As you can read, it reaches an reviews average is very good, and it is based on a large number of reviews, so we can be pretty sure that the valuation is very faithful. If people have bothered to evaluate when they are satisfied, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to give reviews when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall corresponds to the category of Shopping mall.
Mall is dying. JC Penny's good clearance sale.
Would rather go to store so people don't loose their jobs plus it is good exercise.
Geez this mall has gone down. Some really good stores in the mall still but these owners have not spent a dime keeping the mall up to date. Sad to see another mall go down hill because the owners don't invest back in to the upkeep. Paint, parking lot maintenance, landscape etc. You got to spend some of those profits to maintain otherwise you don't attract new retail or customers.
Typical mall atmosphere. Always seems like they are decorating. Every time I go there are boxes, and lifts cluttering the place. Stores are clean, acoustics are good. Can be difficult to navigate through the food court. There are too many tables, I never see even half of them filled. Decent quality stores. Appreciate that they keep it modern, wish you could get better reception inside the mall itself.
I love going shopping here. There's so many different things to see and places to look at. It's fun to go with a friend
Not much interesting stores
Still the best mall in the Metro East area.
Good tools at a fair price
Fun place to go even to just walk around. Almost anybody can find something they like here. Atmosphere seems friendly depending on where you go and it's a place where you get in where you fit in. I personally like getting clothes from the various places there and will definitely go again. Fun for an adventure.
It's a little depressing seeing quite a few storefronts not open yet or closed down and a few shops you used to know no longer there, but it still has plenty of stores, the food court has variety, and the mall seems to be kept in a good condition with clean floors, walls, and just general upkeep. Nice for a short walk and going window shopping, but it might be a little difficult to find a store you can really just browse and take in since clothing stores are the most dominant here. Variety is important, ya know?
Good place to shop and eat. Can find a little bit of everything.
It is great place to go when u want to walk your kids. Or the the playground to let them play a little bit.
Granddaughter got what she wanted and the ladies were very helpful
New Balance shoes!!
Jcpenney had a awesome sale
Found exactly what I was looking for.
I visited Bath and Body store in the mall. The mall has plenty of parking and it does have handicap parking as well. When inside the mall the stores are arranged by floors. They do have a food court and an information center. You can walk the mall for exercise or window shop if you want. They have both stairs and escalators. They is enough restrooms to accommodate everyone. This is a family friendly place. So gather the children and enjoy the different shops, food, and people.
Needs more suitable stores tho...still like to go there!!!
Love it, Love it, Love it! Wish Sears was still open tho :(
They have most if not all the restaurants I enjoy that are missing at home. We were at Red Lobster. Another that we enjoy is Olive Garden. The Red Bird Express is by far the best way to go watch the Cardinals. It is safe and reasonable. $5.00 for a round trip ticket. They drop you off and pick you up right at the gate.
Siri says I was here but I was not.
Nice Mall in general but needs better upkeep, repairs and bathrooms are disgusting! Need cleaned a lot more.
I took my son to all star kutz, jaun was his barber he did a great job, very patient and took his time, we will be back.
Still an awesome place to go.
The mall has a nice variety of business. It is very clean and plenty of parking space.
Lots of clothing stores that I like to shop at have closed. Lots of bare walls for such a big mall. I used to love this mall.
IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO GO SHOPPING
Don't get me wrong, the stores are good and the place is pretty average when it comes to a mall, but the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. You can smell pee from all the way in the food court, which, to say the least, really kills any appetite. The bathroom floors are sticky, and even the stall doors need to be cleaned. I don't usually write bad reviews, but the bathroom was so, SO gross.
Like all indoor malls, this one has seen better days, but it has weathered the storm of the changing markets better than others. Even so, it doesn't change the fact that, no matter how much I liked to complain about the crowds, it was a lot more fun when the place was full of tenants and full of customers.
I live in ATL, but I love this mall
Have to stop in Cheddars whenever we come across one. Love their chicken tenders. Glad they got the baby carrots back. Be prepared to get a to-go box. Servings are very generous.
Love their teriyaki chicken from Sarku Japan
This is one of my favorite places, and I even worked here years ago...would give this place a 5 every time but don't , because the bathrooms have been nasty here for 20 years. Other than that awesome place!!!
