This mall is an hour drive for me but I go there from time to time as I like this mall. A nice selection of stores and this mall seems busy every time I shop here. If you like shopping - stop here and "Check it out".

We are lucky to have this mall so let's shop here and keep it going. I don't want to have to drive to Orland or Aurora to go to a mall. I like our stores, there are plenty of nice things to buy and bargains too so let's keep it local and spend our money here. It's clean and nice. The mall is fun.

Everyone keeps talking about the imminent death of our malls. Louis Joliet Mall as of this post is—- Clean Safe Has a lot of excellent stores Excellent cinema More than plenty of parking Easy to reach in any direction Having visited this mall at least 10 times a year, it has never failed me & I’ve personally never had a problem or seen anything near a problem. This Mall is a very pleasant & enjoyable place to visit. Believe it or not!

The Bed bath and beyond is great , multiple stores within a close proximity , good restaurants , and an overall nice shopping area. There aren't many malls anymore , the fact that this one is still around should tell you something. Excellent shopping

Huge mall with ample parking. It was very clean with a plethora of shopping options. Recent was there for a picture with santa. My experience was great. The food court is good and overall it is a great mall!

This place is always clean and offers a variety of shops for everyone. The food court is also clean which is a plus. It is a bit packed but besides that it’s a great place.

I enjoy the Mall has everything there . Food court has good foods to pick from . The taco Bell not so good but KFC chicken strips are very good though. It's nice there I go a lot theres even place for the little ones to play while you rest your feet from all the walking . Yes you'll like it there . Theres other stores around the Mall on the outside as well . I would say yes go and check it out ..

Two of the big box stores are gone! Sears and Carson's Kinda of looks like an old movie set where those stores used to be. Otherwise the mall has lots of clothing, shoe and jewelry stores along with many fast food choices. Nice place to just walk when it's too hot or too cold outside.

There is a newly remodeled Cinemark movie theater, but otherwise, this mall is a bit lacking compared to other malls in northern Illinois. Food court has a variety. The restrooms are usually clean and well maintained, but sometimes not. If women's clothing and jewelry stores are your thing, you will love this mall, if you are looking for more options, then maybe a trip to Fox Valley, Orland Square, or Yorktown would be a wiser descision.

I VERY rarely ever go to the mall, last time I went was probably about a month ago and the time before was a year before that. And that's the only 2 times I've been there in the last 5 years. My most recent experience was as it should have been however the one before that was not so great. Me and a friend decided to go do some shoe shopping and I believe it was a Friday night or so and mid shopping as we were leaving one of the shoe stores 2 security guards ask for our IDs, before I continue let me brief you. We weren't messing around, being loud, running or bothering anyone. We were talking pretty quiet actually and walking at an average pace to each shoe store. Nothing that should have raised a red flag or picked us out of the crowd. However since my friend appeared under 18 they asked for our IDs and then after proceeded to escort us out. We've done absolutely nothing wrong minus the fact that he was under the age required to be there on a Friday night which is a new rule I recon because I've never heard anything of the such. But regardless I could understand if we were causing a disturbance but we were genuine shopper looking to make a purchase. That lost the stores within the mall to lose business, for that reason I'll continue to do my shopping on Amazon. Wonder why the malls are all going out of business....

Different stores have different crowd. Some have the wrong crowd. Security is usually inept. No control of individuals who think it's perfectly fine to park at the entrance and wait for shoppers to arrive. I only visit stores with outside entrance - IF time doesn't allow me to go elsewhere. Out lot restaurants don't attract many of the same type. My family doesn't ever go to this theater any more, despite that is one of the closest.

The mall itself is okay. A lot of stores go in and out quickly. If you're going to a specific store, it works. If you're looking for more options, I would choose a bigger mall though. Decent little play area for the kids. The mall has always been well kept for years. The Great Steak is hands down the best in the food court.

I like to visit the Bed, Bath, and Beyond in this area. They have a nice selection of kitchenry gadgets and the like. I rarely leave the BB&B without buying something. The last time I went they had the cutest looking cast-iron dishes in the 0.5 qt size. I don't have anything else to really say about the shopping center. I really only go to the BB&B. I sure the rest of it os fine, though.

I love our local mall! Although it is not fancy, it is well kept and updated. There is security on the weekends who make sure the mall is safe and keep out the riffraff. Yes, some of the retail stores are closing because people would rather spend money on services or events than on accumulating excess clothes. This mall needs more service-based businesses and stores that compliment- and don't compete against- each other.

The stores are great the mall is dying a lot of there stores are closing.one wing looks completely dead. Security could be better. The lead is smart. the mall was open on the day it was -50 out. the food is decent. Pretty clean for the most part good thing the kid out kids 5-9 on weekends:)

If the mall would get rid of the curfew for teens under 18 stores wouldn't be closing and going out of business. Most teens shop at pacsun and many other stores that have since closed since the new curfew rule has been in affect. Very little to shop from now when you go to this mall.

The Joliet Mall has new rules for kids and teens. Not sure if it is right but i do believe its to deter the possibility for any problems from happening. (ex. goofing around, causing disturbances to other shoppers and or mischief. If anyone can clarify that and reply to this message or post it for the mall that would be greatly appreciated.

Has great view of a real tree in the mall. There are no rides, but great foods to pick from. There's popular stores and mall police to ensure your safety. Then again, some of them are in the shape of a mouse.

I am not very impressed by this mall at all . I have shopped at bigger malls then this mall that you can not even compare it to other malls I've been too. It's such a very small mall. Not that many stores to shop at the food court doesn't offer that many food selections. The only good food places in this mall is panera bread and Friday's not special. There is really not much to do in this mall way to boring. I have been to better malls then this.

The Joliet mall is a weekend must. You can get some food at the court, recommend Osaka chicken and shrimp teriyaki. You can do some shopping or just enjoy a nice walk. My boys love that there is a gamestop and the auntie Ann's pretzel(pepperoni are a must). Love movies the theater is located next to the food court.

My family and I went to the movies here and I just totally love the reclining seats. Fast and friendly service. I stay almost 45 minutes away and if it was closer I would frequent once or twice a week. Great drive and worth it!

ID policy should apply to those being a disturbance. Not paying guests who are older than the security asking for the ID. Got questioned for ID twice within 5 minutes. This mall was great at one point, now everything is closing and you got mall cops thinking they're top flight.

I visited zumiez for bushings and bearings for my longboard and had pizza from sbarro, so it satisfied all my wants on this day. There were also kids and their parents riding around on little vehicles that look like animals, Danimal rides, so that was super amusing to watch. I was very tempted to pay the 50 cents per minute to ride one around for 30 minutes but I don't know if they can support up to 200 pounds. It would be very funny watching a 30 year old man riding around on a tiger in the mall.

Joliet Mall isn’t the finest of malls that Chicagoland has, but it’s decent for being the closest for the suburbs of suburbs. Security has gone up in years, and the mall stays clean. They still have the nice tree seating area for when you grab some food stand food. They also have your staple mall stores like Victoria Secret, bath and body, JC Pennies, and a movie theatre.
