I’ve been coming here for the past 20 or so years. Do I love it? Ehh, but I can’t say I’ve had a particularly bad experience. There’re plenty of shops to find what you need and it’s clean and kept up. I believe there are plans for further expansion as well. It’s nice having a mall in a residential area.

I like to visit Harlem Irving Plaza mall, because very good security for you vehicle and mainly for the families. This Mall have been for many many years a great place for shopping and eating, probably the best in the area.

A very convenient location, don't try to park at the lower level there's plenty of space on the upper level the food court doesn't have many options but there's plenty of other restaurants just around the corner. The Amazon drop off location at kohl's outs a super plus.

This place is growing. They are putting two floors at least of new stores where Carson's used to be. Not done yet. But when it is, it will be a welcome addition to a mall that was getting boring. Had a flea market feel to it for years. Many good improvements over the past several years. Whether the neighborhood will support the New stores and look, I have my doubts. But it's not my money.

I shop here frequently and still find stores. It's a huge mall, from the outside you couldn't tell how many stores are in this plaza. The HIP is my favorite place to buy clothes, house items, games, and lots more! There is a lot of younger people here, so if that's not your crowd than maybe stay away. But honestly, the crowd is not a problem. Be kind and you'll get great service. Easy. Love it though, great plaza.

Easily the most comprehensive mall I’ve been to this close to the city. Be forewarned: this mall gets BUSY and the parking lot can be kind of a nightmare, at least on the lower level. I usually go really early or later at night after dinner to avoid this. Good selection of stores, the Target is huge and it’s not even that far from Portillo‘s either. What more could you ask for?

I recently had a very poor customer service experience at Sunny Nails & SpaI , located within the mall. I spoke with management and and and please to say they handled this negative situation very well. The mall has many food courts, arcades, and a wide variety of shops. I would definitely recommend visiting this mall. There is something for everyone!

The plaza is under some construction, there used to be a couple like shops along a wall heading towards Kohl's. The shops currently during the remodeling are currently no longer there. The rest of the plaza is not bad.

Its an okay mall. Currently undergoing some remodeling and hopefully they add some better quality stores. Parking can be an absolute nightmare. Best to go early so you can get in and get out.

Not a massive amount of stores, but enough to keep you entertained. Most the kiosks have friendly but not overbearing attendants. Parking, especially outside of the garage, can be a little tight/rough.

Lots of stores to choose from- stores for all ages and all occasions. The food court has a huge amazing selection of food and tons of dessert. There is Lots of parking available all around the mall so need to worry about that. I believe 4 floors of parking! There are being renovations done so there will be more small kiosks at the mall available and less chain stores Which I am extremely excited about that happening!

I've been coming here since I was a teenager which is over 30 years. It's a nice place to walk around and Browse the different stores. There is parking on the ground floor as well as on the roof which you can enter the mall through an escalator. There is an open seating area surrounded by a few fast food restaurants to choose from.

It's a decent mall, they recently expanded a little bit. The small shop vendors are nice and full of variety and they have a good selection of brand stores. However keep in mind that this is a budget style mall where it is very hard to find any higher end brands at least for men, I am not too familiar with women's brands. For being a smaller inner city mall though most of what you are looking for you will find.

Always a good spot for one stop shopping. Be ready to walk a bit. Plenty of food, drink, and snacks. Plan on being there a few hours. Plenty of parking.

One of the few remaining indoor malls in the Chicagoland area with more open stores than closed. There is a very good variety of clothing, shoe and other store options with Kohl's, Target and Best Buy being the larger store offerings. There is a decent food court and free parking. They are also near additional outdoor store and restaurant locations just across Harlem.

Mall is so old its falling apart. Place should be condemned. Prime example parking garage has huge metal support bars just recently installed to keep roof from falling down. Now they seem to be doing the same on the inside by main entrance.This place used to be nice to go too but now they can't seem to keep stores up and running. Mall went from nice to ugly.

the smile has improved in many ways over time, and I think it will continue to do so. As long as they continue to open up modern stores. Given their location I think they will also be open much longer than most other malls. They are also clean and the stores are well keptthere is also a great selection of food options in the food court and the surrounding restaurants outside of the mall

Has lots of stores and stands that offer a variety of different services. I went to adjust my watch here and ended up buying a good amount of clothes since there were so many stores to look at. It is a bit crowded, but thats fine considering how many popular stores are located in here and the size of the mall in general.