To many empty stores, a food court, but no major restaurant. Even the anchor stores are not looking well. The mall owners need to develop a "destination" venue for it. Something to draw people in.
The St Clair square Mall has so many things to choose from. You can find anything in this location. Home decor, beauty products and consultations. You can even find anything from casual wear to formal wear. And the food court is amazing!
I remember when this place was a fun place to go,those days are long gone.
Used to love this mall when I was younger. Sad to see many shops closing and a need for armed security. The service is always great but there just aren’t many stores left. GameStop, Teavana, a cute family-owned soap store, Sears, Wet Seal, Gymboree, The Limited, New York and Co, a cupcake shop, and Vanity have all closed or are closing. Meanwhile there’s like 8 stores that are just for shoes. Mall probably needs better management before it goes under.
This mall is wonderful!
Takes forever to drop n hook if u get there early
It's a shopping mall. What is there to say? I really don't like being there, on account of there's way too many teenagers a nation point I was only there waiting for a bus.
Not the cleanest mall I've been in but lotsa shops & convenient location.
It's just like any other shopping mall. Nice place
Pleasantly surprised! Haven't been here for about 20 something years and it was nice to see the efforts put in to keep it up to date and going strong
This mall is awesome, Dillard’s is my favorite part. Huge selection and great brands that support global consciousness initiatives like Eileen Fisher and Free People.
Lovely mall. Great selection of stores. Family area for small children available.
It's the mall, a little something for everyone. My daughter loves it so I'm happy.
The mall had really gone downhill over the years. Still pretty clean but the last time I visited the place it seemed like a ghost town.
This is a good shopping mall for the area. There is a food court with several options, little kiosks inside, a photobooth, a merry go round, and of course, stores. There is clothing store, sporting goods stores, baby stores, toy stores, department stores, and more. There is a large parking lot outside with sidewalks that can lead you to one of the many entrances into the mall.
The square is beautiful place to go
To bad Sears closed. Hope the Mall will survive.
Plenty of stores to shop in.
Children s Place has great clothes for the plus size kids
Great variety of shops, good food, and good atmosphere.
It was All good until a soda machine took my money
This use to be my favorite mall to go to. I went there this evening. I was really disappointed. There are a lot of store that went out of business. If you need to go to a nice mall with a lot of store, go to West County Center.
This is a very nice place to shop. It has a fantastic selection of stores to browse and the food court is pretty good. They have decent restaurants in very close proximity to this mall and the parking is decent.
I do not like malls I only go to malls to get some food sometimes there is a great pizza place at this mall but otherwise I just would not go
I visit the food court today wasn't a lot of choices but the ones that was open had a nice crowd of people there
It's a okay mall. Too many stores leaving due to online shopping
Visited Macy's, always find something to putchase.
We go here quite a bit but over the years the mall has gotten worst and worst. First off they don't have enough employees to properly clean it so it's kinda gross. The bathrooms upstairs and down are always gross and smell so bad. The food court is usually quite dirty. Now you ever hardly see a worker and if you do they are just standing next to dipndots talking
Nothing even worthwhile at this place!
Quiet with few shoppers. Sears has closed as well as a lot of other stores. Used to be lots of kids hanging out but at 7 p.m. Saturday, very few teens just walking around. I don't know how they can stay open until 9 p.m. without customers....
Probably my favorite place to shop. Love spending time here
Love this place! Nice stores and my kid is always so happy to spend time in the play area!
Good mall and a decent selection of stores.
A wonderful place to shop at. There's a nice variety of stores.
Always find items easy
I ordered from chicken teriyaki and birthday and fries from gyro gyro! Awesomely delicious
Love auntie Ann's and sarku Japan.
A little bit of everything! Shopping for all! Easy access, food court, and most of the major department stores.
I shopped at Jared's and my experience was wonderful. Friendly staff who helped me pick out the perfect gift for my wife!!!
Mall was surprisingly clean, but as so many brick and mortar places are becoming there are many vacant spots there. I hope to see more selection. Overall Addison Mall
A wide variety of shopping options, love that they have maps all over because it's easy to get lost in that mall!
