Here you will see the feddbacks of people who bought the products and services of SouthPark Mall (Mall) near to the state of Illinois.
Now the firm has a rating of 3.6 stars out of 5 and that rating is based on 2786 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is really high, and it is based on a high number of opinions, so we can say that the evaluation is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to leave their score when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to write feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
It was very dirty and worn-down looking. The only upside was that it wasn't busy.
We visit this mall and it's still ok but if you ask me I prefer to do my shopping on line...I will go to the mall ones in a while if its necessary...
Great mall. many stores. Great food.
A shining example of what malls used to be and should be. Not abandoned, decaying, and haunted. Best mall within 30+ minutes of my house.
My preferred mall in the Greater Cleveland area.
Bathrooms are garbage, never clean, no toilet paper, water is slow and cold. Stores are current and food court is good.
Great going down and seeing what shops are there.Been ages since I've been there.
Great mall love shopping there
Usually just go for Spencer's or hot topic but it's a good mall
I never once went into any of their stores. And I've been living here my whole life. But not once, have I ever been inside their stores
Lots of stores I like. Cool guy in the food court with a crazy outfit, that was sweet.
The only good experience was Dillards clearance store.
A mall worth visiting, what a one stop shopping location should be.
It’s a decent mall with a large variety of stores including a cinemark. The reviews about the people who shop here are true. This is probably the rudest and most obnoxious mall I’ve ever shopped in, in terms of customer base. Parking is always a nightmare. Security is basically useless and always rude unless you’re renting a wheelchair. Parents think it’s a playground and never bother to watch their badly behaved kids. I’ve seen kids run around stores screaming, throwing clothes on the floor and kids running up escalators meanwhile parents standing there doing nothing. Mall workers are the best part of this mall in my opinion. Great people who have been there for years.
Good variety of stores and not at all crowded.
Not much to say yet. But get more exciting
This mall has really gone down hill, I dont even go there that often because there is nothing there anymore.
Nice mall clean, well cared for, full of shops.
Clean quiet...In out done.
One of the better food courts you will find in NE Ohio. Cinema is right there, great mall for the kids.
Enjoyed checking out the old favorite stores and a couple new ones. Unfortunately it's more like a ghost town anymore.
Love my Chicos
You can't go wrong. Plenty of stores to choose from.
It's a nice mall that simply keeps refusing to close doors. They have a hard time keeping businesses and is unfortunately a dying mall. Don't get me wrong though, it's not a bad place. Update to the response from the Owner: Two stores that I'd love to see. An electronics store like BestBuy, Frys Electronics, or Micro Center, and a also Trader Joe's.
And I oop sksksk
Typical dying mall. In the past few years efforts have been made to improve the interior but evidently not enough for businesses to stay. VonMaur is the best store there.
Montana Jack's [ La Qinta "s ] motel's are excellent inns I've ate and use too stopped, I stayed one in west st. Louis, mo. When I drove my first semi driving 1st. Of a lung cancer overdimesion leads in the start of Feb. 11,1978
Dillards has some great prices at the outlet store. Monday is the end of an extra 50% off of their price.
Sort of sad to see vacant stores. Times change. Mexican restaurant has good food.
Nice mall quiet, clean lots of varieties of stores. Eating area, play areas, over all a good mall.
Our family's fave mall
This mall is very clean, has a lot of stores, even a movie theater. I really enjoy coming here to do my shopping because I can find everything I need. The only downfall are the two pet stores. They keep their animals and fish tanks and that's inhumane. Other than that this mall is very nice
Nice indoor mall, many restaurants & stores to chose from. They even have a pet store!
Not as good as it used to b they dont have talapia anymore the haddock was dry they didnt have any lemon or tartar sauce
Great place for shopping. Different places to choose from. A lot of fun things to do with kids.
Nice outdoor growers market.wish I had known sooner.
Mall prices, cozy atmosphere(nice lounge area with plenty of spaces for phone chargers), nothing to special to find here.
Found what I needed . Enjoyed our time th there
The American Mall is gasping for relevance....and South Park Mall is doing a pretty good job of keeping up with customer needs and requirements. Recommended place to get what you need.
Very sad that this mall has slowed down so much.
Only because I can't give zero. Not sure if this place was a happening place at one point but more than half of the open stores were either a nail salon or a spa. No food court whatsoever and no business. Soon to be closed
Everything you would expect from a small town mall. Nice small children’s area. Chick Fil A is always hot and fresh and JC Penny seems to always have some good deals going.
Nice small plenty of interesting stores, the movie theater and food court are pretty great.
