Great but too many shootings or violencd

It has good food especially EL Milagro. On the other hand this mall is very ghetto. Lots of screaming unocompanied minors, who smell like marijuana. Saw One black teen pushing a female teen in the middle of the food court. This was very disrespectful to her and to other people around them. On the other side of the food court some ghetto family was having a birthday party, like if it was a banquet hall. In my personal experience. I stood up to proceed and find a bathroom with a baby changing table. There was a chair I needed to move because there was a round table constricting my path to pass with my stroller. I asked the black ladies if I could move the chair, mind you no one was sitting there they gave each other a looked of annoyed. Then one lazily moved the chair so I can get through. On my way back one heavy set woman sat in that empty chair( who was part of the group) she refused to move so I asked my mother and husband to get up so we can leave this mall I will never come back to.

The mall felt old and abandoned despite it being running and functional. Constantly felt u easy walking around with my wallet and phone on me. There was very little air circulation and the stores all felt hot and humid.

I like the store offerings, I can get everything I need in one place. Layout is good, you are never bottlenecked trying to love store to store. The food court is good and there is a movie theater. Also the Starbucks is right in the middle of downstairs off the central escalator so a mid-shopping trip pick-me-up is never far away. There is a great kids area for when the little ones need a break too.

Terrible mall that is outdated and promotes the cruelty of animals by allowing the Circo Hermanos Vazquez circus to perform. This circus has numerous USDA violations and yet the Riverside Mall is supporting a company that breaks the law. I’ll never shop at this mall.

Once a great place to shop and dine, but in recent years has felt the scourge of "organized" flash mob violence and rioting at least 3 times. Local law enforcement is unwilling and, seemingly, impotent to stop and arrest law breakers for fear of running afoul of SJW's. These riots spill over to neighboring shopping centers and affects traffic as well. Avoid at all costs

Not a bad place, a lot of teens thou and some can be disturbing or disruptive but that's not that big of an inconvenience in my opinion. Overall a pretty good mall because of the movie theater inside and the coming soon bowling alley! Lots of parking and lots of stores, some come and go but the best ones stay. This place was my favorite place to hangout with friends until i realized they weren't my friends anymore, but that's besides the point. Cool mall thou.

I Love this mall they are always doing something fun for the kids in the community. They have great stores and the mall is always clean. They have an awesome kids play place and it is well taken care of. My kids love it! We love to just come here and spend time.

So much hassel to get to the bathrooms.. And there was a lady that seem to be recording the safari playground area and she had no kids.. A lots of security guards but it don't really seem to be paying attention its more of there hanging out zone.

Ghetto!!!! Went to check out the new bowling alley and their credit card system was down, went to a ATM by starbucks in middle of mall and saw 2 fights break out. They really need to have a STRICT curfew on the teenagers. They're out of control! Not coming back

The public areas, restrooms, dining areas are beautifully maintained. The stores offer an interesting variety of mainstream, affordably-priced items. It is a very kid/teen-friendly environment. Sometimes this causes issues with crowd control and theft in the late afternoon and evening. The recent creation of a large entertainment venue in the mall has added to these issues.

Lack of store diversity I walked in and was meet with 6 shoe stores in the first 3 mins. Food court is small. There's alot of security both private and on duty Riverside police I wonder what they want to prevent from happening again.

Very busy. Parking is full in holidays. Clean food court. Several options. Clean throughout ... You do get your younger rowdy crowd in here sometimes so just keep an eye out. Clean bathrooms, not bad. I heard from someone not to go to the movies here because of how loud other people can be.. idk, guess one day will find out.

I see a lot of negative reviews for this mall and I never understood them. Perhaps it's because I come here only every few months and I'm not a regular. People describe it as ghetto with bad service but I've only experienced well mannered employees and great service.

I just go here for the convenience and the handful of stores that I go to. Best times to come are during the weekdays when there are less crowds and younger people. Totally different atmosphere during the weekends....kind of scary.

This mall keeps on going from bad to worse and it’s because this mall attracts very uneducated low income thugs that do not know how to act!! I feel so bad for Berwyn many section 8 people are moving in and causing the town and surrounding businesses to be effected since when these individuals come all they do is cause chaos every week it seems like!!! Which leads to the mall and restaurants around area to be closed at earlier than usual times!!

Lots of food options and they have a theater with the best chairs and they even have lots of kid play areas. It couldn't get much better than that. And then I forget to mention all stores and ROUND 1, lots of stores and 2 floors. The only problem is they closed the bathrooms near the food court for a litte while and that's it. The mall is perfect every way and deserves 5 stars.
