I never noticed how beautiful the waiting spaces of the mall are until I went today. The combination of the sun shining through the ceiling into the open waiting areas, with the real plants and water features, were really beautiful. I felt quite peaceful. They've improved!

Chinese buffet, reasonably priced, hot and yummy fresh food, very nice staff. Family environment. Not really a wait time. Accommodated a group of 12 (with kids) easily!

This used to be a great indoor mall, though the past decade has seen increased turnover, a growing number of vacant fronts, and far less foot traffic. They still have some great stores and my favorite movie theater, though I'm uncertain whether the mall itself will remain financially viable on its current track.

Several businesses are going out of business there, which is unfortunate. Nice AMC Movie Theater, decent food court, but getting dated and will need to find better stores, food cafes and get more up to date with millennials and maybe even some senior services too. Macy's closed recently and the Northbrook Spa closed its larger location and kept the smaller massage only store on the first floor.

Great mall! So clean, has the comfiest theater with recliners! The Macy’s here is by far one of the best Macy’s stores. The Forever21 H&M and banana republic will not disappoint. Always a fantastic bargain for great quality and selection. The high end stores are spectacular if you are looking for designer items. There is always something fun happening! Whether its a class at sur la table or FaceTime with Santa for the Holidays.

Like other large malls, there are quite a few empty store fronts. The management keeps the interior spotless, there are plenty of mall walkers. There is a very popular Apple store inside and a busy theater also. Hope to see it stay occupied, there is a lot of square footage to fill.

It was a carnival just there. The people was really chill and layed back. Very nice community! Welcoming!! I didn't go to the mall because I heard it's going out of business.. But the Parking lot is huge

Yeah its a good mall if you still like that kind of thing. Four stars because this is one of the only malls I care to go to. Big fan of the Tommy Bahama which is here. Pretty nice movie theater as well.

This mall has rapidly deteriorated! They have a very limited number of restaurants and a lot of vacant stores. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because of the movie theater. They recently overhauled their AMC. I would recommend visiting for the AMC, but if you want to do any other shopping, consider going up to Hawthorne Mall in Vernon Hills. They're in better shape, offer a nice AMC, and a Dave and Buster's!

Grew up going to this mall. Filled with everything from h and m to Louis Vuitton. One side of the mall is super high end. Has a Starbucks and movie theater. Right next to an awesome treehouse for kids!!’

Wanted to buy some gifts for some colleagues close to where I work and Google took me Northbrook court for a Swarovski place that did not exist there anymore. Walking up and down the mall looking for a shop, found very few shops that could qualify. There is no building directory to help the unwary customer and most shops are totally empty. The security guard radioed to inquire about the Crystal store. He said the store moved to a different place. But he was not aware of the directory where i could see the shops at the mall. The smaller "shopping cart" based businesses were not interested in entertaining the customer. One shop selling the nesting dolls did not even try to market her wares as a alternative to the Kimmidolls that I was originally looking for. The others were unmanned or deserted. The toilet stall does not have a hook to hang the coat/jacket so i had to leave them on the floor.

Ate at stir crazy, we all had the serve yourself bowl and they add the meat. I ordered the chicken breast and was disappointed in the amount of meat all of received. They really need to increase the amount of meat they put in the meals at the charge of $18.00.

Wish the Golf Mill store didn't close. "Eyeglass Specialists" hah are awful with customer service skills. Went in to pick up my specs and had someone helping me with adjustments, another lady walks in with fancy purse and fur coat, guess who was told to wait? It certainly wasn't the fur coat! No this is not a joke gone bad. True story.

This is a very nice upscale Mall. It is never real crowded in here. They don't offer much as far as a food court goes but there are some good restaurants in here. Most of the stores are very pricey but there are a few stores with below average to average prices.

This mall has great seating areas, nursing areas, and play areas for kids. I’m sad they closed See’s Candies and they are loosing Gymboree. They still have some good stores. It’s a nice indoor mall to window shop, grab snacks, take the kids and see a movie.

This was my second time to the Northbrook mall, and I absolutely love it. They are always busy, but never over crowded, which makes your shopping trip more enjoyable. My favorite restaurant, The Claim Company, is located in the mall.

Very fun outing for shopping with the family. It has a children's play area which is very convenient and allows you to play with the energetic youngsters while on the go. This mall also has shops for all age groups and is accepting to everybody.

The mall is semi-abandoned, but its nice to shop at. Most of the stores there are luxury and expensive, but there are other stores that are affordable to shop at. However this mall is great to visit or take a walk on it.

My favorite place to shop and not now but since 2003 when my kids were young. I am quite disappointed seeing the Macy's closing in this location. It was one of my favorite stores and a place to visit every time I was in the Mall.
