This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
Southwestern Idaho's only dead mall. The pet shop hasn't been updated since the early 90s. Most shops are empty and closed. A sad stroll down memory lane. Hope the demolition and redesign improves things.
Great deals, good quality furniture, didn't pester while I shopped. Awesone selection, many different styles! Ill be back ;D love it!
Get's sadder every time ya go in there
Not enough stores there needs a real upgrade and fast.
I went to JoAnn's fabric store. The mall is nothing like it was back in the 70's and 80's when almost every space was rented out. It is clean. Not a lot of activity.
Need more stores!! Still love this place.
dated and mostly empty.
The place is dying from the inside out. Every time I go they have less and less stores. I Don't expect it to stay around much longer.
Disappointed to go my first time and it be pretty empty. More like a place I'd walk laps to stay out of the rain. I do like Ross, but thats its own building.
Useually empty. It's useually like huge hallways and rarely any people. There are a lot of variety to choose from in these stores from Burlington clothing, sports shop for team specific games like football, a Skateboard shop, A Nick backs shop, Pet store with fish, and essential oils/soap/wommen hair shop There's a couple small food and drink stands built in to building Great place to look for almost anything you need for basic essentials THEY HAVE AN ARCADE!
Find a little bit of everything here at Karcher Mall! Clean walkways! Clean restrooms! Nice to just come out and walk from one end to the other end! There is a big furniture store connected to this mall! Pet store is adequate! One day this mall will get remodeled and updated!
Lots of stores and a very nice selection of mdse.
Bogus it is mostly empty. Only a few shops left
It's a ghost town. The only good thing there is the pet store.
The Karcher mall tries REALLY hard to be a great place to shop. However, the proximity to Boise and the MUCH larger Boise Town Square Mall makes it difficult for them to get a lot of desirable retailers. They do have a Burlington, and a great movie theater. But most of their shops are what I would consider "boutique" which lack mainstream appeal.
There's nothing here anymore just a couple of stores trying to make the best of what's left!
Over the rainbow in the mall is beyond cool w some thing for every one.
A ghost town. It's basically a relic of a time when nampa wasnt an awful place to be.
Used to be a decent place to shop but now it's a ghost town. Good for walking but not much left for shopping at. Under the rainbow is interesting and fun, bath and body works, hickory farms and Ross are pretty much what's left to shop at
There are too many empty rental spaces, there is not even a food court
They've taken out some of the stores in here and it makes me wonder what's next. I love the arcade area even though it's different than it used to be. They need to add food places in here for when you want a bite to eat.
Empty mall.
Tammy at Joanns Fabric is the sweetest lady and the most helpful you'll ever find! Thank you so much Tammy!
It's a ghost town. Getting for a major facelift, or remodeling. Good things come after I hope.
Place was disappointing. There were only a few stores.
Terrible y'all need to fix up the place, looks like a dump tbh.
Karcher mall is a sad reminder of the fact that brick and mortar retail America is dying. It's not a horrible place, there are some good stores it's just unnerving to see how many storefronts are closed.
Great place if you are looking for a walk to get out of the weather... JoAnn's and Mor may be the only reason to go shopping here anymore. Disappointed in what this place has become.
Heeellloooo. Is anyone hear?? So sad
Kinda run down, hoping the remodel helps
There are a few good stores here but its usually not very busy. Went there last night and noticed that had created an indoor soccer space. Looks like younger kids around 10 or so
It's all we've got in canyon county lol
Nice clean mall.I enjoyed shopping there
Nobody goes there anymore. Everybody abandoned much loved place to drive to Boise ! Its sad to see it.
Just went to Ross's Dress for Less
Great place to walk for exercise.
This place is a sad shell of what it once was. I hope someone revamps it.
JoAnns had everything we needed! Sad to see the mall so empty.
Don't go here if you're wanting to go to an actual mall. It's mostly vacant shops. The security guard was sleeping my last trip in. There's a depressing little pet store, a Bath and Body Works and a JoAnns. If you're wanting anything other than that, skip it.
