Here you will see all the feddbacks of people like you who purchased the products of Pine Ridge Mall (Mall) near Idaho.
To this day the firm receives a rating of 3.5 out of 5 and the score has been based on 1484 reviews.
As you can read, it has an average rating is very good, and it's based on a high number of scores, so we can say that the valuation is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to value when they are satisfied, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to write tatings when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
We visited the Liquidating Shopko Store and for a few bargains for my 16 year old son.
If you have to ask... Brother you can't afford it.
I think malls are dying. Empty store lots and parking lots. Whole thing felt sketchy like i was going to get jumped.
The mall is clean and quiet. I don't like malls because of needing to know where to park for the door closest to the business I want to visit. In this case I familiar with the business and it's location, Zumiez. It's a nice mall. I just choose not the go there most of the time.
Needs work
Very few stores to shop from dint get me wrong they have a hobby lobby, jump in, zuiemes, cal ranch, but no real food you can pretzels. But a great place to walk laps around if you have kids or are older.
There are lots of good stores but no food court and lots of emptied fronts make it really depressing
So many stores and fun places. This is a typical mall.
Shopped at Penny's. Great sales going on right now in clothing apparel.
Was grand in its day but has become another mall ghost town with few stores
nice mall. pieceful during the weekdays( even christmas) isn't all that bad. i'm originally from salt lake city, if you have shopped there and had to drive in the traffic you,ll be thankful for this mall. we do need a kohl's though.
Needs more interesting stores. A Spencers or a Hot Topic would be nice. I like the little arcade corner they have. Thought that was a nice touch. Needs more places to eat also.
Lots of empty space. Have seen a slight improvement but I think it's in trouble.
Very few shops and pretty small overall. I think it's because the owner takes so much from each shops earnings. Only reason it isn't 2 stars us because there is a place there called Level Up that's pretty sweet, it has everything games and even some escape rooms. That and Zumies are the only reason to go there.
Still lots of stores there. If you want to eat something besides pretzels bring your own, or use the delivery service.
Sad but most of the stores have left this mall.
Small local mall. It has a few shops worth going for, but nothing special. There is a huge! arcade on the one end, including a VR gaming room. It's trying to survive, and still boasts decent foot traffic, so life's good.
Nice place to walk need more food
This mall used to be busy about 20 years ago. The are very few stores and everything closes at 5 on Sunday except for Shopko. If you are looking for stores like Hot Topic, Spencer's, Barnes and Noble or Victoria's Secret you'll need to drive to Idaho Falls.
It has a good diversity of stores, though I will say some store fronts come and go.
A good place to go.
Everything closes no good at all enjoy the drive to Idaho falls.
Not that interesting any more too many major stores have closed down. I don't go there anymore.
The Pine Ridge Mall is getting so sad
Large parking lot, food/entertainment so close by..
This mall use to be great once. Every now and then it shows once like it did in its glory days. Typically this happens around the holidays. There is quite a few stores but there is also a lot of empty ones. This mall is notorious for overcharging rent and thus in turn the stores charge at least 20 percent or more for the same products you can buy elsewhere. Just something to think about before your next visit.
It's the Mall man! It's full of shops and stores selling stuff. Need something here go get it simple, easy.
Definitely needs more stores.
Going to Planet Fitness and the gym is quite clean and they have a decent selection of equipment!
No wonder malls are dying
It's a mall.
Its somewhat of a mall needs to bring in some good stores
It's ok, I would like more "geek" stores. ( barns and noble, hot topic and the like).
Nothing really in the mall anymore so I don't feel like its worth going into, honestly. But you be the judge!
I really wish the mall was the place to go to hange out with your friends and look at the latest trends sadly it isn't any more. No food court hardly any stores.
Took awesome pictures here with the trees on display.
Quiet, not very crowded. Not much in terms of things to do, but not empty either
Mostly just a shell of a what used to be nice mall Indoor walking track for the elderly
It's really gone down hill over the years
Always so much fun!!
Ok
Basically very little here. No reason to window shop just go if there's something you specifically want.
The Pineridge Mall is a shadow of it's former self.... I remember as a kid the KB toy store and all the different popular stores they had. Some good stores now but definitely go shopping in Idaho falls more often.
I thought it was good. Like most malls however, I feel like it's kind of dying. There isn't a lot of foot traffic and a lot of the stores seem to he struggling. I will say however that this is one of the best malls I've been to in a long time!
Place is like a ghost town
Not much in this mall. Pretty dead. Stores that open here rarely stay for long.
