Very poor layout
Always something to do or buy here. Beautifully remodeled and very inviting! Definitely recommend it!!!
Not too much is open or there as for stores. The movie theater and a bar/ restaurant is one of the pluses. There's also a Barnes and Noble that has a great selection.
Love to shop there, just wish there were more stores. It is great to have all stores under one roof. I hate to shop with the stores in an out door mall with no cover and having to keep moving my car.
It is a decent local mall
Great calm place to walk and shop around in. Stores have the best outlet prices! Its a hidden gem. Great coffee shop in the center and They have the best massage chairs ever!
Great little mall..cinema is attached..you can wait for your movie to start in the middle enjoying the people, the decorations during holidays and a drink from the Nestle Cafe. They have a monitor advising the movies..they shld upgrade that svc and show the next start times.
Great renovation and so much more manageable than Woodfield
impossible to find a parking spot...also only for shoppers with deep pockets
Pretty empty
Great place to bring the kids during bad weather. So much to do for them. Train, arcade stuff, animated machine you like fire trucks and cars and things. You can pay for the bounce house place. Barnes & nobles has a kids part. No food court and not many main stream stores but just about everything you need even a movie theater.
Ok mall. But poor place seems to be shrinking.
Love piercing pagoda
This mall is great! Loved it! Less people, more fun! Everything 's good! Outside of cook county, so it saves bucks! Availability at it's best in every store!
Cleaner than the last time I was here over 5 years ago. More stores are open in the mall.
This mall is not the same as it was years ago. A lot of empty stores. I only go now for 1 or 2 specific stores, otherwise I do not bother wandering the mall.
I love coming to this theater. Not expensive and family friendly. My kids love coming here too.
Springhill mall what is there to say.. Lame all the best stores are gone
It's a nice mall, I wish they wouldn't have torn town the play area for the kids... We definitely needed a mall with a play area for the kids in this area. Unfortunately when they started remodeling this mall, they took that part of the mall away. Overall they have good deals in stores, have an ok variety of stores... Wish they would bring back the play area, and add a few other stores; Gap, old Navy, maybe even an Ulta/Sephora type stores. The mall is usually really empty whenever I've visited it... Which I guess can be a good sign especially if you're there to shop, if you go for just walking around or something for kids to do... Then seeing an empty mall can be off putting.
Grate place just to walk and take a look, but they have a chu-chu ride train
I like this mall a lot, although employees are sketchy af
Beter go shoping else where a lot of empty stores very limited even with removation go rlse where
New stores, losing old stores. Convenient. Miss JC Pennies. Sears still there. H&M new. Good teenage stores. Lots of specialty stores.
Very clean and pretty. But most of the stores are closed and there are hardly any national stores. And the lack of food court makes it worse. The movie theater was nice but finish the project so it can thrive!
It is a nice mall, but I was disappointed with the lack of plus size clothing available. Even in the stores that usually specialize in it in other locations, didn't offer those sizes there.
Clean and calm environment. My daughter likes to shop there than any other mall.
Perfect location and easily accessible.
Great place to hangout and shop with several stores to shop from
This mall is alright, always clean and your typical mall.
It's a nice little mall
This mall is nothing near as big as Woodfield mall but it has got nice variety. The movie theatre they have added is a plus.
It's okay no cool stuff in my opinion
A great place to go shopping had a little bit of everything for your family
Basic mall, wish it had better food options
Its a ok place losing it lust if it apealed mor to the younger generation then it would be great but still a nice place
It good to see this place slowly coming back to life. Nice upgrades as far as new stores such as H&M and the Movie theater. Great new interior remodel. We miss the awesome toddler playground though it was a great addition to spending a day at the mall with active children.
The renovations and addition of the movie theater have really turned this mall around. The staff is clearly very dedicated to keeping it clean and running well. I hope to see more relevant additions to the area as this has the potential to be a great social center.
Clean mall with nice sitting areas. Restrooms were surprisingly clean and stocked. More food options are needed.
Nice mall, plenty of store and restaurants.