They could put so much more in here
Pretty lame these days. Not a lot of stores and it always smells weird. The women's bathroom was sketchy as well.
Call before you go. Mall remodeling. Many stores are closed or moved to another place. Still good place to walk inside...for now.
kind of a ghost mall, in that it was built right before nampa population boom. As a result most shops seem empty, I am hoping for some revitalizing of this mall.
I like the service some of the cusromers were rude feel like boise ross has better customers the employees were great though
So sad to see it so empty. Hope the new owner knows what they are doing. We are a family oriented farming community.
One extra star for the ghost town feels
Not a lot of shopping here. Most storefronts are empty. The place is dead!
This place is dead inside. Nothing is worth coming in for.
What was once a great place, for hanging out and having birthdays, has turned Into a dying industrie. The stores were lackluster, not to mention the prices, the prices are over priced!
Disappointed in the many bussiness that have moved out.
Always fun to kill a couple hours. Excited to see how the new version gonna look
Was okay with Jo-Ann’s still there, but they’re moving out. The arcade doesn’t have any old games. The old books place is alright. The comic store went out of business, as well as the knives store, which was always interesting. The eatin movie theater died, too, so there’s not much reason to go. The pet store is average. I don’t know how they stay in business.
The karcher mall is still worth checking out. Not what it once was, but it's still a good place to check out
Get in get out. I really hope someone try’s to revive this mall. It’s sad to see it in the condition it is currently it.
Needs upgraded
I have always loved it here, I hope they never close down.
Still a nice mall. With more stores were still open. Miss the Mexican restaurant.
It is such a shame that this mail is not more popular. I think that being so Central to our town, it would be a much better location for many than having to drive across town. It's managed well, and most of the shops are quite enjoyable. It is my hope that it will some day regain it's popularity and not be so ignored by our populace.
Karcher mall is but a shadow of its Old Glory. 40 years ago he was young and robust sporting Manny stores some eateries and a nice restaurant. Now it is run down, not so many stores on the nice restaurant is gone.
Not much going on here these days.
Needs more fun arcade games amd roller rink and more stores that will stay
Would give my Zumba class there five stars!
Gotta give it up for Sick Stuff. They have a wide range of items that you just cant find anywhere else!
Good walking Track for senior citizens
Love these place
They could do more to bring in stores that people want to frequent. Nice building that could be so much more. They should have kept the theater
Worst mall I've ever been to n my entire life I don't even think they have 10 stores open !!!!!
Not alot of anything, kids running all over with no parents around my nephew got trampled by 3 older boys who just took off. Customer service is terrible in the arcade, and most the games don't work. Won't go back
This place is like a ghost town
This place is slowly dying. Very sad.
I remember back in the day when this small was the go-to place for the treasure valley. We went back Sarah on a visit to family. I felt like I should have security with me as I walk through the half abandoned halls. Kind of sad to see how far gone it is.
Bathrooms are in a heap of a mess. No toilet paper. Wish they could spruce up the place and bring in some good places
Has some good stores, excellent pet store
It's a dead mall. Not much here, but good exercise for mall walkers
I can't believe the owners can't do anything to bring back head liners. I remember this place as a kid. Don't care that much for it now.
Nothing in there. Trash on the floors, dark, creepy.
Karcher Mall is a little small but has some good stores. The Pet Store is big and clean and there are always people looking at the critters. Joanne Fabrics us a great store with good sales. We went to the outdoor fishing hunting expo for the kids and there was quite a big turnout. I got a chance to see all of Karcher Mall. It's a nice place.
Needs way more shops
Not much there cheap game room was reasonably priced and fun.
Just a dirty old mall stuck in 2001. One guy owns like three stalls weird flex but okay.
The arcade is amazing
Went to the GNC, and the associate's that I was so lucky too meet are the best in helping you, and explaining the products for your needs, love this place.
Eh, pretty fun I suppose
Lots of empty shops. This placr used to be the spot to be and shop . still has some good shops. I go there to get gauges ,clothes and always hit the arcade.