A great choice of clothing and footwear, if necessary, can also be tailored to hairstyles and manicures, and if you are hungry, you can get caught up in numerous fast food restaurants. Who wants to have fun or a good movie ....
The pot smoke coming from the Bubble Tea store was pretty strong. The boys were struggling to make our drinks. We walked out with $11 of NOTHING.
Anything you would like to shop for you can find here. Restaurants, as well as stores of all kinds from j c Penney's to things remembered, to pet stores. Clean and very safe security is very present. Thanks.
I love shopping here
Cell doc gave me horrible service, the lady was sleep and didn't want to help, but the super nerds kiosk did a great job, that guy had fantastic service and fixed my screen promptly.
I had a great time here. There are lots of stores and they definitely fixed it from the last time I went, One time I went a man chased me down because he wanted to clean my shoes. Some great stores they have are Hollister, American Eagle. There are stores for every taste really.
Very nice mall & a good shopping experience over all.
It was nice and peaceful, it wasn't crowded like the Mall used to be. I got in and got in 30 .
Great mall with lots of stores and places to eat
Very large mall. Well maintained, clean, safe. Food court has a few different options. Movie theater is inside the mall. Overall not bad
when i went there i got my purse stolen. i am still depressed about it. i put it down for 2 seconds and SOMEONE TOOK IT. Not very cash money of them. watch ur stuff or you’ll get it stolen. #no school clothes for me
Old, neglected building. Very few customers, mostly mall walkers. No food court. I only found 3 restaurants. SP is clean. But very sad from it's Glory days. Happier days when going to the mall was fun. Becoming a ghost town.
This mall is right by where I live and so it’s always a go to spot when we are in need of something to do or just want to get out. It’s is always very clean and compared to other malls fairly big. The food court has many options and the tables are always clean. They also have a movie theater which is a plus!
Great mall with countles options to shop and eat.
Great mall all brands are available with good discounts and offers.
I think this is a nice mall. The current ownership here seems to be trying to improve the mall and make it a nice place to be and I think they've made some nice changes here. It would be even better if they can get more stores to locate here.
Bring back the food court and have better stores in here. It’s so boring and I work here
When I take someone with me to check me out , it's great! This time I was alone. More than half of my face was untouched. How embarrassing...
This place has something for almost everyone! Love coming to this mall!
Southpark an older run-down mall with all the usual mall stores. It is however pretty good for people watching; lots of late 90's to mid 00's fashions on the locals. It's like a living time capsule but with a Starbucks!
A great place to do indoor walking. A lot of stores have closed but they're trying to encourage the mom and pop stores to come there.
Skechers, staff was very friendly and helpful. Found just what I was looking for, walked out with 2 pairs of shoes! Good variety.
This mall is one of the best I’ve been to. It has so many amazing stores. Practically has everything! Hot topic, Spencer’s, torrid, rue 21, forever 21, Etc...
Not as great as North but good
Overall popular place but security needs to stop acting lolike they're cops. Im getting paul blart vibes from them. Funny, but not ideal
Very nice mall lots of store only wish there was a way into the theater with out going in the mall
I miss how it was back in the 2000’s. Lots of empty stores, so sad. They still have some nice stores but the vibe there isn’t great
Went to Dick's sporting goods, very good.
Watch the death of a shopping mall in real time. If it wasn’t for mall walkers, I’m not sure if anyone would be there. Sad site to see the end of retail malls in the US.
I appreciate still being able to shop at a mall. While I like online shopping, I would prefer to touch & try on clothing...grab a quick snack, and people watch.
Love the mall. Pricey but it's the mall. Great food court. All the stores you expect n then some you would have never thought you'd see with awesome stuff you never knew you wanted
Neither are impressive , but Northpark is just a bit better. Regardless, all necessities are in this mall. They have all of the typical department stores, a Mexican restaurant, furniture store, Journey’s, Chik-fil-a, eyebrow threading kiosk, nail salons, etc.
Had fun window shopping .
It was very dirty and worn-down looking. The only upside was that it wasn't busy.
Went there for lunch.
Great going down and seeing what shops are there.Been ages since I've been there.

Kinda dirty but it's okay

Enjoyed checking out the old favorite stores and a couple new ones. Unfortunately it's more like a ghost town anymore.
It's as good as any mall depends on what shop your looking for. And there's small kiosks in the center.
It's a nice mall that simply keeps refusing to close doors. They have a hard time keeping businesses and is unfortunately a dying mall. Don't get me wrong though, it's not a bad place. Older but still hip feeling.