Malls dieing becausese they can't keep business ....Bring back the old spring Hill and kick the police out ,
Nice and low traffic
Great place with lots of stores & good food
Is nice not really busy but ok
Run down can't find a lot of stuff.
The Chubby Bullfrog has good food, nice atmosphere and great live bands.
Alot of store closings ugh
My wife and I’s favorite mall in the area. Not a ton of selection but they certainly have a nice fointain area. Peruse the books at Barnes and noble or grab a movie at the brand new theater! You’ll be glad you came.
It would be nice to have more stores so I wouldnt have to drive all the way to Woodfield.
Very large inside mall. You can definitely get some good exercise done here.
I mostly visit this mall for the children's place, Victoria's secret and they're delicious cinnabons. Other than that it's a pretty sad mall.
Full of stores, great atmosphere!
Went to Barnes & Noble. Loved it!
The best thing they have going at this mall is the Golden Dragon Buffet. Looks to me like all the other businesses are struggling.
I enjoy patronizing Sears and their auto center.
I always enjoy coming here. It's a good place to go with family and in all of the shops the staff is friendly and helpful. The food court is also quite nice and has plenty of options. If you are looking for a casual but not trashy mall to go to, I would recommend this one.
Great mall and great service
Definitely nicer than it used to be, the mall looks a lot better after the new tenants and the remodel. If you haven't been in a while it's worth checking out again.
Great place to wander around while under the influence of drugs.
Aside from a lack of food court, I was pleasantly surprised by this mall. The mall was clean and bright, and the fact that the A/C was cold on a hot day made it a real pleasure to walk around and shop.
Security for kids and family happy time ,relaxing, clean, food its great, you can enjoy w kids , alot things to do here. Shopping, cinema, etc .
Spring Hill is a place I love for the indoor walks, the water fountains, and some of the stores. It's obvious that some of the store still just don't get it, they're so high price relative to everything else. They must make enough money off the very few customers they do have.
Got what I needed and was in and out.
pretty good seats but a bit pricey
Pleasantly surprised at all the new amenities at this mall. Upgraded tile work throughout, great open feel and what are probably the best mall bathrooms I've ever seen. A very good selection of stores with easy parking for efficient shopping. The courtyard has sunlight and fountains and plenty of dressing for all.
You don't see very many malls anymore. This one shows signs of life and death. A good place to walk on hot days.
Nice place to walk
Seems like all the stores are getting ready to close down and their kids play area is legitimately just a floor mat fenced in .
As malls are becoming a dying breed, this one is still pretty clutch. Huge variety of options for food, outlets, and clean restrooms. By far, the greatest thing was the Fun Zone. Claw games with decent grip, fun games, and okay prizes. Everyone knows arcades are about the experience and not the prizes, so I can't ding them on it.
The store selection has declined and the commons are crowded at times, but the location is great. It also has enough big stores to be your local mall.
You know, I hope all the investment really pays off, because Spring Hill Mall is beautiful and safe, a nice clean place to bring families, and friends... and to visit if you just don't want to be alone, but big enough you can keep your distance. The open space in the mall center is inviting with well kept orchids, something that maybe would otherwise be reserved for the rich, can be shared by all. And all that is surrounded by businesses that meet people needs and desires and interests. I wonder what other ways the mall will be a blessing for our people, because this mall is a real value for the community.
I wish there was a food court.
No, I haven't been there in six months?
Nice place. Shop local
Nice clean place.. Lots of people who are Quirky weird..go in groups or paired
Much cleaner and nicer then years past. Just no stores of interest to bring me back.
Nice mall but not real kept up
My kids like to go there in the play area and barns and noble. They like to watch Water ⛲ fountain.
Bitcoin atm
An ok shopping center, but VERY few consumers, at least during the week. Won't be surprised to read about closings.
Very nice to walk thru with fountain area and tables with benches to relax. Nice stores. Not much in terms of a food court or food options. The chalkboard for kids great idea, however, had some adult content on it (words and pictures). OK and all but its located right in front of little kids play area. Both areas with kids rides always have some broken rides. The kids arcade area not maintained and damaged games. (Bigger kids/tweens have been seen rough playing with these) Bathrooms are always clean.
