Very small but what they have is nice we go to the theater at least once a week in the DMV is always convenient and helpful Penneys and Sears are pretty good it's our store in our city so we like it

It's nice to have but it keeps losing tenants. Not the mall's fault but still there is only the jewelry store, Jcpenney, vape store and the DMV. I will say that the washroom is very clean and kept in good order. I just wish they had more stores.

Went to the DMV office here. Amazingly I did not wait more than 20 minutes before being helped. Overall friendly service once seen.

What's to like about the mall itself aside from the remaining anchor tenants that totally outshine the mall itself. They are all totally ADA COMPLIANT, not Dollar Tree or the cinema theater at the east end. The place is poorly managed. Huge potential if done correctly, as malls everywhere face stiff marketplace competition. I personally knew the original developer of this property, Les Rogers. He never had the community support he hoped for putting it in the middle of noere between Sandpoint and Kootenai in an open field. He tried to put Ponderay on map and did. Which city has the biggest future? Ponderay, but it will always be in Sandpoint's shadow due to its historical significance. Within a year I could turn this into the hub of Ponderay due strictly to its central location. They even have an up to date major Intersection with state of the art traffic control. Make use of it as a destination, not a ghost town.

We were at pizza Hut for lunch walk in and no one was in site. I howler and no one answered. After a sort time a waitress came from the back. She took are order when she brought are pizza she spilled my wifes dring over and on too my wife. Said o I'm sorry. Cleaned up the mess. Did not refill her drink. The pizza were not that good so we will not be going back.

Our Bonner Mall has lost its fame its sad because its the only mall we have. I remember when it had a roller ring and a sports store and a little place you could grab a bit to eat and sit. I believe it was called the hot diggity dog. I loved the mall back then. Now its kinda pardon my language but lame

I personally only go to Bonner mall to register my vehicle and go to Petco. Even the Petco there is very limited in what they stock compared to 45 miles down the road in Hayden.
