You will see all the information of real people who buy the services of Silver Lake Mall (Mall) in Idaho.
Right now the business receives a score of 3.5 stars out of 5 and the score is based on 1084 reviews.
As you can see it reaches an reviews average is quite high, and it's founded on a high number of opinions, so we can be pretty sure that the evaluation is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to give their score when they are happy with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to set reviews when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
This shopping mall is quite small and don't be fooled by the big Macy's sign. It's the smallest Macy's I've ever been to, I didn't even know Macy's could be that small. Sears and JoAnn Fabrics are the other main retailers. You're better off driving to Spokane Valley.
Clean. Handicap parking and entrance. Men's and women's bathroom, no unisex. You can get a quick casual meal. Not to busy so you can get in and out fairly quickly. Enjoyed my time here.
Decent mall for the size
A small mall with a big heart in the community. Love the local vender mall and JoAnn fabrics.
A decent mall with good shops. Some are better than others and the food court is kinda meh but for the only mall in the Coeur d'Alene/Hayden area it does alright. Mostly never busy and rotates major stores ever year it seems like. Good for killing time on the weekends.
Lots to look at. Big building. So legs hurt. Just make a list. Good quality
Like this mall. Great anchor stores and small shops. Good fast foods in the food court now. Love it.
Definitely need a bigger mall, tiny and unless you are going to a specific store there is no point in going.
A small, friendly mall with great food stands and Wi-Fi. Would be five stars is they just had a little better selection of stores to shop at.
Watch out for a 50 something year old man, balding, wears grey sweatshirt and sweatpants. He walks with his arms straight down and follows women (old and young, alone or in pairs) around the mall and parking lot. About 4 weeks ago, he followed my friend and I to our car and tried to get in. He backed off when my friend pulled out her pepper spray but kept following women to their cars. We called the police twice, they couldn't arrest him. Something similar happened to my friend yesterday. Mall security knows about him but don't do anything about it. He WILL hurt someone. Please be aware. I love this mall, but am rating it one star in hopes it will get noticed.
Largely empty but a couple of unique shops and that Philly Express place in the food court is pretty good. Cool that it's mostly local shops now, if they do some remodeling and highlight the local businesses it could be a hip cool place. But as is it's not going to make it to long...
I visited Joann's Fabric Store, which is located in the mall. This store is fabulous for that quilters, home decorators, seamstresses, beaders, and any others looking for fabric and notions. I would recommend this store because it has everything you need. They also offer on-line shopping and discount coupons for in-store or on-line use. This store is offers completely everything needed you may be looking for. Great shopping experience.
There is not many stores in this mall. The stores it does have really aren’t worth the time.
Best mall for mall - walking! Great home - town atmosphere that supports many local groups. The anchor stores Sears, JC Penney and Macy's have a wonderful selection and you will find some fun unusual stores too.
Nice small business
Not as full or busy as most malls. Would only go there if I had an errand at a specific store.
I mainly go for the game store Strategy and Games but the philly place in the food court is awesome as well.
Love the variety of shops without having to drive all the way to Spokane! Great local mall
Our poor mall is dying, but several small shops are good. The phone repair place is great and has reasonable prices!
Basic Mall for our small community.
Not really any good store anymore
Half deserted. Good games shop
Some stores are closed but overall a great place.
Went to Dickeys bbq pit for best Brisket!
A nice small mall, doesn't have very much compared to other malls however.
This mall is getting empty if JCP or Macys leave there will be very little reason to go here.
This place is dead. Make the drive to Spokane Valley Mall at the least.
Good place to get food clothes and more
It a nice place to go very clean store
Great Locals mall. Centrally located, lots of parking.
Nice place to walk out of the weather. Big and small stores, but vacancies as well.
Love looking new things
This place is fading fast... Needs life injected in to it
It's starting to get new business es and pick up again looking great
i love coming here there nice people to talk to.
It's a mall. No fault of its own but it is dying and almost dead. Two of the 4 anchor stores are gone - one is empty, one is a call center. The food court has a couple of places still hanging on. There is no real reason to come here unless there is a specific store here you are looking for. If you are looking for general mall shopping there is not much left. A great mall in its heyday - basically the early 80's.
GOOD PLACES to GO, up close and personal
Not much to choose from but they have unique gifts.