Everything you need... And I always eat good when I shop
I love our mall, inside and out. Always clean, constantly progressing and bringing in new stores. Always a great shopping experience.
A great place to shop for just about anything under one roof.
This place is a really nice mall. There are a lot of stores to choose from unlike many other malls.
There's no mall map. The employees don't know the Metro Bus location. The people who run the kiosks look like they would rather be anywhere but there. I could not find the bus stop, so I had to walk all the way up to Schnucks.
Incredible atmosphere, the best service. Just the best
The selection of stores used to be great years ago, but now it’s barebones. Honestly, the Starbucks redeems it a bit. But, I miss the candy store, the Teavana, and GameStop. Lots of parking, though and the food court always has something new. Literally.
I used to go here s lot in the 90s. Back then it seemed to be on the decline. I've recently been there twice, and am amazed at how the area has been built up and improved. It has become one of the nicest malls around now.
Nice mall. Nice stores. Good food and prices.
A very nice place to shop. Reminds me of the malls from back in the 90's. Lots of great stores to browse and the food court is great.
Last mall in southern IL by stlouis
Very good place to just walk around shop and hang out.
Showing its age, but clean, safe
Holiday Season is coming. Brst place to find your first teen job! I did.
Big usual mall for most shopping
This is the place to catch the Redbird Express to the Cardinals home games. Just love it. Door to door transportation and a great Macy's if you want to go shopping. Lots of good restaurants including a Cheddars where everything is made from scratch. Highly recommended.
Used to be a great mall. It is sad to see it lose so many stores.
ALWAYS WONDERFUL to be here
This place is becoming a ghost town but I like many of their anchor stores.
Ok. Would like to see wider range of stores. Too many overpriced shoe and jewelry stores for me to give any more than 3 stars.
Good food and nice places to shop for style
Great mall. Never crowded, great buys on stores closing out.
Fairview Heights, Illiniois. The only good mall left on the East side of the River.
Love this mall it's one of my Favs only down fall is Victoria secret needs a better pink selection
The mall is usually packed but easy to navigate. The kids play area is clean and my daughter enjoys meeting other kids and playing. Most of the stores have helpful employees who will usually take there time to help you find anything you need. My favorite stores here are Hollister and Claire's. My favorite food place here is Panda!
GREAT location & close to Mall...
Had a great experience shopping with my daughter
May this mall live forever.
This mall has a variety of stores. They are doing updates in some stores, but when I get back in some they have changed it again. The bathrooms here need much attention to cleaning. It does have stores for younger people which is really nice...
At the mall now trying to find a working elevator for my stroller/children. After trying every store and food court, they are all out of service. I called to speak with the General Manager and he argued with me about there being a working one in JCPenny. I told him that it did not work, employees have to walk downstairs to push the button for it to move up if a customer wants to use it and it is very slow and will not go back up unless being pushed from the downstairs level. Idk who would willingly get into a barely working elevator, especially with children, but it's not going to be anyone sane. I suggested there be signs put up at entrances and he said "that would imply that there aren't any working elevators when there is"... Even though the only "working" elevator is hanging on by a thread. He then hung up. So if you want to watch people on wheelchairs attempt to navigate escalators or parents with toddlers throw strollers down escalators while carrying children/children screaming on escalators, then feel free to go shop here and keep paying the jerk of a GM who has zero understanding of customer service or what sort of safety risk he has created by letting every elevator break.
J.C Penney had an awesome sale
U want that good good go here u heard
Run down, some stores are dirty and messy. Some stores are nice still.
Lots of good stores and its clean
Mall is ok ,but the mens room by the food court is absolutely disgusting! The smell of urine is so strong you cant hardly stand it.
Went to red Robin pretty good food pretty high prices. Would have been there if I didn't have a coupon for half off on my second Burger.
Nice Mall, a big variety of stores inside.
Nice place to shop highly recommend it
Not much left here. Sad to see how bad it's becoming.
Always enjoy shopping here
Love coming here for many yrs now
Very good experience. The Mall was very nice and clean. Navigation was simple.
This mall is really going down. Hardly any good stores anymore. Used to be a great place for all the teens to meet up and socialize, now it’s just boring. I’m honestly considering just online shopping. I only go to the mall for food and emergency outfits.