There are alot of empty shops, it's like a ghost town. For as popular as the area is I'm surprised there are empty stores. There is a Ross that is always packed with people, a pro image that has barely any SF Giants merch and two furniture stores. I think there's also a skate shop and a bath and body store as well.
Went To a jewelry store and a furniture store. Nice people work there. Lots of people out and about getting some exercise and not worried about being in the cold, damp weather. Nice
This mall is dying
Almost empty
This place is like a ghost town. I remember when it was a bustling mall full of life and energy. The past number of years so many businesses have left with no others taking their place. There are so many blank store fronts. There are only a couple of places we go to any more. We still enjoy going to Joanne's and Ross. We of course still bank at US BANK and go to the dollar store and Harbor Freight which stand alone outside the mall. I really wish that somehow it could be revitalized.
The pet store in the very back corner is terrible the pets seem sick and unhealthy and the fish tanks have rust everywhere and the fish are either dead or swimming around very slowly this place needs shut down or they need to take care of the animals better it's sad.
Sad that this closed down. I grew up here in nampa and wished more businesses could have promoted themself at this location. Hope they do something great with it
Very upsettinng place. Very empty and dirty!
US Nails is AWESOME!!!
It's a dying location BUT the few stores that are still standing are quite the hidden gems! Definitely go check it out. The mall itself need some upkeep maintenance and cleaning. The location itself could really use a face lift. I hope that it will come back, booming, in the near future!
Brings Back Memories from when I was a kid ♡
I've been going here since I was little kid like the mall thanku
So few shops in there and it looks very run down.
It's so big
It is close by. Haven't seen it all yet but give me time.
Always love going in there to Bath & Body
Wish it wasn't dying.
Great place to go. A lot of people get their exercise walking here at the mall. My favorite place is Christopher and Banks great clothing , so fashionable and long lasting cause they are well made.
Currently facing remodeling. Joann's craft store and Bath & body works is basically all worth shopping here. Hopefully the mall can be revamped.
Not much in there... but I still love to go and walk around. We need more stores in here!
Very grungy mall with very few options for shopping.
Great people
Used to be a fun place to spend a Sunday afternoon at the movie theater, and hang out in it's halls. Kinda sad to see it in it's decline despite the remodel.
We shopped at Ross. Have always had a special spot in my heart. I and my family were the first to shop at Karcher Mall. Love it. It was one of the biggest stores in our area. I have spent so much ,"TIME AND MONEY" in each store !!!
Not too many stores, but it is rarely crowded like the Boise mall. Still go to visit alot.
Lacking shopping opportunities
Not much of a selection on stores to shop at. I think Ross and Big 5 are the most visited stores there and you don't have to enter the mall. (They're located on the outside.)
Not much there anymore
The stores that are there are great. Just very empty.
Almost a ghost town. Could be a great place if great management were in place.
Not much to see except a few empty shops and hallways that could use some new paint. Facility seems kind of run down. Did like the arts stall (believe it's only open on Saturday in November-December). Individual stores seem to be in better condition. Did have some decorations for the holidays which was nice but again felt kind of drab. Update: the mens restroom is bad enough that it looks like FEMA came and went and didn't help.
This place was a cool place at one time but sadly most of the businesses have moved out and only a few are still there
You never know what you'll find
The Mall is failing enough to where my favorite vender who provides me with some of my Spiritual Tools will No longer be returning. Maybe a factor in all that is due to the fact that management there was once rude to my wife. Is that how you treat all woman? Over time bad energy is what they created for themselves perhaps. I new a small business owner there as well who had 2 high priced thefts. One had merchandise taken along with their kids Christmas presents which were hidden within the "ceiling" storage space, and the other just merchandise. Management made everything about their bad experience very difficult to get resolved.
A mall with no shops. Empty
Good stores
Love the memories, hate to see it so dead though.
It's going down hill. Dont believe the signs the shops are almost all gone. Ross and big five sporting goods are probably going to be the lat ones hanging on. There are still a few but having the Costco shopping center across the freeway may have put the stake through the heart. You do still have lowes and home depot over in the neighbor hood though.
