The old guy in this car was stalking me while I had coffee at Starbucks. He took photos of me and pretended to be on the phone. I got up to leave and then sat in my car. He followed me out right away and then proceeded to drive off. But low and behold, a red light caught him, and I was able to capture his license plate number. Total creeper!!! Gross!!!

A unique shopping experience. Unlike a traditional mall with store under one roof the Shoppes At College Hills offers clusters of name brand establishments in an old town atmosphere you have to walk from building to building. This may be the only narrative about the Shoppes. The atmosphere is very friendly. It's like a tiny town where people come to shop. Or eat fresh ice cream or enjoy their favorite cup of java outside under the shady umbrellas. Shopping and relaxing makes for a relaxing day of shopping. I go there just to sit in the shade wither a cup of my favorite cup 'o Joe.

Well went to Target and the managers seem more willing to help then the regular employees did. I asked where to find a back massager and instead of showing me they acted like I was bothering them. And talked down to me like I was an idiot. One of the managers actually looked up where the back massager was and took me to the exact spot and stayed and asked if there was anything else that I needed help finding.

The room was clean and the staff were nice, but the hotel is very old. The tv was small and dated, the fixtures and furniture seemed to be at least a decade old. The pillows were also pretty flat. Everything about the room was dated. I gave two stars though because of the friendly staff and the pool area, while small, was nice.

When your kid is attending college at ISU, and they run out of toilet paper, or whatever, this is where you go to buy it. Bonus movie recommendation: Synecdoche, NY-- Super trippy and really really deep. Lots of symbolism. A thinking person's film. Beautifully filmed, perfectly acted, and ingeniously written! You will laugh, you will cry, you will say what the hell did I just watch, but you will love it. I believe the films message to be, "We are all unhappy in the same way, so don't let life pass you by dwelling on it."

I was at Target this day...which I'm a fan of..there's an outdoor mall offering a great variety of stores and restaurants . it is large, so be prepared to do a lot of walking...unless you re-park your car .

A variety of shops that try and cater to different price ranges and shopping needs from modern day to antique. There's a parking lot and it does get full when the kids are back for college. The stores could had better deals and closed a little later since it they knew students returning to campus on and off would need to shop there.

Parking is atrocious. Store personnel were too busy with changing over the after-holiday displays to be of any help for a newcomer to the town. Locals were rude. This was an experience to promote on-line shopping!

I understand everyone wants the traditional 'mall' phased out , but the twist and turn street are chaotic and confusing leaving for a little bit of a dangerous situation, when trying to find the store or eatery you are there to visit. You can’t go wrong visiting here if you like to shop. We stayed at the Hampton hotel and everything was within walking distance. Not just shops but food too. A great variety of shopping and food. Price points varied which is nice so not every store was super expensive. There are multiple bus stops in this area too so if we wanted to catch a bus anywhere in Bloomington-Normal, we had easy access to transportation.

We don't get out here much anymore, but the Target did have an item, easy to find also, that I couldn't get elsewhere. We get to Destihl and Hobby Lobby more often than the Shoppes now. It might be nice to wander through there again soon.

Outdoor shopping malls may work in climates that offer good weather year round. In an area that has snowy weather 4 or more months a year. Constantly getting in and out of your car or walking out doors in cold weather to just go back in a warm store having to take coats on and off repeatedly not exactly nice.

Easy place to navigate and get around. We often go here for Target but there are good restaurants and other Shoppes as well. It is busy so driving around can be a hassle at times as well as parking is sometimes hard to find. However, it is often our most shopped at area of stores!

Shoppes are great use of space! but... Beware leasees.... The management company does not value their tenants or those who they do business with the way they should. Under a shroud of multiple management companies they have little accountability and dont flinch at not paying you as a contractor. Shame shame.

Since the mall has been taking a nose dive to going out of business (LOL) this is the next best thing BloNo has for shopping. While most of the stores are women's clothing chain stores, there's still Target where you can purchase everyday household items and inexpensive places to eat for under $10 (Taco Bell, Panda Express, Hardee's, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's). The best store was in 2017 when The Halloween Store opened up next to Dress Barn. As soon as they opened, customers started coming in to look at the Halloween decorations and play with the props and to get ideas for what they wanted to go as that year. I went as a ketchup bottle. I even made a comedy YouTube video "Ketchup Bottle Challenge Chicago Featuring Matthew Hussey" in which I made fun of him, in a good way not in a mean way. Bring back the Halloween Store this fall!
