Macy’s is the largest department store. There is a Pandora, J. Jill, H&M, Lane Bryant, Barnes & Noble, and several other stores and restaurants. Bass Outlet is right next door. There is also a fancier movie theater. A lot of variety. Outdoor mall, so be prepared for weather.

It's a nice place, the bad thing about Bolingbrook is the terrible driving habits the people there have. You have to be aware of everything around there..people turn in front of you constantly,,they make U turns irregardless of the laws..just an overload of vehicular idiots. Most of the drivers don't utilize turn signals..not all, but it's truly a nightmare on the roadways in Bolingbrook.

Customer service at the watch department could be much better. Went in at 10am no one in the store when I asked for assistance they sent me to the jewelry dept to get someone to help me. The lady was really nice and she even told me customers are first. The lady in the watch dept was just lazy .

There are freebies at the Taste of Bollingbrook. Stop by the Clinique counter to get samples. They are kind and will service you that way too. They keep in touch with their clients. Macy's has the Clinique counter inside. If you need Starbuck's coffee ,then they have that inside too.

After Bass Pro Shop, we go walk around and see the lights at The Promenade. The kids think its so cool , because we can see the trees, and than warm up by the fire pits down the center isle. Depending on how many adults are with us, we can get our shopping done as well. There are a lot of great places to eat as well. Its nice for family time or date night

Nice mall. Layout and in-mall roads are confusing. The in-mall roads can be chaotic as some drivers aren't paying attention and the roadway is narrow -> leads to a bad situation!

A good variety of stores and restaurants and the mall areas are kept clean and in good repair, especially the restrooms. There's also a family lounge to get out of the weather. There's no play area or toy stores (at the moment at least) so there isn't much for little kids to do but with the theater, bookstore, and variety of restaurants, there's plenty to do for everyone else

Macy's is the largest store in this mall. There are several other name brand stores as well. Great restaurants with reasonable price and on Thursday and Friday there's the food market that sells outdoor fresh vegetables and produce

The Promenade looks really nice, and they have a variety of good restaurants and shops. I normally visit Barnes and Noble, but visit other places as well (Bass Pro Shops, Escape Room, others). There is ample parking and during the warmer months there are lots of planted flowers outside, which add to the look and feel of the area.

Love going here to visit. Went to Bass Pro. Can always find something there. Got my husband matching bouys to protect his new boat from crashing into the dock. They were on sale!! Perfect. Also found a nice felt fedora for him. Plus numerous wiggly bits! Birthday gifts for him done!! Thanks Bass Pro!!

The stores are convenient and I love the concept of an outdoor mall. It would be nice to have a wider variety of stores. Clothing stores are great but I miss the brookstone. Love the barnes and noble and the binnys.

Outdoor mall similar to Oakbrook but not as many stores. There is a Bass Pro in the area there are lots of restaurants in the area. They do events during the warmer months that are really nice. Fireworks, Farmers Market, music, taste of Bolingbrook type events. A nice place to go around and spend some time and you might even pick up a few things you like since there are a variety of stores.

Easy to get around, many stores, end price range, no vacant. Good places to eat. But.. There is NOT ONE HANDICAP FRIENDLY DOOR IN THE ENTIRE MALL!! *At least Torrid had a sign to knock and they assist you IMMEDIATELY WITH THE DOOR. I actually went into the office area to complain about the situation including the lack of handicap parking on the interior, and ended up locked into the building which was NOT handicap friendly as well. (in the main offices). I actually had to call my significant other to help me out of the building , because doors are locked elevators are locked there is nobody around to assist you. . They've resolved nothing and offered me a $25 gift card to a store that I absolutely would never even shop at. They redesigned the roundabout, which no cars have access to and makes it extremely unsafe for individuals in wheelchairs going solo. The mall is a decent mall to shop at to get something that you need it's not a bunch of unnecessary stores, you could actually get shopping done at a reasonable price. If you have a disability and are going solo it's another story. They have a lot of extras which is very nice including things at Christmas and farmers markets in the summer.

Great mall with lots of shopping choices. favorite place is Cheryl's candy store that place is amazing and has everything you can imagine and homemade gourmet popcorn! The promenade is also always holding events like taste of Bolingbrook, a Christmas tree lighting with tons of kids things to do. They have market days and car nights They also regularly have bands and music. It's just a fun place to walk around and shop and see what is going on!

The location of the restaurant is not hard to find. I like the set-up of the restaurant as well. My Bridal shower was held here in the upstairs area which allowed my event to be more intimate. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating the entire time we were there. I'd definitely go back and highly recommend this place.

Attractive outdoor mall. Macy's is very well-maintained though a bit on the smaller side. Ditto Barnes and Noble. There are a few nice seating areas and they do special events for the holidays, which can be a treat. There are few or no empty shops and plenty of foot traffic, but parking is not bad. Not exactly memorable but it's the nicest shopping center in the area.