Too many people. Other than that it's decent.
I love shopping at Spring Hill Mall they have great stores they have H&M, they have the shoe outlet, they just had great stores in that mall I love shopping there!!
It's My Favorite Place To Shop I Love It Here
I love this place ive been going there since I was born
It is a nice mall. The Kohl's store had some really great buys and customer service was okay.
So many amazing stores my personal favorites are Spencers, Hot Topic, and Cutterz Edge. If you like really funny and really cool random things, go to Spencers. If you like semi-gothic stuff or general pop culture themed things, go to Hot Topic. If you are a knife collector like me, Cutterz Edge is a helluva store!
I hadn't been to this mall for years. They definitely remodeled but the place looked like it shrunk. No more food court. There were only a handful of places to eat. Store selection was horrible. It was so dead, I don't know how they're still open.
Visited for a ribbon cutting of the Nestle Toll House Cookie shop. The mall is not at the capacity that it once was, but there is a lot to buy, eat or do. My grandson loves to ride the train that circles the inside of the property.
Very quiet mall.
Nice mall but needs some more brand name stores. Some stores just seem generic
Includes a Marcus theater, lots of shops and things to do, the retailers in stores are usually really nice.
Where else can you go that lets you rent a Pikachu scooter from a dude with a cocaine pinky nail? Classy.
Awesome shopping mall and has a lot of shops tom shoppe. Place was always been a nice place to visit and have some good stuff to buy and eat some good food as well.
Malls are going extinct
They have a really good pink store. This mall is getting better. More stores have come in. Actually I'm starting to like it better than algonquin commons. Its definitely more convenient.
Huge place, nice and safe. Felt ok to go at 8pm by myself. Not being a resident I didnt know my way around... it's a nice mall. clean and had a lot of good stores.
I only went to Kohls. Which had some great sales.
Nice place for shopping
Only a few relevant shopping stores with not much in them bt I believe its the way of the world now
Went here to walk & basically window shop. The mall was clean and I actually had fun going into some of the shops. I loved the antique/Jewelry/rocks and mineral shop just outside of Macy's. They have a section of item's that support St. Jude's for children.
Miss the old food court, now there's no real food court just a couple places (sbarro, subway, auntie anns) to eat or snack at. The mall is one-level (like The Mills) and still has most the stores filled with tenants (unlike Stratford). The new theatre is a nice addition but has no direct entrance from the theatre to the mall itself. Barnes & Noble is one of the anchor stores with Sears and Macy's still around. Carsons is closed. The mall just feels a lil sad maybe the lighting or the 1-level feel or the missing food court which should have been centralized around the water fountains which gives the mall some life. The play area for toddlers needs to be more than a rug and some random toys inside a makeshift fenced area.
Nice place to be
A real working Mall with store's
This mall has been going downhill for years. The amount of empty stores is ridiculous for this place to even be open. I shop Macy's frequently, but this particular store is very small and the women's dressing rooms are extremely dirty. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.
It's one of my favorite places to go. When it's less crowded.
The mall is small but has a lot of the stores that I would shop at. We like to come during the winter to walk around and get some exercise.
Lenscrafters at Spring Hill Mall are very good.
T-Mobile in there nicest ppl
The fun zone well its fun
Missed tht all the food shops were conveniently in the same place. Not a lot of business is happening there which is okay when wanting a chill and quiet environment (except holidays).
It's mall if you still go to malls you like this one
Nice quiet mall with great stores. A mall whereas you can relax.
It's not fair you can't carry they have it posted the only store is koles where you can but other mall's are 2nd a friendly
This mall used to be great but now there’s not much options
Spring Hill mall Bullfrog restaurant I would not even give them 1 star. Went there with my family after a show. Waiting to be seated, 3 waitresses saw us walked right by us not one them said anything. Waited about 10 minutes. My son was so aggravated, we left went to Tequila Grill in Algonquin and had a wonderful dinner.
Nice variety of shopping and dining experiences.