Not as good as it used to b they dont have talapia anymore the haddock was dry they didnt have any lemon or tartar sauce
Great place for shopping. Different places to choose from. A lot of fun things to do with kids.
I like this mall because it has almost everything!
Poor selection of stores, little to no food establishments.. it's a far cry from the mall it used to be.
Nice outdoor growers market.wish I had known sooner.
Mall prices, cozy atmosphere(nice lounge area with plenty of spaces for phone chargers), nothing to special to find here.
Found what I needed . Enjoyed our time th there
Wish they had more stores

There is hardly anything there anymore
Love the mall. Pricey but it's the mall. Great food court. All the stores you expect n then some you would have never thought you'd see with awesome stuff you never knew you wanted

Lots of empty store spaces. Place is cleanish. Parking lot is a joke
A great mall with plenty of options to choose from. I come here anytime that I'm in the area.
Our favorite place to shop!
Volunteered for river bend food bank wonderful organization
Great place to hang out and play.
Nothing like shopping with a bunch of narcissists, but if you can get passed that there's some cool stores. Went to food court and received burnt food.
I have been to this mall several times with my family and I am always amazed at how many stores and shear variety. There are stores there that I have not seen before. The only downside is the distance from my house.
Great mall never had a bad experience coming here.
Best mall around in my opinion. Great selection of stores and well maintained. Very clean and everybody (store associates) are kind , polite , friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
I always find what I need here.
Big variety of shops, not too many people, good service in the shops.
Love going to this mall not many closed stores.
Very nice and good customer service.
Very nice mall. Clean. The right mix of stores.
Somewhat barren. The stores that they do have are great though. Customer service is very good
No reason to go here half the stores are not filled
Best mall in the area! Always so clean and have never had a bad experience.
It’s really clean and nice. Good variety of shops, you can’t get bored. Also there are charging stations for your phone at the restrooms which definitely come in handy lol
Pleasant. Not over crowded. Good place to visit and shop!
Not much to see here.. alot of my favorites stores are gone...so sad
Nice mall but need some more variety
We are so lucky to have such a great mall so close by. Where you can shop, eat out and go to the movies without leaving the building.
Best mall ever!
Half the stores I went into had young clerks who had no clue what customer service really is. In many stores I was the only customer and I got no recognition. I know why no customers!
This mall is small but still a little active, clean look , with some great choices for food movies and apparel to choose from. It's crazy difficult to get because of mall traffic but not to busy during regular weekends.
It is a huge Mall with all kinds of stores and it has a movie theater inside of it
Place is not as it used to be. Maybe because I am older and don't do much shopping anymore. I miss cinnabon.
I got back from Gordmans a little while ago that is my store! I love it!
Such a fun place for kids to play!
We went to one store to find one thing. We barely noticed the mall and it's amenities. We had a good experience.
I don't like it....it's not as it's use to anymore it's just a boring lobby to a hotel that doesn't exist.... I want my old back our old mall back they said they would make it better NOTHING IS BETTER ITS DYING MORE AND MORE WERE WATCHING IT ROT and nothing is getting done or better we need more stores more and go back to the old mall we had....we beg of anyone....please bring back our mall not it's corpse....
This place is dying a slow death! It used to be a decent mall, but now you barely have any stores, and it's getting worse! North park will be following it seems. Have to shop online most of the time.
It's not crowed there are plenty of stores and places to eat there r chairs and TV so u can sit and wTch there a play place for kids an arcade
So sad seeing nothing here anymore. This place needs variety!
They took my recently passed husband jacket to sew a couple patches on, they were kind, did a great job in a short time for a fair price, I would recommend them!
Great place but sometimes hard to get parking
Nice, and they didn't kill Kenny.
I'm not sure if I'm a mall shopper but they have great variety.
Have all the perfect stores to find just what you need.
I liked it so much because there are so many things to do
This is a very busy mall, which is not usually the case for malls in the area. It seems to have a nice variety of stores as well as a variety of food options in the area (although not necessarily in the mall). It is very convenient to the highway (71), but the traffic is usually quite heavy in the area. Mall seems reasonably clean and there seems to be plenty of development continuing (new stores being added).
Shame what they did to this place not like it once was
Excellent. Went only to one stouebut easy parking and access.
Place was huge. Spent half a day here back to school shopping without even realizing it.
Best mall in the Cuyahoga county area
One of the few indoor malls that is still thriving. Besides Penney's, Dillard's and Macy's, they have numerous shops both inside and outside of the mall. If you want mall shopping, this has the hustle and bustle of malls of yesteryear.
