I have been going to this mall for many years. It is an excellent place to do all kinds of shopping. The parking is great. Easy access to all areas of the mall. Except during Christmas. There are plenty of places to get good food. Both inside the mall and in strips surrounding the mall. It would be nice if there was a theater in the mall. But until that happens there is one in the shopping area kitty corner to the mall. There is plenty for young children to do as well as a game place for the teenagers. There are places to sit and hang out for those spouses and significant others that may not be as interested in shopping. The area is always clean. The food court has plenty to offer.

Loved the Mall since 1986. I don't know if you are asking the public for ideas for the vacant space in the mall, but here is my two cents.We could use a Trader Joe's around here,people love that store.Another place that people miss is TJMaxx.Don't let the mall die!!!

What a nice complex. Though I miss Sears and Carson's, the mall has so much for everyone to enjoy. Great choices and options including food and even entertainment in one place. Great place to spend the day no matter what the weather is outside!

Very nice mall.. lots of stores, they have a two story arcade in the mall on the 1st floor it's a bowling alley with pool tables, and u take the escalator inside the arcade to the top floor all kinds of arcade games, and grab claw machines you can when tickets for prizes!.. there's a Merry Go Round in the center of the mall in the food court!.. great places to eat are avalible .. love the mall... will go back again!

Plenty of stores to choose from plus cute little play area for little ones. Has a food court and an arcade area as well. It's a big mall but not too big. Does have security walking around too so that's nice. Also always seems to be very clean inside and lots of parking outside. Definitely prefer this mall then the Outlet mall.

A great place for shopping. A variety of shops selling a wide variety of merchandise including apparel, toys, books, phones, cosmetics, etc. Food malls also there. Free Wi-Fi available.

This mall is huge and has a great selection. I absolutely hate trying to go to the food court with a stroller. There is only ONE elevator that gets you to the downstairs area. It's constantly packed. They need to come up with another way to get down there with strollers or wheelchairs because it's a pain!

Love this mall had plenty of selections. Visited alot when kids were younger. It was our go to spot for everything. SOOOO Much better than Louis Joliet Mall. Cleaner respectable place. Can always find something there. Nowadays very quite, but it's a treat to he there. In and out quickly no kids running you over yelling and screaming. Real pleasure. Has a walking group as well doing their laps!!

This two-story mall is one of the biggest malls in northern Illinois. It has everything you'd expect in a modern mall. There is a wide variety of stores and the food court has many options. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. There are modern family restrooms.

One of my favorite malls besides Woodfield to shop around in. They have a Furry Babies and it's fun to look at all of the puppies. FYE always has great sales and so does H&M. Parking is always available too.

I love Fox Valley Mall and I always tend to get frozen yogurt or go to Ma Tea House for some boba they also have a very wide variety of a food court and the clothes are either cheap or expensive depending on where you go they also have a place called Furry Babies where you can look at puppies and play with them in a little room is if you ask it is wonderful to go to Fox Valley Mall and it is always a fun time but do you expect to spend lots of money if you are not window-shopping even then it's very tempting to spend money

I went to MA tea house last night around closing time. Employee was in a hurry to count money but had to service more people he seemed upset. He made my drink so horrible. He went from counting money to making my drink. Another worker tried to tell him to add more ice but he wasn't having it. After making drink they just rinsed blenders with water and put them on shelf.

Very upset with one store in particular called 7.99 . Everything is "supposed" to be able to be exchanged in 5 days. My mom went to exchange pants that did not fit her because they dont even have a fitting room to try anything on ,plus nothing can be returned . The lady was so rude and kept repeating over and over not to come near closing time. My mom was asking if she can exchange the new item if it did not fit her( since they dont have a fitting room ) and after calling the Manager they said NO. That they can't keep doing that. That the sale is Final! That's not what their Store Policy says on the contrary that "you can exchange in 5 days. " Big Lie.

Worth a bit more of a drive for me to come here versus the Joliet mall. Cute carousel in the middle of the food court for the kids, which is perfectly in the middle of the mall. Elevator right by the food court for easy access to each floor. Two nursing rooms in the family restroom make it comfortable for moms to nurse in private.

It needs to be updated, landscaping with the dead plants in November was tacky, the loss of two big anchors is sad. Maybe try to attract some higher end retail and lodging to compete with downtown Naperville, with a premium “experience.” Otherwise I just don’t see the point when I can get it all online.

The place is absolutely wonderful! They have every attraction for evrey type of person! They have arcades, karaoke, sports, ice skating rink, and a spa. The only suggestion I have is for them to add a movie theater, then it would be PERFECT.

I love this mall. It's def more designed with 13-20 year olds in mind, as most of the stores are very today's youth and finding clothes as a business professional woman that isn't so "Hillary Clinton" is impossible without breaking the bank. But L.U.V Shoes is the most amazing shoe store and I don't know what I'd do without them. I love bringing my kids to this mall, play at round1, lots of options for toys for birthdays, clothes for school or summer. The food court is a little dark and really too close in proximity to the restrooms for sensitive noses. All in all it's a great place to shop if you have the time to walk the three floors and a decent amount of money.