Shopped JC Penny. Nice people, helpful.
Waste of retail space
Comfortable chairs in the center of the mall for waiting : )
I like this place I really don't want to see it go away because it doesn't seem like businesses stay in here very long but it really brings back nostalgia to my childhood walking around the mall as a kid exploring all of the shops I do miss having a GameStop there a lot they have a really neat board games shop though and a cool cigar lounge you can drink a beer and smoke your cigar and djs BBQ in the food court is phenomenal maybe we all just need to start visiting the mall more often instead of ordering so much online bring back good stores fill it up again now that I think about it I really miss the arcade also it was always fun to go to the mall with a pocket full of quarters and blow them in the arcade sadly that isn't there anymore
It's ok
We love Harry Ritchie's Jewelry here.
Very small mall and half the stores were empty. Hey millennials, malls are great to meet people, don't just shop online! Keep you local malls in business...
Felt like it needs to get hopping again. Felt so dead in there
Go to Bulldogs good smokes good people
It's sad when the best or there is Jo-Ann's Fabrics
J. C. Penny has always been good to me my kids our GMA and GPA were very good customers so they get lots love from us thanks silver lake
The mall is small but it's surrounded by other things as well. If you want a real mall experience go to the spokane Valley mall if you just want to get out and walk around and maybe look for some antiques it migrated just be the place to go.
This is a small mall. Anchor stores are Macy's and JCP. Both small stores with the basics. Clerks are friendly.
Not many stores, but they seem to be growing and I'm grateful to be able to utilize their progress! I shopped at Claire's, Shoe Depot, Joanne's, and Bath & Bodyworks and had a great time with my daughter!
It is empty 24/7, and it feels very depressing.
Need new stores.... it's like a ghost town.
Very quiet and laid back with a large selection for it's size! Spent a couple of hours looking through a wide variety of dresses. Good place for mainstream shopping and a relaxing break from larger city malls.
Great place to shop in a location that is relaxing. Also know that every Friday there is great music being played here in the Mall. So come on out and enjoy the Mall.
Dead mall with only two anchor stores; J.C. Penny's and Macys. They rented out a huge anchor location to a call center....rather than retail. This mall is failing the community.
The Best part about that place was the nice ladies wrapping gifts. That place is just not right. Poor Santa all skin and bones.
Not many people mingling around
Need more stores it's a dying so called Mall
The way of the indoor mall is fading and it is evident here. Shops are trying to survive against the drive by traffic, yet it is hard to pull people in until the weather gets bad. Hopefully a revival of the property is in the future that can bring back some new business to this good location. That being said, they do a good job of keeping the grounds clean, as the place does not look run down from the street or inside, just dated.
I like this mall but it's sad to see how empty it is. I think if you brought in more stores with better prices and more variety then business attire clothes stores and added a build a bear and some kid shops you could pull in better revenue and do alot more with it. Stop looking for expensive designer shops and appeal to the people with an outlet mall type set up and prices if that was possible I think you'd get far more business and less shutting down business within your venue. Just a thought.
The malls a great place to stay in shape! ;) I see people taking there walks in the mall. It's pretty cool ! So many things to shop for. Chances are if you need anything itll be here.
Empty, for a Saturday school shopper's not out yet. Good time to go. So much closer than Spokane Valley Mall.
Limited stores but clean, secure and local
This mall is going downhill very fast! Sleazy looking with Call Center personnel hanging outside and making a mess!
Great place for shopping and enjoy your day
Very empty mall. Many vacant storefronts. Multiple nail salons, JC Penny's, Macys, Joanne's Fabrics are the main anchor stores. A bit disappointing experience.
Our mall is practically empty of all the popular stores. Do not enjoy much because lack of choices
I love this place because it has a lie of everything and is always fun to go and walk around
One star Maceys only
Fairly empty....
Small mall with few options. They are currently adding a shoe store, but even with that I'd prefer driving to Spokane. I'm an avid shopper and prefer options.
Pretty empty, many businesses are gone, so very little shopping available.
The place needs a make over and some attractions. It's a hard time for shopping malls
This mall is nearly empty. It has a few decent shops, but nearly no foot traffic. The only reason I hear of people going in is for the small food court, Sears, and Joann's. It's a shame. I know many people in town would love to have access to good mall, without having to drive to Spokane, but Silver Lake doesn't quite fit the bill.