This place used to be fantastic. Had the WVIZ Store of Knowledge, had a Waldenbooks, had a Williams Sonoma. Had. Now the only reasons to go here are for Mitchell's ice cream, retro movie night at the theater and if Godiva closes, I'm not going back.
Just your average mall that's, unfortunately, going down hill. A lot of stores are closing, leaving lots of vacant areas everywhere. Crime, hostility, and fights seem to have increased within the past couple years. Every time I stop in, there's something going on. Average place to go shopping, but beware of the teens.
This is the worst mall ever. I am not sure how it stays open. Hardly any stores. Great place if you like mall walking though.
One of the few malls that are not closing all the stores inside. They have alot of cool stores and all the normal ones too. They pretty much have all the stores you need. And if not, they are close to a few other shopping strips that have the rest. Never feels cramped. Movie theater
This is a closed shopping mall.under 1 roof u have everything .so just njoy shopping, movie and food
Very nice. Comparable to Polaris in Columbus, Ohio.
It's really gone down hill over the last ten years. Use to be a nice place but now it's kinda run down and ghetto
Awesome mall. Has all of my favorite stores such as American Eagle, Hollister, FYE, H&M, and many more.
Great mall, really enjoy Habaneros and Ashley Homestore.
Stores may be going in and out a lot but it's got GREAT clothing/shoe stores in it.
It's not as good as it used to be, malls are going out of style. But there's some good stores here still.
Loved Earth Bound store!
Its nice but I miss the old days of SouthPark.
The best mall in the Carolinas with plenty of brands and great location.
My only problem is that it is a rich area.... and they like to stare at the ceiling like there is something interesting there...... it's in a nice clean place. But the people aren't as friendly.
My first time being there great exercise .I felt some Prejudice there while I was there though.. but I really enjoyed the mall..
What an amazing place to visit. Lots of people, good food, great shopping, taking pics with Santa and took the train ride. Spent my day here with my girls and grandbabies. Had a good day
There are quite a few shops. Prices seem a bit pricey, but if you go for the sales, you'll have a good time. I have never heard if they mark prices up, then put on a big sale. I enjoyed our shopping time over all. The staff is quite pleasant.
Still a nice mall. Starting to have some store turnover though.
Lots of empty store spaces. Place is cleanish. Parking lot is a joke
THEY REMOVED GAMESTOP!!!
Volunteered for river bend food bank wonderful organization
Its cool
This is just a rip off of the show. No funny jokes or witty remarks. Just litter and unsavory folks.
It was interesting.
Big variety of shops, not too many people, good service in the shops.
Very nice and good customer service.
Somewhat barren. The stores that they do have are great though. Customer service is very good
No reason to go here half the stores are not filled
Dirty mall. Scary atmosphere even during Christmas. No security presence.
I wish they had some old stores back but who doesn't like the mall? Lol Some of the stores are expensive and I heard it's be cuz Southpark charges outrageous rent
Pleasant. Not over crowded. Good place to visit and shop!
Not much to see here.. alot of my favorites stores are gone...so sad
Nice mall but need some more variety

I love the south Park Mall. It's such a great place to hang out and go shopping. There are many stores in it and a couple of places to eat. I really enjoy South Park Mall

Nothing much here,run down .
It's not as good as it used to be, malls are going out of style. But there's some good stores here still.
Too quiet. Love Gordman's!!!
Its nice but I miss the old days of SouthPark.
What a sad experience walking around the mall in July 2019. I can remember the heralded opening of Southpark, and its sister mall Northpark (in Davenport), in the 1970s. In its heyday, Southpark was the premier regional mall on the Illinois side of the Quad Cities. Well-stocked stores lining both sides of the concourses teeming with eager shoppers; sales staffs offering products to meet whatever needs people could imagine. It was an age of unbounded consumerism. Now, with its shuttered storefronts and blanked off sections of concourse facades, Southpark is a shadow of its former self. At least one anchor tenant has closed, temporary -- sometimes anonymous -- tenants have been ensconced in oversized storefronts, the once-crowded concourses are now nearly devoid of shoppers, seemingly wandering aimlessly in search of viable businesses. Is the regional mall model following the path of the dinosaurs, slowly approaching an inexorable stop as its lifeblood seeps out? Is a revitalized downtown Moline business district thrusting a dagger into the heart of Southpark, avenging a near-death experience dealt to it decades ago by the mall's opening? Or is the siren song of online shopping luring consumers from all brick and mortar stores? Only time will tell, folks. For now, Southpark is a prime location for mall-walking enthusiasts. Or perhaps an oversized bumper car track along the concourses?
Love this place, although, it may be running down soon.