It's an indoor mall with different levels and a large food court. Many different stores to choose from and not too many empty units. Also has large bowling alley and arcade unit that stays open later than the mall. Very well up kept and clean. Many entrances and plenty parking surrounding entire mall area. More shops and restaurants surrounding the outside perimeter of the mall also. Would shop there again.

I can't really say too much about the whole mall itself because I only went in to go to the Shoe Repair store to see about some boots I had that I wanted fixed. They were very nice and helpful there. Ask me again when I go! Lol!

This is a very nice mall to shop around in. It has many nice stores and some that can only be found there. Lots of Jewelry shops and clothing stores but also some neat stores as well. Definitely recommended as a place to come shop or hang out for the day. Lots of tasty places to eat in the food court such as Panda Express. Cinanbon is also a great place to stop for dessert. Great place to stop by if in the area.

I love the Fox valley Mall they have stores for everyone even the puppy store for people that want to just go play with dogs sometimes. Now they have ice skating in there as well and it's pretty cool to watch people do that. Lots of food options and they still have an FYE which is awesome because that's been my favorite store for as long as I can remember. I prefer Fox valley over most of the malls that are around this area. It's usually clean but if you go on the wrong day you'll definitely get bombarded by people. They have the new arcade with the bowling and it is by far the best thing that they've ever added in a mall.

I enjoyed shopping JCPenney but one of the managers blew me off on the price of a comforter in a beat up open bag in the clearance section with no price. Regular price she looked up was 200 at 50% off 100.00 when the new ones on the floor were much thicker and nicer for any size for 99.00. I like the one I found because of the color and was lighter for summer....it was worth 40 to 50 bucks as for quality and comparison....the line was long and they did not have enough people as she was on a register so I know she blew me off...

I have been shopping at FV mall for as long as I have lived in the area-- nearly 20 years. While it has gone through changes, I still enjoy shopping there. The current management has its customers in mind. I am looking forward to seeing what the mall is going to do with the old Sears and Carsons spaces. I am sure it will be exciting. Also, I love how the mall supports local businesses by inviting them to offer special entertainment and services for mall customers. I am a local author and had an event there. I appreciate all that FV mall management did to make the event a success.

This review is specifically for JCPenney... Clothes are ugly. Prices terribly high for what you get. Used to offer decent coupons, no longer. Return took forever; clerk was terribly slow and clueless. Store deserves to go out of business.

Very big shopping mall. Contains many stores. Different brands are there. Different purchasing options. I spent almost more than six hours walking around the mall . I found in some stores clothes with very affordable prices. My colleague purchased some clothes and he was satisfied. We spent all together a very good time there. This mall has got everything you could want. The store selection is very diverse, the food court has a lot of great options, and there are tons of options for entertainment. There's escape rooms, bowling, the coolest arcade I've ever seen... the list goes on. The mall is pretty large too, so you could easily spend a few hours just going through and looking at everything there is too see.

Really nice and clean mall. It's always nice to see it so active as well, when so many other malls seem to be failing in today's day and age. Food court offerings are solid, they have regularly gendered AND a non-specific family bathroom that can be used by anyone. (They also have changing divits built into the side of general sink area so moms don't have to wait for a stall to change a baby diaper...which is REALLY convenient!!!) They have your typical anchor stores but also some fun things like a full Gloria Jeans Coffee and Round One Arcade.

Stores continue to drop out of Fox Valley mall. The mall itself is very nice, with 3 levels, several kids' rides, and many smaller shops. The larger 4 anchor stores now are down to 2.

I love this mall, it's very big and there are plenty of name brand stores, as well as a small food court. Along with the food court, there are a lot of restaurants around the outside of the building. There's a lot to look at here as well, and a pretty good arcade as well as a bowling alley. It's always clean, and there are plenty of bathrooms and places to sit. I always enjoy coming back.

There has been some changes if u haven't been there for awhile. Some stores are gone but the major 1s. are still there. FVM has 3 levels to enjoy. The lowest is The Food Court. You can make a trip of it, then go relax & have a meal. The carousel is there to entertain the kids. FVM has much to offer. I suggest go early & make a day of it.

No movie theater here. But.., it has an awesome and massive game room (very fun), its gonna cost you though. A karaoke room. It also has a classy bowling Alley downstairs from the game room. They serve pizza etc... Great place for family fun with the kids.

I love coming to this mall. This is definitely a rich people mall. You do not have to worry about hooligans and ruffians running around the place causing a ruckus. I have to come here everytime I visit Texas. Especially the "Too Cool" store. It is so unique to find a store like that. We found several Christmas presents for my son there. It is worth checking out. The way everything is set up, is perfect for enjoying yourself there. Its a very big mall with plenty of open space and amenities. Its worth a visit!