I was presently suprised at this place. I had never been here and it was like a step back in time. The pet store was great because of the chamillion!! There were some stores i didnt expect to find. It was fun
Somebody help this place out. Straight ghost town. The folks who are still left somehow still are nice and will converse with you
Love this store
Taking back a star... There nothing there..
This place was a cool hangout and a nice spot for shopping but nowadays the majority of the stores are gone and it feels empty and kinda strange inside and I hope they do something new and exciting with the place. I sure miss those old Karcher Mall days!
Great place to go. Great products and services.
Needs more stores and is lacking on maintenance. The stores that do exist are nice though. Its just too bad its half empty mall.
Saddest mall ever. Looks like a throwback to the 70's. Supposedly going to be renovated soon
Good parking, quiet atmosphere
What are they going to do with this place? Tear it down for a park/ free activities center with a skate board and bike area, climbing wall, splash pad, jungle gyms. Don't forget lots of lighting at night to detour any gang activity.
I grew up coming to this mall. A lot of the stores have closed down, there's only a couple of quality stores left (not including Mor, but I did appreciate that addition) I'm really hoping that it gets updated here soon. I think it has a lot of potential to be a legit shopping mall but right now it looks a little like a store graveyard.
Bizarre layout, lots of empty space and stores that are connected to the mall but have no entrance into the mall?
Always loved this place, it should be more popular I think. More customers. They always have great stuff.
Sold out to Californians. Not so happy.
Im very very very sad and heart broken that the mail did not give any time for stores to move or anythink -50 stars
The Karcher mall has seen better days. But it still has stores inside owned by local people, that are pretty great. I love getting bubble tea from Buzzbee. I have purchased a pretty good amount of comic books from BNB Comics. I enjoy pretzel bites with my toddler at Nathan's Pretzels when we go in to Joanna's to pick up supplies. The pet store always has cute little creatures to look at. I love going to bath and body Works to test out beautiful smelling products, and to wash my hands with pretty soaps. Sometimes there are little kiosk shops that sell one of a kind items, on occasion as well. There may not be a lot stores in the mall these days. But I thoroughly do enjoy my little visits here.
I went to CJ Banks, I absolutely love their clothing! I will go again soon. I also went to the Hickory Farm store to make a purchase. I only wish there were more of a variety of stores and restaurants available in the mall to choose from to shop in. Sadly, it's not how it used to be many years ago.
This place seems like it's two bad days away from becoming the scene to a zombie movie. Don't come here with any real expectations.
Great place to walk around...
The only good stores are OUTSIDE THE MALL!!! Needs a new owner to or try harder to get some real stores in there. Macy's? Lush? Foot Locker? There is a reason Burlington made a new store NOT in this mall. It's failing.
Very ... unique? Last time I visited, a 12 year old was playing with a switch blade, so that was neat.
Love the sport shop there
It's the new owner is kicking everyone out everyone I know is boycotting the mall now cuz we do not support this new owner he doesn't support small business that has kept this mall alive for years. Go back to California and leave are small business alone you POS!!!!
Lovely place to mall walk. The furniture store is also a must see, very helpful with low prices, special orders erc.
I used to enjoy going to the Karcher mall because it was close to my house but so many businesses have left and it seems so empty now and there is not much to do there anymore. The place itself is clean and well maintained but lacks shopping places.
An awesome vibrant mall that is seemingly defying the odds of the dying mall trend that is going on all across the USA recently
Very few stores to shop in.
Not many stores, but the ones they do have are worth going to. There is also a mile long walking path for those that like the exercise.
Its a nice little mall however, they are no match for the larger shopping complexes in area. The mall is very clean. You can tell however, that its a dying mall as it loses its big name residents. Still a nice place to shop with lots of available parking.
There's nothing in this mall anymore I don't even know why it's still running
Limited options for shopping. Hope some more options will become available soon.
Funny smell, lots of empty places, nothing like it was back when. Safe place for a walk and glad the theater is back
Mall is barren, thank goodness Joanne's is still there.
Love just skipping and dancing my way to JoAnn Fabrics to bargain shop!
very sad mall not many businesses open good place to walk in the winter
