with a charge at each station.
Shops are great and I love the variety of resturants located in the food court!
I only come visit Nordstrom's, Lucky Brand and Kiehl's. The rest of the stores are a weird mix of retailers that I have no interest in. The location is great and it could be a better shopping mall if they got a better mix of retailers in here. It is right off Michigan Avenue and Water Tower Place is close by so lots of popular retailers you will find there instead of here. There are empty storefronts here but I m sure rent is super pricey based on location. It could be a way better shopping center and there is a decent food court at the top level. You will find more at Water Tower, shopping down Michigan Avenue and moving your way over to Oak street and State Street.
Pretty nice mall in the hear of downtown
Bought some good quality baby clothes here
Try the pasta baf at Eataly. It was amazing. I had the mushroom ravioli, pardon me, the ravioli con funghi. It was delectable. It was almost like we were at an Italian street side cafe. The prices were a little high, but what do you expect in downtown Chicago.
One of the best shopping areas in North America
Lots to do in this area. Parking is expensive! Read the small print.
the excellent place, the excellent food, the staff of that disastrous day
No issues with window shopping. Bathrooms were adequately clean.
Great shopping in a great location! There is something for everyone and everything is clean and well organized. THE shopping destination in Chicago if you want to stay inside.
Great dive location... large portions and very cheap eats! This place started out as a off-shoot of the the original similar sounding named location on Devon Ave in Chicago, but this location seems to have scaled down to what a suburban resturant menu should have... not nearly as extensive as the other location.
The Nordstrom staff were super friendly and very helpful. Really appreciated the extra steps the took to assist.
It's only feels like there is 10 stores there. Lots of closings.. about 3 to 4 stores per level
Fun little mall with great shops!
Always have the new clothes here.
The store is always best.
Good prices, very friendly salespersons
I like stopping at this place to hang out and see the different italian stuff they have here. The restaurant and bajery are pretty decent and a huge wine selection.
Love this little mall. There are some beauty salons, a parlor shop, a spa and mostly anything you might possibly need! Location is amazing! Great option to shop when Chicago’s weather is not cooperating.
Great mall if you are visiting. If you are a local it's still a fun spot to check out. There is a nice variety of shops and a well versed food court on the top floor.
Lots of stores to shop from. A very diverse food Court
never a dull moment. watch yourself and your stuff..
An iconic shopping destination that has been a mainstay of Michigan Avenue/ Mag Mile shopping experience. Theres around 6-8 different levels with mostly upscale shopping outlets. There is some construction on the top floor near Harry Carey's (as of June 2019). When I visited the mall seemed less crowded than usual, almost a bit empty. Apparently you can even feel the reach of Amazon on the Mag Mile. The mall is looking a little dated, the facade could be freshened up and the concierge was too bored to be bothered. Overall, The mall has lost some of its luster over the past 10 years, for sure, but it's still a mainstay of the Mag Mile.
Loved it. Chicago is my birth home!
Great finds at the TJ Maxx with excellent prices. Taxes in Chicago are crazy though. Still glad I went. Got a winter down coat (packable style) for only $49.99!
Had wonderful shops to visit. Just about all one would need.
We ate at Joe's Crab House, it was superb!
A bit crowded but overall a good mall
My favorite place on Michigan Avenue, with all the shops and restaurants to choose from you're bound to love one of them if not all of them.
Very nice shopping place, I like to visit it every time visiting Chicago
Endless shopping for women and men and women ladies and shop a holistic store don't close till midnight.
Love this place , so many places to shop. Always find something
Awsome Awsome Awsome
Ni e area with lots of options for food or shopping. If you are in the mood for a drink there are a lot of good watering holes around the neighborhood
Pretty much your typical mall. Nice assortment of shops and decent food court.
Great selection of stores and clean area.
Loved it. Great shops and great service in all of them.
Nice mall. It has decent shops including Royce Chocolate. I was hoping for something a bit more upscale in the food court, but seeing Panda Express and Potbelly’s was a bit disappointing.