Nice stores and a decent sized food court
The mall is decently sized and has plenty of things to do and see.
Cool mall....needs more up to date stores.
Love this mall. Many stores available.
I love St. Clair Square. There's a store for everything.
It was good to walk around mall. It sad that stores are closing there
Easy Parking. I like St Clair Dillards better than Galleria
Amazingly, there are a lot of stores for its location.
Some good stores and nice place to burn some time at before the movies and do some gift shoppin. Dont umderstand how the bathrooms are always nasty smellin stalls be nasty all the time....tables in food court need maintenanced better in my opinion cause never can find a clean table to eat at 75% of the time i come there. Stairs and floors always look dirty in the whole place and are sticky...and i think kids should be accompanied by an adult in that whole place cause its like a zoo/playground there... Kids playin tag in stores and actin a fool unsupervised....ridiculous for real.
It's a mall. Going downhill a little, though!
Clean busy shopping mall. Lots of parking and easy to get to from which ever direction you are coming. Great food cort and a Starbucks.
Great shops and restaurants everything in a small area big bang for your buck
Busy but good stores. Liked the food court
Very clean and quiet easy shopping
Love going to the mall and letting my granddaughter ride the Thomas train, play on the inside play area, and see Santa.
Went to chedders the food was ok but probably wont go back not worth the drive
Very nice place to go
Great place, has sbarro and a decent variety of places to go
Great Mall to visit. I love to shop so this gave me many great options!
Always like to go here when I'm in the area
Only mall in the area next center 15 miles out.
I haven't been in the St Clair Square mall and I can't remember when but he used to be a fun place to go back in the day
Have been going to this mall for years. So many stores and lots of places surrounding the mall to go. They have the coolest frozen yogurt robot on the bottom floor at the main entrance and the yogurt is AMAZING! Never seen anything like it before.
Dont know if they should even call this a mall anymore. All good stores are closing up fast
Everything they make is not good.
The Square had ALWAYS had what I needed, and things haven't changed over time!! Multiple department stores, tons of kiosks, and plenty for the kids when you want a break from shopping. Oh, how could I forget the 2 good courts?! St.Clair Square is the place to go!
Great place with a big selection of merchants! One of the last iconic malls that we all grew up with that is outside of St. Louis
Love this mall!!
This mall is great! It has a lot of stores, it is very clean. The atmosphere is great ! And most stores allow you to have the food/drink you buy in the food court with you.
Compared to the many malls nearby in St. Louis with much better selections, there's no variety here.
Like so many malls- in the St. Louis area at least- this one has become a little lackluster. A few vacancies, the same expected mall shops with similar clothing and sales. It's tough to be really excited or jazzed up about what you find there....but they are still dependable resources to get what you need on a list, especially for a family with a variety of needs. I think there is pretty stiff competition with one-stop bargain shops like Kohl's, outlet malls, or a focus on boutiques that provide more of a crafted experience with unique finds, locally made items, etc.
Not bad. Lots of stores have closed
Ghost town USA massage chairs, O'Charlie's chicken Philly Cheese steak, Lids, Champs, use to have great deals on caps, like the throwback vintage games store downstairs was able to order Def Fight For New York, get Vinyl Records, and classic DVDs
Awesome mall! Wish I could have spent more time there, next time!
Actually it was New Balance. Excellent service, a shout out to in training Tyler. He is doing an excellent job.
The girl that operates the train is AMAZING with kids!
Its a rare occasion when I visit St. Clair square. It seems when i get do visit the this area has a growing population and the mall is changing right along. I wish security was more visible, but just because I am unfamiliar and usually with small children. I do enjoy myself and always find a thing or two at St. Clair Square.
Everything was on point from an employee holding the door for our group to enter, seating, placing order was simple specials were offered. I ordered the meatloaf meal, it was delicious, I had enough to bring home. The waitress was fantastic.....I loved the decor; the fish tank was tranquil....♻️
Philly cheesesteak and fries yes love it
Visited City Gear to purchase some shoes. The staff wasn't friendly at all, & don't acknowledge you as you walk in. Great mall & location tho.
There's so much here! We only had an hour and probably only made it through a quarter of the mall.