They need more food places, not just 2.
South Park mall was remodeled a few years back and to be blunt I think I liked the layout better before. They opened it up to create a lounging space which I believe was intended to be attractive to millenials. As a millennial, it's not. It's nice that they added a spot for children to play that's away from the stores. It gives a nice "park like" area for the children to play during times of less than satisfactory weather. The stores seem to be closing more and more often and I fear one day it may die off entirely. There's just nothing that "WOWS" me here. My advice. Fill some of those stores with entertainment based businesses like your intending and do it fast. Stores in a mall is no longer the way to go.
Parking lot too many pot holes and like a ghost town from yesteryear
This is a good mall.
Went to zumies, big fun. All kinds of van's, etc. Service was beyond great. The girl who was assisting me did a great job. Her name is jackelline. The spelling is different, check it out
This place is a ghost town with very few stores to shop at
Clean mall. It's fairly large, so bring your walking shoes!
Was in Gortmans very nice things great pricing staff was very belpful
Went to tge food pantry they need to have a separate line for walkers and wheel chairs and canes.
Was very annoyed went to cbd store @ 1 on Sunday and it was closed
The mall has really gone down, very dirty floors, garbage on floors, no air conditioner, mall extremely warm. Very disappointed in the shape of the mall.
TWO THUMBS UP ON SOUTH PARK MALL JL OUT
So sad to see this place die... I use to love going here and spending a few hours or making a day out of going... But now they try to make a big space small and redo it to make it look better and they failed.
Glad to see still operating!
Great place to shop. Lots to see. Bring your walking shoes.
I love to go the shopping mall
Overall a good mall. It has quite a few places.
Too expesive i love it
This mall is dying. They need new stores. New restaurants inside. They need to breath life into it
Malls are overated. Mostly just went to wonder around and look at things priced much higher than they should be. Mall Guy was there, looking pretty fly, per usual.
I love this mall it is convenient for me and has a lot to offer.
Love this mall. Clean and friendly staff. Nice prices and good food. Live that theres an Auntie Annie's at every corner
Very nice mall with lots of stores
The mall seems like it was a ghost town. I was looking for a specific bank and drove by the mall. Didn't find the bank I needed.
Other than Saks and Nordstrom's, every store you can imagine is there. It is crazy busy. Traffic on main roads is insane.
Pretty decent mall I live the variety of stores I prefer going early in the am to beat the crowd and it's pretty peaceful at that time so I can take my time in there. Bathroom is clean for the most part and tables as well in the dining court so that's a win for me and there's plenty of parking.
So nice to have such a large variety of stores that make it easy to get our shopping done.
Great mall! Clean, well kept. Too many retailers to mention but something for everyone. Great food court~big variety
Just close already. Terrible upkeep
Love the variety and especially love the indoor shopping atmosphere !
Good thing I love it rue 21
Bar Louie was a great time with my son and fun. The food and service was excellent!
My favorite mall! Although I'm not a fan at all of malls! Lol. When given no other choice buy to shop at one... this is where i go!
Love it!! It's large with a lot of stores to shop at.
We love Southpark Mall..will come back
Awesome mall! They have so many stores you can go to, even having a CineMark in the mall.
This mall is so nice!
An okay enough place, but it truly is dying. Each time I come back there are more closed stores, and the entire mall is always barren and empty. Good if you don't like crowds, but there's barely any stores worth coming here for.
Nice place for kids to play n also for shopping...
I escaped from the heat by killing some time in the mall. It's been years since I walked through a mall, and the good and bad is that nothing has changed. The shop names are new, but it's still just a mall. The A/c was struggling to keep up with the heat outside (95+) so even the escape proved to be a bit uncomfortable. Now I know why malls died.
I love this mall it is a really good place to hang out with friends and it has a couple food places to eat at such as Chick-fil-a, Dairy Queen, and more. They have shoe stores and a Rue 21. It's dying but it feels really homie because I've lived in Moline for 7 years. I just love how this mall is so much fun when I go there with my friends
Very fun and Easy to navigate. Lots of options (of stores to go to.) The only problem was that there weren't many food options.
One of the better malls left
Dead. Not many stores left there, every why I stopped all the employees were very nice and polite
Nice indoor mall, very large, lots of shops and good variety of shops. Saw people of all ages, lots for kids, teens, and adults. Had my teen daughter with me. Lots she thought was cool.
Nicest mall in cleveland
It's a pretty nice mall but it is hard to find parking. They have a really nice movie theater inside of the mall. There's a nice sized food court which has a lot of different types of food. There is also a nice selection of stores. Around the mall are tons of great restaurants to try! That is definitely the best part of this place. Overall this place is pretty nice, just be careful because it's really hard to find parking.
