Here you will be able to see the feddbacks of real people who used the products and services of Boise Factory Outlet (Mall) near Idaho.
At the present this business has a score of 3.4 stars out of 5 and that score was based on 412 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is average, and it's founded on a high number of feddbacks, so we may be quite sure that the score is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they are pleased, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to set tatings when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
Consignment sale on right now for all kinds of clothes and toys.
Only went to Pendleton Factory Outlet. A sign on the wall said it all: "A man can't have too many Pendleton shirts".
Vanity has the cheapest new clothing around. Defiantly worth the drive!!
Love this place... need more stores
When it was new it was a great shopping center, it has since lost interest and has the majority of its buildings vacant it seems. Prices are high and there's not slot of shopping. Hope it comes back
Easy parking there was a kitchen outlet in there and I love kitchen
I always go to Eddie Bauers outlet. Good values at good prices.
Love this place for good deals, espe ially the Eddie Bauer store ... You will pay 50- 70 percent less than the Eddie Bauer at the mall
Apart from being way out in the sticks, the outlet mall is not a bad place. Would be nice if it were a little busier, but that is largely a function of it's location. That said, where else could you buy a brand new pair of name brand jeans for $15? That's why I buy most of my clothes at the outlet mall.
I shop at Vanity Fair and Eddie Bauer at this location
Vanity is were I go the most. Very helpfull. Lots to select from but still feels like everyone cares to help you!
Love this place best place to get better for the right size of bras , great place for children's clothing and cloths for every size best wool clothing if you can afford it. And an coating ring and jazzersize if you want they and 2 goals I truly loved wish I could remember there names.
Not much here.
I highly recommend the Eddie Bauer outlet, killer prices on great clothes and outdoor gear
Love out let malls. Not many stores open because not enough people know it's out there. Go visit, keep them open.
Pendleton outlet store, great clothing, a little pricey
Ghost mall pretty much!
Vf outlet has wonderful deals on clothing.
The place seems almost abandoned. There are several vacancies.
There aren't very many stores
Nothing here
The stores left in this near deserted shopping mall offer excellent bargains and selection.
This is a factory outlet mall for most clothing, and to be honest this place is extremely abandoned, and your not getting any better prices like you used to back in the day here. Your better off going to a Walmart, Target, Etc for clothing.
Not lots of stores left but Vanity Fair, Pendleton, Wrangler, Eddie Bowers, Playtex and Idaho Ice Skating rink are there.
A lot of empty buildings so it was easy to find parking spot. But I did find what I needed
this is really a dead Mall, despite the large footprint there are literally only three shops remaining in business. Not worth the time it takes to get off the freeway. We spent most of our visit wondering what it could be converted into, perhaps a retirement center or a business incubator or apartments for millennials. has certainly gone long past its prime or even point of viability as a shopping mall. They should take down the signs and close it up.
It's a dying ghost town now. Sad.
Very nice place for easy shopping. They are working on getting more stores and a restaurant. Located outside of town, and right off the freeway.
Looks like everything closed here
There's just not a lot of business here
This mall is like a ghost town...accept for the VF store! I love it!!
Gymboree has great deals for children.
Love the verity of shopping for all
Small outlet store. Most are empty shopping stores. Almost nothing there. Would not recommend it. I would recommend going to another place, although there is an Eddie Bauer's in the outlet.
Great prices no crowds
I hate to do this since I rarely give only one star, but as far as factory outlets go, there are virtually no shops here any more. We only recently moved to Boise, so I don't know how long it has been pretty much vacant. We drove through just the other day and was shocked to see I think less than 5 stores in total. I assume the food court is the only thing paying the bills for the property. I'm sad it didn't make it. Not sure of the long term plans.
Very bummed, we used to go there all the time when we lived there, nothing but empty shops now.
Almost all the shops have moved out. Do not waste your trip
Love the outlet mall the store vf lees has a great selection of clothes great prices and a clean store not over crowed with people. The kutchen collection is an awesome store with so much to choose from well known brands and great prices. Hard to find items. They have from baking to cooking items down to ice trays .
The outlet mall is empty and most stores are closed. We only go there for the kids store and it's one if the only stores so open.
Great deals on jeans
This place is dead. Not many stores.
There was probably only one store actually open. Granted it's a nice cheap store with alot of interesting clothes and kid toys but I wouldn't call this place an outlet
Need more store's
Great place to find deals. Seems to be more than a few empty shops.
Used to be good. Now it is just mostly empty.
Only 2 stores left. Not worth the trip.
