This is hands-down one of the best outlets in the Chicagoland area. We go here a couple times a year and the deals are always fantastic, especially around the holidays. It's worth the drive even if you live 30-40 minutes away or more. There are lots of stores so be prepared to spend at least half a day here and wear comfortable shoes! It's best if you know what you are looking for and map out your stores in advance. They have huge interactive touchscreen maps throughout to help you find your stores of choice or to reveal stores you may not have even known were there. Weekdays are the best/least crowded - this location is very popular so be prepared for big crowds and limited parking during peak times on weekends and favorable weather.

Lovely outlet mall! It's got a chic vibe to it - it seems to attract alot of tourists. So stores have good deals but not all. You gotta know regular prices of things if you really want a bargain! Areopostle and fossil had great prices but Nike and Adidas were lacking luster! I'll be back soon to check out other stores!

We live right around the corner from here. Nice place to spend the day and look for some deals! Avoid during Black Friday unless you want to wait more time than you actually shop! People go crazy during this time and parking / traffic can be very hectic!

This place is way to crowded for my taste. The last thing I want to do is walk into a place bumping into people left and right. The parking lot was extremely packed and traffic was a nightmare. The deals are average to at best. In the few stores we went in the staff all looked like they took a bite out of a sh#t sandwich. We went to the food court there and left after we saw some of the portions for the price. On a positive note it was fairly clean. I would rather drink a beer and click on something from amazon than go there again lol.

This outlet keeps getting better. There is something for everyone here though it can be overwhelming the amount of stores. They also do frequently move the stores around to different locations so it can be confusing to find what you are looking for, but there are a lot of great options if you are on a budget.

There are a lot of stores offering discounts for some items, especially for the old types that are no longer available in a normal store. My concern mostly go to the free wifi coverage and speed since they are very important for tourist to get information from the internet.

Chicago Premium Outlets is a great outdoor mall that is easily accessible from 88. There is a huge variety to choose from for shops, food, and drinks. All of the shops appear to be well maintained and clean. The walkways and mall spaces also seem to be well taken care of and pretty clean.

Great shopping center with mostly high end merchandise and stores. On this particular trip the Lindt store and the Luggage Factory Outlet were extremely helpful. They took the time to ask what I wanted, think about my request, and point me to even better solutions than I expected. Be careful with the interactive signage. It seems to be about 90% correct, but some stores are completely missing and a few are shown in the wrong location. Don't assume that a store isn't at the mall just because it isn't in the database or where it is shown.

One stop for your shopping. A lot of brands, you name it and you have it. Heavy discounts on all brands. Best place for family outing over the weekend. They also have plenty of places to sit outdoors to take a break from shopping, enjoy the weather and dong forget to enjoy the ice cream or a Starbucks drink. There is one food court but I dint find that great, it’s not that clean. Overall, must visit this place

I go here probably once a month to every 2 months. Always leave with bags of stuff. They have free parking and for $5 you can get special parking located at front of outlet mall.

Today my mom, sister and I went to the store Guess and had a terrible experience. We went inside the store and bought a few things and left, about 10 minutes later my sister realized she didn’t have her phone with her and we went to every store we went to but they didn’t have it. When we went to Guess and asked the employees if they saw it, they told us they didn’t find a phone. We looked at the spots where we shopped and it was not there. We left Guess and kept looking at the stores again and ended up going to Guess multiple times but not finding it. Then we used ‘Find My iPhone’ and asked an officer to help us. Find My iPhone kept showing us her phone was in Guess but the employees were not helping us look for her phone in their store. My mom felt like they had my sisters phone so she didn’t give up. My mom asked if we could see the security cameras but the employees said we can’t go in the back so the officer went and after he saw the footage the employees said they had the phone. They had it at their cashier but hidden not on top where people could see it. So it was clear to see they knew what was going on and decided not to hand over something that belonged to us until we asked to look at the cameras.

Tons of options to shop, and they're all pretty decent prices. It's a massive mall so be prepared for a lot of walking if you go from one side to the other. Parking lot gets very crowded on weekends, but what else would you expect. There are also plenty of food options if you get hungry while shopping.

Lots great stores - something for everybody! I don't recommend going holiday weekends (labor day, memorial day, etc.) because it's over crowded and parking is difficult.

