Orland square is a great mall. It seems to have everything you could want in a shopping experience including a starbucks centrally located. It feels like a generally safe shopping environment and it is easy to navigate.

After visiting this mall, I can honestly see why so many malls are on the decline. The mall was dead,hardly anyone there. Many stores were open,yet none of them looked to be particularly inviting. Use the map kiosk is a absolute must if your looking for a store in particular,because if you ask anyone with a small stand-alone,pop up,nobody knows where anyplace is. I remember the days of being excited to go to the mall. After this experience I’ll just stick with ordering online.

Orland Square has been one of my favorite malls since the 80s. It was nice and small back then and this is before any mini malls or even thought of. They have a nice variety of stores and they have one of my favorites tools William Sonoma.

Great mall. Everything was very clean and orderly. Some of the tenants were not so great. The launchpad area in center court is a really interesting place to see new and interesting products. The mall loses one star because there were a few escalators broken making it difficult to navigate the mall.

Smells like puke and the Orland Park police department targets poor people and minorities because they don't want poor people and minorities in their town, especially living in their town. If you drive an old car through Orland they will follow you and make up a reason to pull you over and will give you a citation no smaller than $75. If you live here, expect to be pulled over at least once a month. Expect to spend a nice portion of your income on petty citations. This department makes more from petty citations than any other department in Illinois. The officers are lazy and do nothing but sit in speed trap zones or scan the mall parking lot. Don't come to Orland. Don't spend money here. And especially don't drive here.

Really clean and nice looking on the inside, the outside is a bit rough. Also a lot of stores were closing or were already closed. The mall was actually pretty small, which with stores closing, made it seem smaller. Overall it was nice though

I've been living in Orland for about 14 years (not as long as others lol) and even I have noticed a huge change. It used to be a great mall, but now it just feels a bit unsafe, definitely after the issue last month. It sucks that outsiders are the ones ruining it.

Very nice clean Mall on the outskirts of Chicago. One of the few with a LEGO store and fairly easy to navigate. It gets really busy so be ready to take some extra time.

ORLAND SQUARE is quite nice with stores that sells (current) merchandise such as home furnishings, clothing in contemporary styles and others. Carson's, Macy's, JC Penney's & Sears are cornerstone stores. Other smaller but popular venues include Gap, Pottery Barn, Victoria's Secret, Coach and Williams Sonoma. The mall is vast with eateries located in the center hub. You can purchase different foods & drinks from a variety of vendors & large designated eating area. I find the mall clean and accessible to wheelchairs throughout. There are plenty of restrooms available as well as in stores. I do like Orland Mall...however...lately there have been issues with personal safety in the parking lot area. Women & the elderly have been targeted as victim to assaults & robbery. Car breakins and car theft have been cited and reported during peak season for purchases such as Christmas. My takeaway advice is to always shop in the company of others within the stores and especially in the parking lot areas. Thieves attend to their business during the day as well as night. Be aware of your surrounding, never leaves packages in your vehicle unattended and lock doors.

Starbucks omg so long of a line. Go to the one outside the mall alot quicker. I loved that bye the family lounge they had kids shoe stores. Convinant. overall great shopping trip

Very clean. It's always hard to find parking but when you do its worth it. I would always make the trip here from my house to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted at this shop that's located on the second floor. I love going to the cheesecake factory. Their nachos are so good. Their skinny menu has a lot of things on it and they dont miss out on flavor.

This mall is going the way of Chicago Ridge and Ford City before that. After the shooting happened here, I would not bring my family. Only recently stopped there for the T Mobile store and now that that's gone, I have no reason to ever stop here again. It's a shame because when I first moved to Tinley that was not the case. Now of I need a mall I'll drive the extra distance where it's not full of kids who are just there to cause trouble

The heyday of this mall has come and gone. It's now 75% women's fashion and shoes. No longer is there a wide selection of stores. Gone are two of the anchor stores. However, it looks there will be an AMC Theater opening soon. The two highlights are the Lego Store and Cheesecake Factory.

Love the variety of stores and dining establishments but would love it even more if I wasn't constantly approached by employees at cosmetic kiosk(s) trying to hand me a sample of some overpriced lotion, cream, etc. If you tell them you’re not interested, they are pushy and take up all of your time. Quite harassing. I try to go out of my way to avoid them, but they’re everywhere and it takes away from a pleasant shopping experience!

Walked around the mall trying to get some ideas for Christmas. Pretty crowded for the holidays but still a positive experience with a ton of stores to shop from. The sears closed down and the Carsons of cpurse closed down last year. Curious what will take their place.

The Orland Square mall in Orland Park has every store that you can think in your mind and has 2 levels in the mall. I would suggest to people to try the Cheesecake Factory it is very popular place to eat and famous for their cheesecake. The food is amazing and I promise you that you will go there a lot and it will be your favorite place to eat. The restaurant is very gorgeous an awesome service. It's definitely one of my favorite places to shop and eat at the same time.

Just an average run if the mill shopping mall. The restaurants outside the mall are probably what bring business. They are more impressive than the stores in the mall. And really Baskin Robbins is the best we can do for ice cream? Lots of construction and lots of weird empty parts that noone was shopping at.

My 18 month old grandson and I absolutely love the play area. Perfectly geared towards under 3's with the surrounding area for a bit older children. The parents all for the most part are watchful towards their children which is super helpful! It is a great way for stay at home young children to socialize.

Nice looking mall . Does have a great variety of stores that are extended between the two floors. Food court has a good amount of food for any taste bud you trying to satisfy. Security and mall employees are helpful and friendly in showing you directions to stores also there are three map locations on each side of the mall and in the middle. It does get a little crowded on weekends , the stores like Victoria secret and pink are packed but if you go on a weekday you get great deals on clothing without the crowds .

Use to be an upscale mall with no worries, now, its Infested with ghetto trash & gang bangers that were forced out of Chicago and into Orland park & surroundung areas that shoot up the place, hurt, severally injure & even kill innocent shoppers, get the place quarantined for hours causing complete & unnecessary chaos. Unless you're in a gang or have a death wish, STAY AWAY FROM THAT AREA!!

Orland Square Mall is really nice. The stores are really clean and organized. The mall is well lit and the restrooms are cleaned regularly. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star review is the racism that I experienced first hand in the food court. I was surprised of how people can act just because of your skin color. I could've eaten at any one of the restaurants in the mall, but I decided to eat at S'barro. As soon as it was my turn to order, the whole staff decided to go to the back of the restaurant. There was nobody in front, so I waited about 5 minutes until one of the staff members came back out. She never spoke. I told her what I wanted and she didn't say a word. Then another staffmember came from the back to take my money. He then took the pizza sliced I ordered, put it in a box, and tossed it on the counter. I could've said something or made a big deal about it, but decided to stay calm and walk away. I'm not going to give them the satisfaction of showing how that kind of racism upsets me. I refuse to eat at another S'barros again. If they don't know how to hire respectful employees, they don't deserve our business.

Was at the cheesecake factory, and everything I had was delicious. I've never even heard of a chicken crust pizza with melted cheese, marinara sauce and angel hair pasta with Alfredo sauce as well. Portion was very large. Definitely enough for at least two people!!!