Best selection hands down.
I've been going to this mall for 20 years and I still think it's the best mall around. They are always updating/renovating the mall itself, keeping it interesting for people of all ages. SouthPark has so many stores inside you need to set aside a few hours to see them all if you've never been there before. HUGE food court with everything you can imagine. Helpful staff at the information desk in the middle of the mall in front of JcPenneys. Highly recommend!
Go there almost weekly. Saddened that it is losing so many stores though. Wish there was more variety like there used to be.
Nothing there but Keisha and Chick-fil-A
It has many stores and a few places to eat. Even Dairy Queen!!
not alot of stores. lots of people just walking the mall for excercise.
Everything's over priced and there are too much shuttered locations
Love this place go every 2 weeks
Awesome Mall Food Court Is Upgraded With Great Pizza And even Subway! This is one of The best Suburban Malls I have ever Been Too I enjoy the Cinemark For Movies the Recliners are so Comfy Problably More Comfy than The Big Comfy Couch on TV. 10 Stars.
There are so many things I could say about Southpark mall, one being it’s amazing and a fun place to go with friends. Sadly people have to ruin that, the security there is terrible. I’ve witnessed ‘security’ argue with teens and even bully them. Calling them names that are just immature. Also the food court is amazing, I love the selections they give. Tho all the Chinese selections they have, the workers and owners are very intimidating. They pressure you to purchase their food and try their samples. I will be on the whole other side of the food court and they call me over.
They need more food places, not just 2.
Pick up the things you forgot to bring.
This place is a ghost town with very few stores to shop at
Was in Gortmans very nice things great pricing staff was very belpful
Went to tge food pantry they need to have a separate line for walkers and wheel chairs and canes.
Was very annoyed went to cbd store @ 1 on Sunday and it was closed
TWO THUMBS UP ON SOUTH PARK MALL JL OUT
So sad to see this place die... I use to love going here and spending a few hours or making a day out of going... But now they try to make a big space small and redo it to make it look better and they failed.
Glad to see still operating!
If you dont lose your car in a pothole is okay place
This mall is dying. They need new stores. New restaurants inside. They need to breath life into it
Miss some good stores
The mall seems like it was a ghost town. I was looking for a specific bank and drove by the mall. Didn't find the bank I needed.
Just close already. Terrible upkeep
It's sad I remember when it was full of stores.
Nice place to shop
Good thing I love it rue 21
An okay enough place, but it truly is dying. Each time I come back there are more closed stores, and the entire mall is always barren and empty. Good if you don't like crowds, but there's barely any stores worth coming here for.
Nice place for kids to play n also for shopping...
No stores. Unless you need furniture.
Dead. Not many stores left there, every why I stopped all the employees were very nice and polite
Buffalo wild wings meeting with friend... great. and our server too
Go there almost weekly. Saddened that it is losing so many stores though. Wish there was more variety like there used to be.
Nothing there but Keisha and Chick-fil-A
It has many stores and a few places to eat. Even Dairy Queen!!
Southpark Mall in Moline, IL is pitiful. So many empty stores, I haven't been to it in awhile. I went with a friend and wish I had a stayed home. She should had went to NorthPark Mall in Davenport, Iowa, she would have found what she's looking for.
Clean and visit was satisfying.
not alot of stores. lots of people just walking the mall for excercise.
Everything's over priced and there are too much shuttered locations
Love this place go every 2 weeks
This place used to be really super nice But sometimes I feel like I’m going to get robbed because the people inside here is different kind of clientele. People and some people and I see some people look very dirty. About 5 to 10 years ago are used to love coming to this place. And now they also have police officers which makes me think that people to steal n get robbed and customers are not honest and they steal
I like it because it's not crowded.
Plenty to do and occupy your time with. Plenty of places to eat. All of the employees I encountered on my visit were genuinely kind.
Lots of stores have closed, but still some big name stores available to shop in. Not a big food court as far as choices, updated court is nice however.
Only reason I go there is for hot topic and FYE
How can you have a Petland still in the mall??? That place encourages puppy mills.
Nice place and feels great to know there's still a mall around that has a steady flow of traffic.
Love our mall but they need to hurry and finish it lol and we need better stores!!!!
I enjoy shopping at this mall but unfortunately a lot of the stores are dirty (Dillard’s dressing room was a disaster with ripped walls, horribly dirty floors, and what looked like old ketchup on the wall) and I left a bag of bath and body works things that I bought and when I called all I got was that there’s nothing in lost and found and a thank u bye. Now i spent money and single use coupons for nothing.