Well set up. Clean facility.
I wouldn’t spend a dime at this place. The mall manager (Drake) doesn’t care for the people there. Their sidewalks were heaving creating a trip hazard. My wife fell and smashed her knees onto the concrete sidewalk cutting up her knees and pants. We notified security but after a few days it seemed like the Pine Ridge Mall manager Drake didn’t care about her injuries, he wanted it to go away. Drake offered her $30 to get a new pair of pants that we would have to then drive 70 miles to the mall and 70 miles back. Oh yeah, Drake (the Pine Ridge Mall manager who doesn’t care about the customers of his mall) said that the $30 was only in mall credit. Drake, being as careless as he seemed, didn’t care to even see us on the day of incident or talk to us until we finally got ahold of him, and rejected our offer to show him the pictures of my wife’s bloody knees. He didn’t care to listen or see the pictures and only wanted to offer a $30 mall credit. Now you might wonder why the mall is dying, but under this leadership there is no question as to why. With the malls lack of maintenance and leadership, you take your safety in your own hands and I for one will never visit the mall again to spend any of our hard earned money. Here are some pictures of the huge kneecap sized lumps that raised from her knees after the fall. Luckily the security officer was able to help.
Love the small very beautiful clean nice people in all the stores has a playground for the kids has mechanical rides for their kids to play in
It's a mall... They're all on their last breath.
Love my shopping experience..I just wish you had more stores, departmentstores, even a nail salon.
Not a big big mall but it is decent and not as hectic as others I've seen.
Good place for shopping and hangout or chilling
Needs more places to shop. Huge difference between this dying mall & malls in other similar sized communities. Which largely says that whoever owns the mall is charging way to much in rent for businesses to want to come & stay.
Love the mall
Grew up shopping here! Love having everything I need in one place.
This place has a few good stores. Not as much as it used to though. But I do enjoy the gaming area of the mall. I have heard of big things coming so hopefully the mall can return to it's Glory days again.
I love the bounce house place in the mall , I just wish the mall had more stores in it.
Not like it use to be lol
Nice mall and clean. More stores would be great.
I don't get to the mall often. The time before this visit I noticed many empty stores. This trip I was pleased to see mostly filled spots. Now, if they just had more food choices, it would be 5 stars.
Hardly anything to do here anymore. Used to be a fantastic place to go with friends and family.
I did not like that it has one good clothing store, all the other stores were more like regular small town stores for ranching so I didn't think it was much of a "mall". We drove around the whole thing to just find the JC Penney.
Not much there for me
Very well kept. Nice stores.
The stores here are very limited - and they seem to switch out or leave in short amounts of time. There’s only one place to get food - a pretzel stop - and while that’s good, there just aren’t a lot of options while you’re visiting. There is a nice playground for kiddos to play on. Lots of open space to move around in across the mall. The stores that have stayed are good, clean, orderly options. There are some fun activity options, like an inflatables spot and a nice arcade.
Loved deseret book
Good for a town of 50000 and a large footwear store that's very reasonable.
I got here for Quests and legends. The stores dont seem very crowded. The 5 star is for Quests and legends if you play table tops or card games theyre great.
Nice clean mall. Has some good stores such as Maurices, Bath & Beauty, JCPenney. Not many people frequent it unfortunately. No food except for pretzels.
Not as many stores at it used to... But k guess it's a nice lunch meet up mall.
Wow a Lot of new shops have moved in there, blew me away. Pool tables to gaming rooms. And voice toys for kids. I will need to go back for more exploring.
Just a really run down mall with less and less stores every time I visit it. Or so it feels that way. Pocatello needs to just put in something cool to attract the millenial crowd
Level up is the best reason to go
Its dying, but some of the stores are pretty great still. Not to mention it looks like it had a VR place
Great place, not too many stores left in there though,I think it's probably because they charge to high of rent
Nice quiet mall. A few nice shops. Very peaceful place to walk around and hang out. There is a small kids play place that is free.
The Santa they had was so great. He asked me, the mom what I wanted for Christmas and I said, no crying in the picture. He delivered and miraculously got my 2 yr old to smile and laugh. He possessed some true magic to make that happen. They got multiple pictures with just the kid, and some with us in the picture in our package. Usually they push you through and you get one pose.
The malls are a thing of the past! They are closing stores all around the US because online shopping is booming. I and lots of other people enjoy the mall because we can try on, touch fabrics, and sit and try out furniture as well as grabbing a fast bite to getting our nails done. I think online is okay when it comes to certain things but really sucks when it comes to not being able to try things on and feel it! What a shame.