It is ok but not enough stores.
Been shopping there since I was a kid
Nice, thanks
Sadly this place is becoming very irrelevant and outdated. The food court holds more interest in a reason to visit them 90% of the stores that never have competitive prices.
It's a mall...clean and has the usual stores...
This used to be a great mall to go to and now there just aren't enough shops inside to justify visiting. Like what happened to the Outlets in PF. It's really, really sad :-(
Pretty empty.
Macy's was the only reason I went. Otherwise there isn't much.
I’ve been going to this mall since I was a young kid and it’s always been a great place to hang out we hope to see more anchor stores come back but in a small town it’s nice to have a small mall. There’s lots of stuff to eat and there’s always someone to talk to. I look forward to many more years of seeing this place thriving
Definitely not the best mall in the world. Every company in the facility is top notch, but the amount of stores lacking and empty store spaces make this a definite secondary option to Spokane Valley.
Bath an body works is great
There's some good stores in this mall but I have to say that this mall has less traffic than any other mall I've been to. Stores are consistently going out of business. Something needs to happen to revitalize this mall.
We need shoes so the plan was to check out Macy's, Sears, and Penny's. We walked in the food court first to find a fish and chips place. It looked good so decided we have lunch first. It's was good food. Fish, shrimp, and frys was our lunch of the day! Then we went off to find the shoes at Penny's and they were on sale! We like sales as I'm sure you do too!
It's a dying mall, and that makes me sad because it used to be so great! At this point I only go there for Relic Moon and Shoe Dept. We need to save this mall!!
You can tell the internet and Walmart are taking a away the mall experience. Not many shops open. We went therw just to kill some time. Didn't take too long though
Nice place to get together with friends
This mall didn't have much foot traffic and had a few empty store fronts. There are a few specialty shops that bring people in but it is not a mall that people come to just to browse and walk through (at least not many people). I enjoyed my visit ok - but I was there to visit a specific store and didn't really enjoy the mall overall. It is a little slow, quiet and sad. However, there is some convenience in having the shared store space if you need multiple items that can be found there. Hoping this little mall can keep bringing in the customers!
It was pretty quiet when we went, there are quite a few stores and we love the popcorn shop. We've never seen one before! We also LOVED the antique store. Definitely worth stopping for.
Going down hill fast
This mall is dying slowly. Joann fabrics is the only reason to come here.
Great barbeque
It wasnt bad, but really there's no real reason to go there other than its close. It has barely any stores, and most youre not gonna want to go into. Just kinda lame is all.
Pphttt!!! It used to be a mall in the 90s.
Very calming place to shop
Good place to stretch
I wish this mall had more and better stores. It definitely looks like a ghost town, but that's a lot of places nowadays with Amazon. There is a bath and body works, a children's clothing store, a small JCPenney, a decent shoe store. If I'm going to really shop, i go to Spokane Valley Mall. It would be great to see some new shops and a chic-fil-a?? :)
Not a big mall fan. Lots of room to improve the experience.
One star, it is impossible to give it negative stars. I’ve never been to a mall so dead in such a big town. I would never go there again I think it’s always an easier time to go stop by the Spokane Valley
A great place to go because there's absolutely no one else there. It's a ghost mall!
I don't recall going there
It's okay. Malls everywhere are having trouble. Thus one is no different. The stores that are there are okay or good. Stand outs are Harry Richie Jeweler and Strategy Games.
It's dead. I remember growing up here and the mall was the place to go. Now those days are over. Unless your going to Sears, JC Penny or Macy's don't bother. There's 2 places for food, a couple small stores the big retail stores, a fabric store and a call center (yes a call center). It's a joke.
I like that holding bins have released items to them for purchase from Air Force Navy people that got lost and may have amnesia. It's nice to see that clothing returned from Terauen, Saudi Arabia Neroud, made by the Navy and mothers for use and that we may buy them back of we have money. Thanks, Navy!
Disappointedcthat nearly everything was closed by 8 pm.
I only used to go here for the esmoke stand that never opens on time. But thankfully they now have a shoe depot!!! Woo hoo!!! So long ROSS!
It is so sad to see where this mall is headed. It was once filled with joy and wonder but now it feels empty and lifeless. I really hope they can bring this back to what it once was.