For the most part a clean place with a large variety of stores to choose from. Prices are high but it is semi convenient to have this many stores in one location
Super nice mall.
It used to be amazing but now it's just going down hill. I really hope it comes back around but for now it's just not worth it. I suggest north park
A nice small to go to for some things, but not a very wide variety of stores there since most shut down.
Best mall around I love it.
Lots of shops, great for food, clothing, movies and more! Multiple areas to sit and relax, along with multiple restaurants. Lots of stuff to do here! The mall itself looks amazing and isn't run down or anything of the sort. It's right off the highway in a busy section of town right next the heart of Strongsville!
made it easy to getin Andy black out.
Why would you even shop somewhere else? Ok maybe for the Lego store but that's IT. The place is spotless the parking lot is even clean. The stores are always organized and staffed with great people. Good food, good stores great place to shop.
I meet there before work quit asking me. Other than that it's a lovely place to meet for work!
Not a fan of this mall they took out most of the stores I shopped at
Mall is kind of boring. Most people in the mall are just their to walk laps for exercising in the warmth. Main reason for going to mall is to shop at Dicks. Nice clean store, well organized, very helpful employees who go way out of there way to help you find what you need and if they dont have it will try to get it ordered for you. If they don't carry it they will usually tell you where to go to find it. Highly recommend.
Always like going up to South Park Mall to shop and kill time on a weekend with the family. There are shops for the whole family there. Always clean and well maintained. The selection in the food court is pretty darn good. Southpark rates very high when compared to other malls in Ohio in my book.
One of the nicest malls in N E Ohio. Great variety of stores both basic and upscale. A nice eating area with a nice mix to choose from. Ample parking with good security.
Nice mall with interesting stores. Just avoid during the holidays, Santa's workshop , while a picturesque display, clogs up the entire area near the food court on top of the usual holiday shoppers
Love shopping there at JC Penny's and getting my nails and hair done all in one place.
How the mighty have fallen. Back in the day this was the place to be seen if you were anywhere under the age of 21. Heck, even all my friends parents hung out there most weekends. Now you have to be careful if you go off any of the side areas as there some shady characters wandering around. Definitely not what it used to be, but it's still worth checking out. Dillard's has some great clearance and there are some wonderful deals to be had at Von Mour.
It is a great place!
A very good place to spend time with family. It has lot of variety shops and entertainment for kids. There is a food court to satisfying the hunger
Nice cross section of stores with major national brands well represented and lots of little quirky kiosks and above average food court.
Poor Southpark Mall is at least 50% empty.. sad that this QC icon can no longer seem to support businesses.. it is great to take a 3 year old and allow to run when there's nothing else to do!
I do enjoy shopping at Strongsville mall nice people different shops different ideas you get even to choose plenty to choose from affordable for families. Please do keep up with Strongsville and the holidays you make the place look awesome. I love it to bring my family and my grandchildren and we have lots of good memories of this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I like the location how easy it is to find stores and the variety the variety of inventory the stores carry Forever 21 staff is so nice and keep the store soput togetger and totally are there to assist you arries
Very busy at times. Is delightful.
Nice mall very helpful staff.
This is the best place in northern Ohio to shop
Mall that still exist and clean. Very nice many stores good options in the food court and restaurants outside.
Well all I did was eat at habaneros and have ice cream at Dairy Queen. It was good
DSW THANK YOU FOR SELLING GREAT NURSE'S SHOES
It's a nice place to go, it's really been improving over the last few years. It was good then, but now it's even better and nicer than before. There's plenty of good food to be had in the food court, great store selection and an amazing movie theater. There is also a Mitchell's ice cream there and they have some pretty good ice cream.
I just hate getting around this mall. Great Northern is more fun to visit in my opinion.
This mall has really bounced back from the brink of irrelevancy. Clean safe and shiny all around. I miss the giant metal sculpture that used to be there when I was a kid and I miss smoking in Bishops.
Nice mall to visit n buy
This and great northern are 2 of the thriving malls in Northeast Ohio. Most of the other malls are dead, dieing, or ghetto
Found my homecoming dress and that was fun so yeah
Just went to pick up a Tuxedo for my husband's daughter wedding. Didn't really Go into the main mall. But it seems ok
Enjoyed it and nice selection of stores
Nice, clean, safe. They open the doors early to let people walk around and avoid the bad weather, which is really nice. The mall doesn't get a lot of traffic and because of that, the stores are only open part time. Otherwise, the place a top notch.