Wish I could have spent more time at Eataly. Lots to explore. The food and wine are top.notch!
Great stores. Every store I went to had the workers exercised great customer service
Alot of stores closing down but a good family environment.
There are some inexpensive jewel's in there, and a few places that are worth the money.Such as (I'll edit this later when I have the names. I'm bad with name's.) There are some body places worth the money and the jewelry shop across from the concierge is very nice. "Just Tocas" (the actual name of that place) is great Get the chips and guacamole
Starbucks Mermaid ...great location and friendly service.
Very nice shops fun to wander around.
The best thing about this mall is the great variety of stores they have! Surely a good place to go with friends and hang out walking around.
Great shopping little pricey if you're not familiar with the area have a great time with Theresa Smith in designers has great taste in clothing and I always go back to see her for all of my needs
Excellent stores on the Mag Mile. Nordstrom is the anchor but other stores and dining options are very good.
Fantastic shopping, and lite crowd of folks shopping...enjoy the walk from my room to the shops... wonderful
Good parking place.
Nice place.... save the plane tickets....we had fun walking around and ate some really great foods.
Good food. Nice shops.
The charcuterie was delicious, I loved coming to this place in Chicago, new experience and the staff was nice. They explained everything on the menu. The one thing I didn't like was that the ravioli was not filled much and it was an expensive plate. I don't mind paying for an expensive plane as long as it is delicious.
Wide open spaces. Easy access for all.
I absolutely LOVE the venue and the set up of the stores and boutiques in it. Very fashionable and contemporary place just perfect for downtown Chicago.
The 2nd floor and up are pack with additional shops but doesn't get enough foot traffic. However, the Nordstrom on the first is quite awesome with a lot of designeder choices.
Wish I had lots of money because that's the only way I could shop here. But they have a panda Express on the top floor so it was cool.
I love going to Nordstrom and the Cafe. It has the best customer service. I love that they call me to tell me when they’re having events. I also like it that the employees remember me by name and are always helpful. I like to finish a day of shopping by stopping at the Cafe for a salad and soup.
Great shopping center. Pretty expensive.
Mall was clean and lots of places to shop. Spent most of our time in Lucky Brand store. Amazing service.
Alot of remodeling going on.
Beautiful shops, clean, lovely place to shop
Nice mall never that crowded, lots of food options in and around this mall.
Loved shopping here, Especially Neiman Marcus
Good brands n all good so only pin point is too tiny rest room areas.
Fairly as expected. Mid city prices. Mid city wonder.
Not crowded. We bought few items.
Lots of shops here. Everything from clothes, sports memorabilia, and trinkets. Located right on the water too and bus tours.
Small but good place. Food also available
Simply the best in chicago
I normally go here for a quick lunch, though the options for that is pretty limited, currently they have a Fooda stand (depending on what day you go on you will get a different restaurant), a Panda Express (always a line if you go at noon), salad place, Jimmy Johns, a sit down chinese restaurant, a poke (Hawaii cuisine), Sabaro's (the pizza can be a bit over crisp) and Pot Bellies. And currently to vacant stalls.
It's a lot of fun walk in in dontwon
As a newer mall, this is really clean with many nice stores and restaurants. One downside is that it doesn't have a large footprint so you have to go up and down escalators if you are going from store to store.
Nice indoor mall in downtown Chicago. Only went to a few stores, Disney and Banana Republic, but both had many items on sale. Clean and bigger than you think once inside.
Love sweet home Chicago!! Stores, restaurants, churches ,people watching, and oh so much more!❤
I was at Eddie V's Premium Seafood. Never sat a foot in the mall area upstairs.
As a mall it doesn’t stand up in comparison to its close neighbors, Water Tower Place and 900 North Michigan, but the anchor Nordstrom is nice and the place is a good stop to get out of the rain or cold or heat. One standout store — Vosges Haut Chocolates
Awesome Mall in Heart of Gold Coast!!!