I'm sad that all the stores have left but there are still a few real good stores. Gymboree for my little grandchildren great clothes and there prices are amazing. VF for my older granddaughter amazing quality, brand names, and prices. And then Hanes for us older girls where I can buy my undergarments and not go broke and get good brands. I drive 2 hours just to shop here every few months
Good prices
Didn't go there for a long time and was surprised and saddened to see so many empty spaces. Just a few stores are still open but it is well worth visiting
Most of the stores have left leaving empty building.
Ok
I like this place
Needs some merchants but nice selection
Loved this place. Great items with really good pricing.
Hope they get more stores.
It is hard to rate this outlet mall. I love the few stories that are open. But it really is mostly vacant. Pendleton, Eddie bauer, and VF whatever? Are all worth it though
Nothing there. Almost 75% vacant. Haven't heard of half the shops they do have. Really odd, because East Boise is booming with new development, there's no reason why they can't support a full outlet mall out here, especially considering the closest shopping tends to be on the other side of Boise in Meridian.
Sad, sad, sad....... Sad. In case you are wondering if they have that outlet your looking for, they don't.
The outlet mall was semi recently purchased by a different entity that is planning various improvements to the location including new stores!! I'm anxious to see the vacant store fronts get filled with new offerings. I highly suggest you look into it and find out what the rental amounts are/what advertising incentives the new owners may offer you to make this place great. I will update my review accordingly as the Boise Factory Outlet gets updated and grows.
Good place to spend a day looking around
Love Vanity Fair
Won't go back nothing their
This is in reference to the mall, not the stores in the mall. It is very clear the owners of the outlet mall have zero interest in making it a place for stores to want to be. It looks like a ghost town, they don't even service the restrooms that are for the public. Too bad, because it has potential to draw other larger retailers in.
Not much there anymore.
Great buys and friendly service..
Not a lot of stores open in it anymore. Like a ghost town. Does have a large ice rink that is operating, but no one ever there.
Love the Lee Ryder store.
So few stores left here, but I love the Eddie Bauer store.
Only like 3 stores left.
Its a shame so many businesses have pulled out... I still enjoy what shops are left, just wish there were more... Like when they opened....
VF Outlet is THE BEST! I get work clothes for the boyfriend and myself plus great looking dress wear and unmentionables at super low prices. Look forward to it every time I go there. Never dissappointed
Alot of places are closed, but great service at Hanes!
Very few stores are open here. Not enough variety to bring me there again.
Very disappointed to see most of the stores gone. However the people at VF and Wrangler are wonderful.
Love the VF Outlet and Eddie Bauer. Just wish they could bring more businesses in and maybe even a couple of restaurants. It used to have so many stores.
Eddie Bauer, Eddie Bauer, Eddie Bauer. That's the only place I visit most of the time. Beats dealing with the Towne Square store's traffic this time of year. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you.
No stores left here. Not worth driving out there.
Vanity Fair and Kitchen Collection are the only stores I go to now. They need more retailers as more than half are empty.
This mall is dying
There is only a couple shops open now.
No places to shop there anymore.. so sad
Love this place. Especially Vanity Fair.
Nothing to write home about
Love the stores that are there but most of the mall is empty
Ok
The majority of stores have closed. The prices at the remaining stores are good.
Hello is there anybody here when I asked that question there wasn't only one two maybe four stores that's it three strikes you're out
Very disappointing. Only a handful of stores and may one or two i even cared about checking out
I am so sad that this place is so empty now.
it's a shame such a beautiful place is almost a ghost town. But however the stores that are there are absolutely vibrant and wonderful I recommend everybody and I'll go there please go there help save our outlet mall
I love Eddie Bauer at the Outlet Mall. It is just sad to see so many businesses leave.
Many stores are closed but the ones left are worth the trip.
I go there for my walks with my friendly pit mix. Days of Auto auction across the opposing street causes traffic, but timing solves.
Almost empty
Nice place to visit, well maintained.keep it up.
For the amount of stores here, it is okay. They have slowly been losing businesses for a few years. Decent sale prices at the few stores they do have.
Love factory outlet malls but this one appears to be on its way out. Hardly any stores left. However the ones that are there have very friendly staff and good service.
I think that some things could be improved
Losing all of it's stores. Not like it was twenty years ago.
the wrangler store was great, too bad thats one of 5 stores in the entire plaza.
Plenty of stores and easy parking. Everything closes too early
Love the kitchen store and Bali/Hanes stores too bad everything else there didn't make it. Even the bathroom is locked :-(
We like going here, but it seems too much of a ghost town.