This mall is pretty much deserted. I only really come here to walk around and occasionally go into the few stores they have to offer. Only have one food place. This is a college town and college students like to shop. I’d rather drive to Idaho Falls to shop for the items I actually want.
The mall is struggling to keep businesses in there but they are sure trying. The mall does a lot for the community and has some good stores. The good thing about not having a lot of stores in not a lot of mall traffic. You can get in and out if you like their stores!
This place has an awesome arcade center with dnd tornaments as well as other kinds of tournaments such as yugioh, magic the gathering, and pokemon. It offers a wide variety of clothing and shoe stores such as Dillard's and JC Penney. Desseret Book is also in the store. They have a nice pretzel shop and a safe place for the kids to play.
Its OK, it just needs a food court, and more stores.
It's a great mall, but it lacks in stores. Has 3 pokestops doe
Lots of stores in one place. Not just department stores - ranch store and hobby lobby!
This place is dead. Nothing going on there.
There may not be very many shopped in this mall but the ones that are there do there best to provide you with options. If the person in control of the rent at the mall would consider we are not a big city and drop the rent more shopped would more in and offer incentive to move in.
Feels like a dying mall. No food court and lots of empty stores
Nothing worth shopping there for. Cal Ranch removed the ability to enter their store from the mall. Can't really shop there either unless you walk all the way around or drive.
This is a place where businesses go to die. It is sad to say but this eye sore of a building really does not contribute much to the community. There are a few businesses that are the only reason this build has not been bulldozed over.
Old styling, could definitely use a facelift.
Empty mall. Not many great stores and empty spots makes it feel like the owners have given up on the place.
The only down fall with they had more stores but love rue 21 bath and body works
Needs more stores and the food court is completely dead (all the decent places to eat are closed), but it is the only indoor mall within a one hour radius, so there's that. Maybe if the population doubles, it will get some better stores.
Good place to shop
Good place for gaming down at level up and you can't forget to get mold pretzels at pretzelmaker
Everything is closing. Waist of time to even go here unless you need a free indoor walking track!
It's okay. There are two small places to eat. The mall is super vacant. There are no stores. We went to JC Penny's and got two swimming suits for $14. They need the business, so there are some awesome deals. Several of the kiosks that are in the middle of the halls were open but no one was there to help.
The mall is dead.. If you want good shopping you have to drive to Idaho falls
Boring! Basically a Ghost town.
It's slowly getting better.
I am glad Chubbuck still has a mall. Not what it used to be years ago.
Looks nice just went to jc pennys
The mall has improved significantly over the past years, there are now many more attractions to bring in people, such as the game zone. There is a good range of clothing stores but a lack of restaurants.
sadly how a lot off shoping malls are going into abandon pine ridge is one of them
The mall is DYING. When I was a kid it was vibrant and full of life and mall walkers. Now it is the proverbial mall walker. Just going through the motions. I love the idea of Brick and mortar stores, but things change. JC Penney and Cal ranch are both wonderful and keep the life pumping here. Will see how long they can maintain the beauty of what once was.
It's pretty dead, Alot of empty spaces.. Only 1 food but you can order from local restaurants and have them deliver and get a $2 off code. Cal Ranch, JcPennys, Shopko, Planet Fitness is a new addition, Hobby Lobby, Red Lobster, Red Robin, Panera Bread, Wells Fargo, FedEx, Aspin Dentist, INL Parking, Home Deput, Movie Theater sums it up for the most part.
Several nice stores to shop in.
Super boring compared to other malls
It's too expensive for me
It's ok but I'm not much malls
Not a lot of stores in the mall. It's usually pretty empty as far as people shopping also.
It's okay but nothing special. They are starting to get some new stores which will be nice but with Shopko leaving there is still a lot of space to fill.
Even though a lot of my favorite businesses had to close down. I still love walking around the mall.way more kid stuff to do for the family. I love going to get pretzel bites.
Good place to shop!
It's pretty much dead.
It was deserted!! I don't think there was any stores for me. Even a native there said it's not worth going to. I also just want to mention to anyone out of town that's looking to go. The food court there wouldn't be consider a food court.
the stores inside the mall are nice, but the mall itself reeks of the 80's. old decor, tile, and MUSIC all from the 80's makes the mall seem outdated.