There's nothing wrong with this shopping center. For me, it's more of a place to window shop. Lots of high end and designer stores that are fun to poke around in. What I think is weird is that next to shops like Hugo Boss, Nordstroms, and Swarovski, there are restaurants like Sbarro and Jimmy John's. Weirdly out of place.
Variety of Choices, good place to walk in
Loved it! Lots of stores! Stores for rich and a few stores that were inexpensive.
Mall is great but not favorite one to visit now that it’s summer its really hot in there. Most places giving you a bit of break from heat outside
Usually busy during the weekend, but fun to shop on weekdays. There were food stalls and a small food court where you can sit, relax and eat if you get tired of shopping. Great place.
Great food thank you
So delicious!! The coffee was superb and the choices on offer here were simply delicious and so authentic!
This is one of my favorite outlets, and I try to go every time I'm in town. If you're staying downtown, this is definitely worth the ride to O'Hare, for a visit. There are tons of stores, and the prices are truly outlet prices. It's enclosed, and all the stores have interior entrances, which makes it nice regardless of weather. It's pretty easy to walk to, though of course, there's a massive parking deck and easy Uber/taxi pick-up.
Beautiful ladys all day.
Convienent and nice. I used them for parking mostly
PRICEY BUT A1 TOP SHELF MERCHANDISE.. YOU CAN FIND SOME OF THE ITEMS AT TJ MAXX, AND MARSHALLS..
Nice variety of stores all in one place. Best part is that everything is indoors so you can get away from the cold Chicago wind.
I only went into Nordstrom's, but not a single person asked if I needed help. I was in a rush so I didnt even find the section I needed. My money just had to be satisfied snuggling me comfy and warm for the night till I could spend 90% less at a P.J. Masks.
Cannoli at Eataly! Best ever !
GORGEOUS restaurant, modern sleek and tasteful. You feel like you're in a chic, swanky restaurant. We came here to enjoy the international selections, and a few items were not available, and they only had a few items to choose from...disappointing (since that is what we came here for).
There is a tons of stores and the place is very clean. I like the fact that there is a lot of natural light.
Anchored by Nordstorm, this is a concise mall with luxury chains and high end offerings. There is a food court but I'd highly suggest Nordie's Cafe instead.
Not a bad mall. First floor is the busiest the rest of the mall is kinda empty traffic wise. Small food court but very nice seating up there.
North Bridge shops has a huge selection of fancy boutiques as well as regular stores that you might expect from anywhere else. Michigan is an abundant source of high street shopping and North Bridge is definitely no exception. The 4 story building is quite a sight, and the interior is also beautifully designed and kept. I spent most of my time at Stuart Weitzman but I'm sure the other shops are equally well maintained and staffed
Chicken Mango salad was amazing as were the margaritas. Portion sizes are large. Service was impeccable. A favorite when in Chicago for work.
Nice area and the market is fantastic. The movie theatre is expensive but nice with good service. Gorgeous at Christmas time with the lights and live music. Would recommend it for a relaxed afternoon. Good shopping too.
Good place to window shop and kill time.
Fun place to shop and just kill time at and brisk walk around. Variety of stores to choose from and enjoy .
I actually work by the magnificent mile very close to these shops.if you are staying in the area these stores are the ones that you need to check out: Bloomingdales, Louis Vuitton, and many other amazing stores in this shopping center, the atmosphere is very much elevated and upscaled from a traditional mall.
Prefer North Bridge over Water Tower but the signage–especially for food–is very misleading. The top floor food court is basically excluded from the mall maps and all but one sit down restaurant listed in the directory is outside of the mall on a separate block. Otherwise, layout is nice and there’s a decent selection of shops for the size.
I went for the forigen money exchange and they processed it with no issues
such a big variety of stores to keep it classy
Great variety of shops to fit a variety of discerning tastes! Perfect location for shopping if staying downtown or spending the day downtown with family. Plenty of eateries and bars closeby. Everything is in walking distance!
So many shops, so little time. I bought these beautiful Atelier Swarovski. The staff was so friendly and helpful, had a great time at this store. Thank you Fabio.