This mall has great shopping options. It's a good choice if you want to shop at some of the household names, like Macy's, American Eagle, Barnes & Noble, etc. There are also many good options for eating out which makes it a nice mall to spend a couple hours at. The mall could do more to make this a community space, like the Oakbrook mall has done. The whole place kind of dies in the evenings. Still a good option if you are looking for a nice place to shop!

Very pricey, but you already know that before going here so...no foul? This is your one stop shop for all things fashionable and impractical. Some decent food places around. Right next to a Bass Pro Shop, so there's that. A very nice theater as well, probably the main attraction here.

Has a decent amount of "mall" shops (bath and body works, Macys), some unique shops, and a few chain shops that aren't in other nearby malls. Good variety of restaurants in different price ranges but nothing too crazy expensive. Unfortunately some of them are rotating in and out as soon as you get to liking them. A few places too for some (tad pricier) drinks like Beer Market or Bar Louie The outside concept is cool in the summer. They do food trucks, mini concerts, farmers market, etc. But I honestly avoid the mall from October-April because I don't want to walk around in the cold when I can drive to a few other malls close to me that are inside. And parking anytime around the holidays is absolutely ridiculous.

There are a lot of different shops here...and it's not a BAD place to go. But the traffic at this nexus is wretched. I find the parking lot and traffic patterns infuriating at the Promenade.

Nice and well kept mall. Being outdoors they have a cute setup with strung lights and it's generally well-lit. Downsides: no food court area or "quick" places to grab a bite to eat on the mall campus. Not a lot of men's options/formal wear. (Express/Express men, cache or anything similar that are in indoor malls.) The hours for the mall in the winter are longer than necessary since it's soo cold they should open later no one is there. (especially in January-March). A good security presence driving and walking which is nice. People really don't know how to park here.(horrendous, especially the curbside parallel parking spots). They park sticking out in the street, in the middle of the street, in the no parking zones then they just go in leaving their car there with their kids or dogs in there. They don't care if they block the street. I wish the cops that drive through the mall routinely would start ticketing them.

This place was actually pretty cool. My wife and I went to iPic theater and then wandered around the Promenade afterwards. We liked it a lot. Bought a few clothes and then got frozen yogurt. We'll definitely come back to explore more.

I love The Promenade Bolingbrook! This is my new favorite mall. They always have activities and events going on here, music, and a nice crowd. I can always find parking close and it's never crowded like Yorktown and Oak Brook Mall. I love the small, outdoor, downtown feel of it. I can get in and out here if I want to get something quick. They have good restaurants and a variety of stores, with a comedy club, movie theater, and an arcade. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Parking can be a pain but otherwise it's a great place to shop. Watch out for the jerks who seem to forget that you have the right of way as a pedestrian and pay zero attention to speed limit signs; even though it's an outdoor mall.

Very nice outdoor mall! Always busy but always clean inside and outside the stores. Bathrooms are available on the main strip and are kept clean. In the summer, lots of activities are planned like concerts and farmers market which adds to the already great atmosphere.

I’ve been going to The Promenade for years. They have lots of main stream stores like Foot Locker and Game Stop with a touch of family owned, small hole-in-the-wall shops too. The only disadvantage is the restaurants aren’t great as far as food goes. Other than that, great place!

Promenade is like many outside shopping centers. It has varied of stores in a close perimeter that roughly would take 20 min to walk around without visiting stores. I like this place more in winter time, where music and decorations make you feel welcomed. Overall, this place is clean and well managed. Parking is free, but if you get lucky and find a spot by your favorite store be prepare to pay.

Very good place for restaurants and shopping for local residents. The only issue is that the entire mall is outdoors, so during the winter months it is not convenient place to shop. They have plenty of events during the major holidays; which makes it a good experience. It needs a few more stores in order to mirror Fox Valley Mall, but it is certainly a good place to shop without spending 20 minutes looking for a parking space.

I enjoy outdoor malls much more than indoor, even with the elements. This one is setup with streets so there will be cars. I can always find something I need here. We found my little one shoes and of course we got a fabulous deal. Bought a few more items and had dinner out. The Coach store is gone now, so there arent a lot of high end stores, but there is a Macy's. In the Summer it is a tad busy and they will have some outdoor vendors. I have my favorites and I'm sure anyone will enjoy shopping here.

The Promenade shopping center has a good variety of shops and restaurants. On this particular day I was visiting Binny's liqueur store. It's a fairly large liqueur store chain, with a variety of spirits. It also has a walk in cigar humidor section, which is what I was after that day. Here again there is a pretty good variety of product to choose from. Looking for a good cigar you'll probably find what you're looking for here.