Chicago Premium Outlet is not very Chicago and not very Premium. Located in Aurora, it’s in the borderlands between suburbs and farms. There are a small handful of entry-level premium brands, like Armani, Michael Kors, and Kate Spade, but most are decidedly mid-market. It’s an outdoor mall but they did make some effort to provide a bit of shelter from the rain here and there. There is a nice play area for kids as well. Overall, a worthwhile destination if you live a reasonable drive away or live farther away from downtown Chicago and want to save a few dollars off some nice apparel or accessories.

Good deal, best to go during the week is more enjoyable, and there's actually parking during the week. Avoid weekend's no parking and the lines to pay are very long and so many people you can to enjoy looking around and shop.And NO PARKING on weeken unless you arrive early opening early. Also make sure you register for VIP club to get coupons most store are on the list.

Terrible parking situation, absolutely free for all trying to get a handicap parking spot. One hour finding parking, and NOT ONE DECENT DEAL AT ANY STORE. Get an Amazon prime subscription and take a walk in the park. Much ore rewarding.

Horrible traffic, terrible parking, and overcrowded. Couldn't honestly get myself past the hoards to check the back half of the area, but was not impressed. Seems like an overpriced outlet mall as you'd usually find.

We go to Premium on a regular basis. Many brands come to very affordable price. Parking is very easy and free. The foodcourt offers reasonable choices but we choose to eat pretzel and churros. The playground is also very much liked by my son, so adter shopping nicely with us he gives himself a treat at the playground. Depending on your location, it is a one hour ride from Chicago. Watches, clothes, perfumes, chocolate, sportswear, camping gadgets, kids store,cosmetics, any many other options can be found.

Went here today to do some shopping on a weekend labor day sale. Bought shoes from Adidas store with a very low price, 60 % off on a lot of items. We ate at the Market Hall at Asian Chao and the price was right and the serving was satisfying.

Only went to a few stores but it was a beautiful day to just walk around...LOVE Vera Bradley with their huge sale and SKETCHERS, and couldn't believe that the Clark's store was offering "buy one pair of anything and get the second for $20.00"....kinda makes you wonder though how they can do that...I got a $90.00 pair of ankle boots for ONLY $20.00.....so when they DON'T have this "special" sale, ripping people off when they're paying the regular price??? Hmmm... just saying

I love the variety of shops that they have here, the aesthetic of the mall, and the cleanliness of the outdoor areas. In the spring and summertime, they have healthy and beautiful flowers blooming everywhere. They also have plenty of places to sit outdoors to take a break from shopping, enjoy the weather, admire the flowers, and perhaps indulge in some ice cream or a Starbucks drink. My only caveat is that the food at the mall’s foodcourt is lackluster yet overpriced. Also, the foodcourt needs to be cleaned more often as it is often very messy when I am there.

Huge place with TONS of high end stores. Trust me, gets tiring shopping at your basic department stores and finding poor selection at a higher than you want to pay price. You wont find a bigger selection of items and factory outlet stores in one place that definitely will offer you the best price. Well worth the drive to explore even if just to look around.

This outlet is very nice & well maintained. There are most of the major brands available here and great deals & offers which makes the shopping experience much better. Since it is an outdoor mall weather conditions should be kept in mind! The restrooms are located in between the rows, easy to find. They have a food court as well.huge parking space free parking as well as paid parking. Overall a good shopping experience and very beautifully designed outlet.

The parking is terrible. They should offer a shuttle bus to a remote parking lot. The deals are not that good. The most I have seen was 50% off clothing that is out in of season. You would be better off shopping for deals online. It’s not worth the parking hassle to try on clothes either.

Great outlet mall, enormous variety of brand name shops, discounts, of course, vary from store to store. Parking is plentiful around the entire mall, including handicapped spots. The mall directories are located throughout and are digital, interactive touch screens which are truly a wonderful help in getting around that much easier. Shop types are that of any typical mall or outlet mall - clothing, handbags, jewellery, children's and baby apparel, shoe stores, gourmet and specialty foods, etc., but it is worth noting that stores can change (move in/out) from year to year or monthly, so if you're looking for something specific check the website and plan your day accordingly. This place is humongous and yes, there is a food court!

i love and hate this place at the same time. the stores are great but i personally have a problem with how crowded it is everywhere, its super overwhelming for me with all the people and how loud it can get, i get panicky especially when i cant find anything and get frustrated, so if youre anything like me i would go with another person or during times where its less crowded.

Always enjoy this place. It was Christmas so they were very busy, but was able to get a great gift for the hubby. Some of the stores had a long line so we skipped them and will go back when I get the chance. Was with friends and they had a churro stand that my friend flipped for.