This is the last time I ever come into the mall. I'm in with my family just after paying $30 for Easter bunny pictures and watching my daughter ride the train when security approches me. No hi or hello, just sternly telling me I'm on private property and they want to see what I'm taking pictures of. Intimidating me as a group of "gaurds" my family is none of their business! As a visitor I am treated suspiciously and hashly by a group of three gaurds. Such a welcome experience. The three stood by as my family left. No apologies just stares and hovering. I took my money down the street and will never spend another dime at the mall. Stay away families, we're not welcome here!
Super small and depressing
kind of seems desolate at times but when you can't wait for online it's clutch.
I like to shoppe here not only that this is to my area but because the mall was great. The best place to wandering around looking for something to buy with. I love the food store as well.
Ever since it's been remodeled it's looking so good, granted some stores are gone but their is alot more that has been added. And the fountain in the middle looks so cool.
Family Friendly Shopping!
I love shopping
This place is just getting better. I do have one gripe. There needs to be a designated food court, and more restaurant options. Sbarros and Subway are good for so long, but they need more fast food options. Red Dragon is okay if you like to eat a lot. And the other restaurant is a sit down type. A good classic mall food court would be great.
Have been here once but not such a bad mall. Pretty neat and has lots of stores I usually go to. Will have to visit more.
Commom' who doesn't like the mall? Great variety of stores from babies to the older generation. My teenage granddaughter loves "Hot Topic?" And all the different places for name brand shoes!
The mall has improved alot over the past 6 years.
Only went because my parents went.
This was my first visit to this mall. I had a great shopping experience here. Went on a Tuesday morning it wasn't busy and found some great deals at the stores there.
The mall was clean, I found parking easily. Good stores. I would come here again. Some stores have alot more traffic than others which is somewhat expected although I am used to seing more of a balance st malls. Either way no complaints. My wife and enjoyed a late meal before we called it a day.
Don't waste your time. 60 % of the stores are closed
Not many stores. I used to love this place but it's getting run down
It has all you can buy all you can eat
Always a good time at Spring Hill Mall just wish there was more people
Nice mall. Good stores.
I’d like to start by saying that I am really disappointed with the service here if I could give them zero stars I would, I try contacting them Through their website, no response today look in my email no response so this is what it comes down to letting everybody know that if you’re going to buy something from there vending machines don’t do it save your money it’s expired if you don’t wanna get sick don’t buy Anything from there vending machines and some machines if you try to play they will eat the money no refund horrible experience will not be going back down there ever again. You guys need to improve customer service.
Love the new look. More stores coming. The movie theater is very nice addition. Love the kids play area. Not bad food court. Love the Chinese buffet though
Great shopping experience
Good Fishing,Clean Bathrooms Kids Park
Mall needs better stores.
One of the best shopping places in the area. A number of different things available under one roof. Clothes, books, house wares, food and much more!
I miss the old mall .... bring back the food court and more stores
Inlokebthisnplave very good stores
4 Seasons Nail Shop! Make sure the person doing your nails have a legitimate certificate! Worst experience ever! Had to go back same day to demand my money back or a different person “FIX” the blotch garbage that rude , unprofessional woman did! My nails still hurt 2 weeks later.
Place sucks. Way behind in fashion and clothing. Woodfield Mall is 1 billion times better.
Went on a sunday because the hours say 12-9 turns out they close at 6. They need to change that.
Most Malls are dying, this one is truly trying to survive. But with the downfall of Sears and other big box it hurts the small business owners. I wish them all well and hope that they can survive this plethora. GOOD LUCK LITTLE GUYS I WISH YOU LUCK AND I MEAN THAT.
Great mail like it even more now there are more stores and less food
Lots of nice shops and restaurants
Had wonderful time there and enjoyed myself.
Sad that the mall is on the downside.
The security looked like elmer fud a big joke
A good ole fashioned mall, with modern stores!
great mall! so many stores to choose from and also the food court is nice and has many options. The bathrooms are also very clean.
Pretty good, clean and still has a lot of stores.
It's a nice mall, very clean
I grew up going to Spring Hill Mall. I was able to get all my shopping done in one place. What a relief.
Nice shopping mall. Not as crowded as others in the area. Great selection of merchandise!