Needs lots more stores, but I only go for Eddie Bauer anyway.
The hanes bali store is amazing. Customer service is always amazing.
LOVE the outlet mall I really wish they weren't closing out there everywhere. Vanity fair is always my go to they're affordable and I always get so many conpliments!
The stores that are left are fun to shop at. Wish they could fill the rest of the stores
Great car show !
Nothing there deserted ..
I wish their were more stores I love it
Like all Factory Outlets this one is suffering from lack of outlets. What is there is still worth stopping for and the prices are exceptional
Love shopping at the stores here. It's reasonably priced, with a lot of options.
It's so sad that there are so few places left here. Though my favorite is still there, Eddie Bauer. Anyway, it's becoming a ghost town, sad but true.
Went to the Gymborie outlet. Very nice store, sadly surrounded by lots of empty space. It was still maintained very well, clean and the open stores were very inviting but the rest just seemed so barren it was a bit unnerving.
Too bad the entire complex is nearly empty but the Eddie Bauer store is great!
So sad to see this Outlet empty. I will give the Van Heusen store a 5 star however for they always have great buys.
Its almost a derelict place. The vendors who are still in the business has been loosing customers. Went there once but could not find suitable things to buy. This place should be reconstructed or renovated so that new customers can be attracted. Otherwise, it will be a matter of sad to see death of a good place. Authority should step forward to take necessary measures.
Empty dive. Disappointing.
The couple times I have been here it has seemed dead. I super wish that there were more stores and it was busier. But I think it is just to out of the way for everyone. I think they planned on a ton of growth in the area but it just never happened. I would recommend checking it out if your in the area.
Very inexpensive place that is not terribly crowded
The Kitchen store is a great place. Great deals! Got a hard to find bowl paddle for a Kitchen Aid mixer for a great price!
3/4 of stores empty
Great place to shop
Not much of anything here, not worth the drive when all you get is a depressing view of a mode of selling long past its prime.
Clean and great
A lot of room to expand. Great potential.
If you look around you will find a great bargain.
Place licks nuts! Stores are expensive & there's only a few stores left. Even the blimpie that's left the the women that work there are grouchy & thankless! They offer coupons as most blimpies do but squabble when you use them. Over-all they get what they deserve!! Pizza place is decent though. It's a great place to go if your close & in a pinch & need a quick gift otherwise it's not worth tour time.
Poor ,only 4 shops open
PENDLETON OUTLET is there,They are having up to 70% Mark down
Very few stores but those that are there are great
This place is dead not worth going to
C.f. clothing, great prices for clothes
I wish there were more stores here. The prices are awesome and the people couldn't be nicer though.
Boise NEEDS to invest in their growth.
The place is dying off. Stores are all closed except 3. The children store is over priced for an "outlet" mall. Eddie Bauer is a good store.
I love the Gymboree and Eddie Bauer Stores. The outlet itself is so empty and sad. I am really hoping to see some serious development. This could be so awesome!
VF outlet is best place for cheap work clothes
Almost Everything is closed down
Not many stores here. Vanity Fair, kitchen store, candy store, Ice rink, fitness place, pizza place, and Subway is about all that's here.
There's only three stores. It looks like a post-apocalyptic Wasteland.
Good facilities, clean and organized stores, friendly staff. Prices are very good for the brands and quality of the product. There's a lot of room to walk around and take your time to look at things. Not many staff members on the floor but willing to help when you find someone. Pretty large product and sizing selections, I will be returning.
Very few stores left here, vanity fair is and they have great prices on all the clothes. Service is excellent.
What stores are left offer what I need
Good clothes
This place is a ghost town. There is nothing there worthwhile
Sad to see so many empty store fronts. The stores we did go to were friendly and clean.
This place is dying off. Only a couple good stores left.
It would be better if the fitting rooms were'nt in the middle of the bra section. But they have great sales!
Not much there. Many stores r closed.
Pretty sad, most stores are empty. A real ghost town.
Dying place. Only 2 or 3 open stores. Low quality.
Under major renovation. Levi's outlet is no longer there despite Google maps shows it
I remember when we moved to Boise 12 years ago. The outlet mall was a pretty good place to go. Over the years and fortunately it is gone downhill I went there recently and to my surprise most of the stores were closed. it is a shame. The stores that are there right now are pretty good. I believe now most people are going out to meridian to shop.
Outlet is all but empty. Not worth getting off the interstate for.