Enjoyed Happy Hour specials!
Fun shopping mall!
This is a very nice mall.....
I loved being here! The shops are quite pricey, but it's good for days when you want to treat yourself ^^
Beautiful shops with tons of options. Great food level too
Nordstroms is the best bet for one stop shopping. It’s pricey but well worth it. They carry all the top brands labels and always have knowledgeable sales associates to help you for literally everything. The spa is fantastic, fantastic Food Court, very unique boutiques and many of my favorite designer boutiques as well. Heigl’s, Wolford, HugoBoss, Stuart Weizmann, and Many open showroom experiences like Microsoft took the stage for several years allowing shoppers to use a variety of new Microsoft computer and gaming products. I bought my first XboxOne after trying Just Dance , using the then revolutionary motion and voice sensored connekt to initiate play.
It's great to see something different
Awesome shops in heart of Chicago. Will go here again when I return
First time here, and was impressed with the selection of stores. Actually didn't have enough time to hit them all, haha.
I don't have enough time or space to tell you why North Bridge is Amazing!! Great shops!
Always a treat! Enjoy a Frango Mint sample on your way to the AESOP shop!!
It's a shopping center. Was right next to the hotel I stayed at. Plenty of high end stores
It is very beautiful to walk up and down Michigan Avenue.
My meal was good, loaded with veggies, chicken and shrimp. I would've preferred the noodles to be stir fried and it would've tasted 10x better if they had added some sesame seeds to it for more crunch, but nevertheless it was still tasty. But the highlight of dinner for me was the Thai iced coffee. Simply THE BEST!! I asked the owner about it and she told me they add 2 ounces of coffee not 1 oz. like most places, plus they make it fresh every morning. Afterwards I felt so refreshed and wide awake after drinking it I (almost)wanted to go out dancing. Honestly, I'd go back there just for their iced coffee.
A whole lot to see here! Came in for bubble tea and was not disappointed.
Beautiful place I love it! ☀️
It's a mall. What do you expect? It does have some nice stores.
The mall itself was very nice we went to Nordstrom's to the children's Department the young man and the shoe department was delightful very helpful we need a gift boxes for our purchase the young man went out of his way to find boxes and wrap them for us very nice we would come back again
Awesome mall in the middle of Chicago it was a little tricky to find parking to get to it but it was well worth it.
Love shopping on the Mag Mile in the beautiful Windy City!
Nice place and had the shops I was looking for. Prices were not jacked up like I thought they would be. Got military veterans discount while shopping!!!
Cool shopping decent area
A perfect variety of stores. Something for everyone
A great place to shop if your down in the city.
I enjoy visiting this mall! I do wish they had more locally-based businesses though. I usually go for Papyrus but I would enjoy seeing some small, Chicago-based, minority-owned businesses represented. I would also appreciate allergen-free food options. But it’s a great location and pleasant to walk around or meet friends.
Didn't care for the stores they had there, seems like mediocre shops but the options for restaurants is the main reason I came.
The bar inside this Nordstrom is brilliant
All kind of interesting shops and popular stores! Also convenient food located around the area. Great place to spend some time!
Excellent place a lot of food and drinks , highly recommended ,
I went to Starbucks and I got a really good deal on some nitro coffee.
Close to the Loop, great parking, safe area, and lots of quality shops nearby. I'll definitely be coming regularly since it's so close to the South Loop.
This is one of the older Binny's locations, but they have all the same alcohol as the others and they have a large humidor.
This Nordstrom is recently re-done it's on par with Neiman's now. I also appreciate all the work being put into the designer floor. The best part of the mall is that it's indoors so when the weather is bad, you can still access other shops like Papyrus, Hugo Boss and Vosges chocolate without stepping foot outside. The fourth level offers an extensive food court with lots of seating! The flagship for Forever 21 is also just half a block away as well. 5 stars!
Overpriced mall, with customer service levels that don't conform to their pricing.
Amazing choices of stores and convenient to hotels