It is a typical American style shopping mall with all of the stores you will see in every shopping mall in America and many other countries as well. Dependable but really sad to see happen. I miss the variety and independent craftsmanship of the days of old. Nice mall though. You won't be sorry you went.
Not a bad place. Lot of walking because I had to visit a bunch of stores.
It's nice place to shop
Only a few good stores at South Park which to name a few are Dicks, VS, and Von Maur. We also use Fat Dads for our business. It's unfortunate that so many stores have left and nothing good has replaced them so far.
Good location lots places to shop clean place
The have a place where my daughter can play while i shop, and she absolutely loves it! It’s only $11 for an hour and I can shop in peace knowing she’s having a blast. When I’m done shopping I can play with her for a little after. This place makes the a 5 star for me.
This place has alot of choices for shopping. My favorite mall.
Went only to Penny's. Beautiful store, wonderful bargins everywhere you look. Unfortunately, it's too soon after the holidays for me to shop much. Not much traffic at the mall today but with all this snow and cold No one is going anywhere they don't have to.
It's not worth going to South Park any more... Illinois
Good food and service.
Nice mall close to home metro buses available and easy parking and few nice places to shop brows or go to events holidays Thanksgiving is a grand turkey dinner and offers refills enjoyed .Much more a fun place to go to spend a few hours or relax and enjoy causal day .
When going to a mall I always go to this one but it's always so crowded on the weekends. All malls usually are but this one gets ridiculously crowded. Not the best for people with anxiety who don't like huge crowds. Other than that it's nice. I love the stores. Especially BAM and The Children's Place. My daughter also loves going to the indoor play area.
Loved it.so many stores to choose from and so many people. Our town no longer has a mall and it great to go to one.
This mall is a very nice place to visit. Alot of convienent stores to shop at
I love spencers and oriental import and bubble tea. But they keep getting rid of the best shops.
Always great. In an age where Amazon reigns supreme and malls are dying left and right South Park reinvents itself constantly. Always new stores. Always new restaurants and options. Parking is fine and the mall is very well designed. It's been around a while and continues to be the premier mall in Ohio for a reason. Places like legacy village and crocker Park are nice and all but still doesn't beat South Park.
Boring,when I was a kid,it used to be awesome,but now it's just meh
Love this place. Great mall. Huge and worth any travel... Less crowded than Polaris and people are more rude, but it's better than Lodi or any other mall that Ive been to in NEOH... Food is good, parking is good, stores are good, even really nice ones that you dont see often...
We really like this mall (except at Christmas time because it is the busiest mall in the area!). There are a lot of different stores so you are likely to find something for everyone! There is a nice free play area in the mall but also a play area that you can drop the kids off at and shop for a price.
Lets just be honest, this mall is dying. Storefronts are empty throughout, the parking lot is disintegrating, and the mall is hardly ever busy. Oh and the snow removal of this past winter was a joke.
I like it because it's not crowded.
Lots of stores have closed, but still some big name stores available to shop in. Not a big food court as far as choices, updated court is nice however.
Need a food court. The stores are dying down and it's not as busy as it used to be.
Mall is missing alot stores. Too bad
Love our mall but they need to hurry and finish it lol and we need better stores!!!!

A nice small to go to for some things, but not a very wide variety of stores there since most shut down.
Nothing to get excited about, good place to walk in cold weather
This is a decent mall!
made it easy to getin Andy black out.
So small and it's nothing like the southpark mall i remember from my childhood
I meet there before work quit asking me. Other than that it's a lovely place to meet for work!
Fantastic place to go
Not a fan of this mall they took out most of the stores I shopped at

Nice mall very helpful staff.
Was close by but not in mall
Well all I did was eat at habaneros and have ice cream at Dairy Queen. It was good
It's lost a lot of stores and with no food court there's no reason to go there.
Very Clean and Nice Mall
Definitely not the place it used to be needs more stores and food
Lacks variety, next to no food choices.
This mall has really bounced back from the brink of irrelevancy. Clean safe and shiny all around. I miss the giant metal sculpture that used to be there when I was a kid and I miss smoking in Bishops.
Nice mall to visit n buy
Not alot here. No coffee place!!
Nice, clean, safe. They open the doors early to let people walk around and avoid the bad weather, which is really nice. The mall doesn't get a lot of traffic and because of that, the stores are only open part time. Otherwise, the place a top notch.
Nice place to spend saturday afternoon!
It's nice place to shop

Seriously can you even call this a mall...more empty store fronts then not!
Loved it.so many stores to choose from and so many people. Our town no longer has a mall and it great to go to one.