The mall is kind of dying. The store get fewer and fewer as time goes on. Only like 1 or 2 stores worth visiting.
Lots of good stores
My experience is that people in our town just don't buy anything unless it is on sale. The mall has lots of potential and it really Isn't a bad mall. Stores manage to stay there and even though the scarcity of people makes you wonder if there is any profit, I'm just grateful for it being here and the potential it has.
Most of the stores are empty because they charge too much for rent.
For the little they have there, I usually always find what I'm looking for.
Not much going on at this mall. Video game place was fun.
Just needs more big name shops
IWould be super nice however why that even call this a Mall is beyond me, only 5 stores.
Great to walk around and look for stuff
A dieing thing
Needs more shopping
Kinda empty feeling but always a great walk love the gaming section
It is sad to see so many stores empty. But, they are trying and the place does have some cute shops and a farmers market.
I wish this mall had more to offer. They have lost more than they have. What is there is great but it really doesn't have much. That's why everyone goes to SLC or Idaho Falls. If you want a real mall experience do not go to this mall. If you are just looking for a few different stores in one place....this is where you would go. I think the people that own the mall want way to much to keep business there! Hello!!! This is not California or New York! We would love a real mall where we could shop like everywhere else but it's not the Pine Ridge Mall. The stores that have stuck it out are great and need your business so at least go look before you give up totally on Pine Ridge!! There are some great businesses there but for how much longer? That's the problem with this mall. No one can afford to stay! Just saying...go see for yourself! I am sure you will agree!
Love the mall
Malls are dying and this one is no exception
If this is where Shopco is...loved it! Wish California had this store!! Bought a number of cute outfits!! Reasonable price..
Really nice place... Easy to navigate... Straightforward stores fronts
I believe this mall once had and still could have potential. However when visiting there with my daughter it was dead and unattractive and didn't have much to offer.
I like the Pine Ridge Mall I just wish they had more stores it looks kinda empty and more food options but overall good
The mall seems unfriendly. It used to be where you can go and have a good time. Not so much now. I saw security tell off some kids and told them to buy something or get out... Wow! Made me not want to be there... :(
Not alot of shops ..but the 1s they have r pretty good..
It's ok. As per most malls in the USA, it needs tenants. It's a small mall for a small town. It's better than Metro Mall in Phoenix though.
Awesome place for shopping
More like a quick mat then a mall
Still hanging in there yet still hurting for shops because everyone either buys on Amazon or goes to a big box mega store.
Pine Ridge Mall has various stores. Which to this day some stores have been moving and few are closing. It is still open. It's not young at the heart no more. Food courts are there. Prices varies depending on which place one visits. Much parking spots. Winter time it is not plowed much. Much places for children inside.
Went to Cal ranch for sweet mix grain. Cashiers are always efficient. Can generally find everything I need.
The stores are honestly fine I just find the whole place very empty and they no longer have a food court. Looks like it could use some modernizing as well.
I visited CAL Ranch located here. What a great store for ranch supplies! Very helpful staff!!!!
Nothing there, super tiny.
Love the game vr place. I had fun with my husband.
Love all the stores there.
Miss the old days there. The arcade area is good so far, but barely holds a candle to its predecessor. Barely any good stores there.
Sad to see so many closed stores.
They are growing and getting more stores! I love our little mall!
Overall a pretty decent mall, for the size of the city. It's really gone through phases over the course of the last 20 years. In the 90's and early 2000's it was a bustling mall, full of great shopping and lots of shoppers. It really took a dive around the mid 2000's though and was a pretty sad place. Even during the "Christmas rush" you could count the number of patrons on one hand. Fast forward to the last couple years, and there have really been some improvements. The empty stores are starting to fill in, and there's finally a decent selection of shopping again. It's a little odd to have a CAL Ranch (country store) as an anchor store in a mall, but it seems to have been a positive change for the mall. Having a toddler, we get a lot of enjoyment out of the little kid area in the middle of the mall. Our little guy loves the different obstacles, and it seems to be a pretty popular place. It's a fairly small play area, but really serves a great purpose. In all honesty, the kids play area is our primary draw to the mall these days. And on a bit of an odd observation, but the drinking fountains by the food court are the coldest drinking fountains I've used in years... fantastic on a hot day.
Always great place to ship different stores friendly as well.
This mall is like a midnight graveyard. Almost nobody is here and many places are closed down. Their so-called "food court" only have one place open - a Pretzel store. No reason to ever go there again. It would be better if they demolished the mall and built something useful instead...
Great mall.