A few good stores left
Always Awesome Friday night music
Not impressed. Negative vibe in jo Ann's. Big time. Poor selection of fabrics. Bleh
Where shops go to die
It was very easy for us to find parking at this mall. They also had a fairly decent selection of clothing that we were looking for.
Was at Macy's Men shop which is separated from regular store?
Nice quiet place to escape the hustle of the city drivers lol. Not many stores but pleasant to just walk around
Love this mall! Yes it's small but it has everything I need. I have had nothing but good experiences here.
the only thing that makes this place decent is Macys other than that it is no longer a shopping mall it is a call center
This place is usually pretty quiet. The few anchor tenants are pretty good. You can sit down and visit between shops so it's a much more relaxed atmosphere than other malls. Food a little skimpy but what they have is ok.
Malls kinda dying .not many stores open
Great food and the new shoe store is phenomenal!
Barely qualifies as a mall....
I feel sad for the staff at this mall. It's a cute, little Retro mall, but every time I have gone in there it is a ghost town. They just can't compete w the other local stores, like Wal Mart. They don't have a good selection of stores any more and the stores that are still there charge way too much.
Smaller than I thought it would be. There was a JCPennies, Bath and Body Works, and small food court to name a few. It appears to be a single level only.
This is a ghost town of a mall. Most of the major businesses have long since left, leaving either smaller businesses, or empty units. I very rarely go here anymore, and usually hear other people say the same thing. The Spokane Valley Mall is our nearest big mall, even though Coeur d'Alene is a decently sized town.
Hanging on by its teeth with the vacant spots hopefully someone moves in and bring the mall back to life
Went here to walk and get exercise, it's a nice mall
A nice place to walk.
Place is ideal for men's shopping and shoes! Good place to go to in the area
It's a small mall but has lots of nice stores
This mall is and has always been a ghost town. If it were not for a few select stores inside of it I doubt it would stay afloat. The usual major mall stores are its main attractions: Macy's, J C Penny's, Payless. The addition of Joannes fabrics and other unique stores such as Strategy Games are nice to see. But unfortunately not enough to keep a steady flow of people in. Even at some of its busiest times you will walk in a long and fairly empty hall.
It's a shell of its former self
Just went to get Payless shoes to get a pair of shoes boots for my granddaughter. Sales clerk was nice and friendly. Most of the mall is empty
We were at Joann's & didn't go through the mall. Joann's was great. Very helpful employee.
The Family Fun Fair had great attendance last weekend. Aside from that, this is a mall that is dying, for the most part. Sad to see the end of an era. But change is the one thing you can always count on.
Could bring in more shops. NICE walking area
Is this considered a mall anymore?
Why are malls not cool anymore? Sears went out of business in this location and I have not been back since
Store variety is nice. Good eating choices
The food court and a couple of stores and that's about it. It's like a ghost town. Never crowded. Plenty of parking close to the entrance. Hopefully more stores will come.
Meh! It's a mall! Brick & mortar stores where you shop the "old fashioned" way ... You try clothes/shoes on before you buy them.
Best shopping mall in town!!
It was a quick in and out, not to much foot traffic, but enough to feel like I wasn't the only one in the mall.
Not much was open when we went, but it looks really nice. The game store was outstanding!
Fabric help was great, coupon deal was good ...though cashier was not
I wonder if this forsaken carousel will ever amp up... again? In a city so much like any other high traffic, family stocked/oriented, would be not expected but looked to to have a local, satisfying, cheery mall. Then with the stores there, one wonders if its another belly up next week, like Claire's or one jewelers'. Taco Time had good food. They're, there, long cleared out.
Very well kept facilities, just not enough to really offer. A continuing trend in America, as department stores are endangered of quickly becoming a thing of the past.
I work at a shop in the mall and I have to say the staff there keep this mall really clean and well kept.
Got 2 computers fixed.nocks computers,he,s fair on his prices.teri
Lacking a variety of places to shop
Great for when you want to goto a mall but don't want to have to talk to anyone else.
Love it especially Relic moon & pop pop nom nom. Can't beat it needs an update
I love Joanne's Fabrics and crafts store! They have a variety of items to look at, and to buy for sewing and crafts.
Well, it's got a Bitcoin machine at least
