None of the shops there are interesting, the movie theater and Nandos are the only reason to go there. Strip malls have more to do than this place.

Absolutely beautiful for the holidays! Everything is lit up and the Christmas tree is one of the biggest ones I've ever seen. They even have fake snow made out of soap. Seems like they finally adding better stores and restaurants. Lots of people there so I choose to valet to miss a headache.

This has been one of my go to theaters since they're opening. I love the VIP section and plus the membership is free for VIP I just found out from another reviewer that the tickets are half-price with the VIP I did not know that because I don't frequent the theater often anymore. I will take advantage of this benefit of being able to purchase tickets half-price. But I do have one issue. When the theater first opened parking was free now you have a 2-hour window with a validated ticket for the price of $10. I'm not for sure if you go over the two hours if you have to pay the next price point even with your validated ticket I really need to be clear on this because I was told several things.

People are ok. Some attitude from staff. There are much shops to work with. Hardly anything for men to enjoy. No game shop, electric shops, ..... well at least you have Target down the street and Bestbuy down the otherside. Nandos and porkchops were good. Same with VS/Pink

I love coming here for the stores, Icon theater, and to take pictures by the pond! This place is great for summer time to walk around from store to store it’s like a block long. Also great for people who have kids because they have a small park for kids to jump and play. During cold nights it’s cool to hang out near the fireplace they have lounge chairs so it’s pretty chill! I like that they have parking on the block( not free) and underground parking that’s free if it’s under an hour!

This was a sweet surprise to find. A nice living area with nice shopping stores and restaurants. Even had a park, pond, lawn chairs and a giant chess game to play. The movie theater was better then anything I had ever been to.

My husband and I lived here for a year and a half and cannot say enough great things about this apartment building. The apartment itself was gorgeous and the area around the building was fantastic. It’s very apparent that the property owner takes great care of the grounds and they are constantly updating the planters and the flower beds based on the season. We have lived in a city now for 17 years (Philly, Chicago, New York) and we never felt as safe as we did living at the Roosevelt Collection. The security team takes their jobs very seriously and any time we had an issue, they took care of it right away. We became so close with Erica (the lead security person) that we exchanged Christmas gifts with her! The leasing agents were incredible, especially Dom and Delaney. After we moved out we realized there were packages at the building for us and Delaney didn’t hesitate to help us track them down. They make you feel like you’re a member of their family and we miss them and everyone that works in the building so much! If you’re looking for a place to rest your head in the South Loop, look no further than the Roosevelt Collection!!!

Really nice shopping center with old favorites like Old Navy and Francescas with some other shops, restaurants and even a Showplace Icon theater. 2 hour free parking with validation makes it a great choice to go on a nice day :)

I go to most every movie here at this point. Great, friendly staff, the theaters are awesome with the heated recliners in the 21+ section, and the sound is amazing. Join the icon rewards program if you want a decent discount on tickets and food, it's a free program.

It's an upscale outdoor shopping center with condos on top. It does what it is intended to do. Nice little playground for kids in the middle but not a lot going on.

Don' know much about the mall, Northwestern Medicine is the best practice I've ever been to. I'm 57 years old so that's saying something. You walk out the door with a summary of your visit. First time I ever got one of those.

I like this mall, and the fact incorporates the Farmers market as well. I know the congestion from the constant flow of traffic is a bit of a nuisance to the surrounding neighbors. Yet, it''s a tourist attraction. I recommend checking this place out at least once. If you happen to be in IL .

Convenient, also has 90 minutes free parking. Great common areas with playground green space, games and cozy fire pit sitting areas. In the back where the theater is, is another beautiful green space.

I was concerned that this place would be super bougie. In a way it was. But we went to four of the shops, including dinner and movie and this place just didn't seem to have that feeling that other pseudo-plazas do. All the basics of a shopping mall trip are here, a good selection of those basic shops, and an open feel to the space in general. It's great to see a kids' space. The main thing I didn't like was how access from transit feels far. You need to walk a good distance from the street if you're coming from Roosevelt, up from the hill. I'd imagine this isn't bad for young folks, but it's pretty tough if you have mobility issues

Great theatre with very good prices, lots of show times. They also have members program that makes it even cheaper and offers some special screenings if you sign up for email. Multiple ways to buy tickets prior to arriving and they have numbered seating. Negative is parking. Cheapest you will get it is $10 in their garage.

This place was awesome! They had tons of options including AMC theater and target. The landscape was beautiful and the structures were a sight to see. I loved the view of the surrounding area as well. I went to watch movies to kill time while I was in town. I loved that I could walk to Target and grab a few travel items and a snack while I waited. I'd definitely go back again and hangout next time I'm visiting in Chicago.

I specifically came to take my mom to Fleet Feet. For the first time in her life, she has found herself unable to walk without heel pain. I knew, from experience, that Fleet Feet is the place to go. They scanned her feet and came up with a selection of walking shoes for her to try on. We were able to accomplish our goal of finding a good supportive walking shoe for her, within the span of a lunch break.

A nice shopping center with available parking or easy to get to from Red Line. I shopped at Carter's for baby stuff, Container Store for my office and kitchen gadgets addictions, then ate outdoors at Nando's. Our group of 20 was easily accommodated at Nando's. You must get a selfie with the north view!

Parking is free as long as you keep it under 90 minutes and make sure to get it validated. There is still street parking but you have to pay for that. All the shops are cute, and staff is friendly. I mostly come to this plaza to eat at Nandos Peri Peri, or browse all of the containers at the Container Store.
