This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
I gave up on malls as an adult, this was an awesome accidental encounter. Really love all of the food options. Will return on my next trip to Oahu.
This place is an amazing place if you're a mom with a preschooler. They now have a bounce house place, and a little part time drop-in "preschool" where you can get some alone time while the kiddo plays and learns. The small playground indoors is always busy but fun.
ALWAYS FIND WHAT I NEED!
Beautiful mall, with a movie theater. Very short line for santa and bubble snow!!
Windward mall is a comfortable place. There is a bouncy house place and a golf course for kids. There is a great movie theater and very good shops. Food court has very delicious food. Overall a great place for everyone.
Windward Mall is probably the best indoor mall on Oahu. If you want to beat the heat, here is a nice place to enjoy the air-condition, good food such as Hot Dog on a Stick, Chinatown Express, Maruki-Tei, Ramen Manichi, Papa John's, Subway, Starbucks, and one of the few Dairy Queen's in the state, just to name a few. They also have a kids soft play playground, Consolidated theater, Fun Factory, Macy's, Ross's, Bath&Body Works and many many more shopping. Windward Mall is a very family friendly clean mall with something for everyone.
It's one of the few places that has a pet store open anywhere in the late afternoon & evening times. Got a bunny!
Good mall! Great choices for food too
Typical shopping mall, farmers market was in progress looked like a great place for produce shopping!
Beautiful Mall! Wide variety of shops and the workers are very friendly!
Not too packed. Shops to da neck ong
Easy to find parking and has a good selection of stores.
Small but good
Nice indoor farmers market
My wife and I went there to have breakfast and walk around mall. We did have breakfast but the mall was closed due it's Easter blessings to all!
Just went to Macy's and the price for SAUVAGE EAU DE PARFUM 100 ML was pretty good.
Went to lens Crafters to pick up glasses
I love going here on Wednesday for the Farmer's Market. I get all my produce there for such a good price. There is a Farmer's Market on Sunday as well.
Only went to Verizon to buy a new phone and pickup something from the food court. I normally find it much easier for me to shop online.
Hands down my favorite place to shop on the island. Unlike other malls that are full of high end stores and tons of tourists, Windward mall has a truly local family feel. From its very reasonably priced shops to the weekly farmers market, this place has something for everyone. It even has a glow putt mini golf spot :)
Love the wide assortment of local made products at the farmers market downstairs in the mall on Wednesday and Sunday.
Very quiet mall with few tourists
Love Wal-Mart
It's a mall. It's semi ok. There is a bdubs. Yep
Not much to do here besides eat mediocre food, unless the farmer's market is on. I went on my first date here and we ditched it in favor of the cemetery out back. (I broke up with him two days later.)
Farmers market was interesting
Not overly crowded on a summer Monday.
It’s a pretty peaceful mall. Farmers market comes by and sell their goods and the restaurants, arcade, shopping mall and the movie theatre are within close distance.
Mall was about 30 minutes to closing and the staff closed the bathroom. I get that it’s Christmas Eve but it’s called human decency. My little one had to use the bathroom so bad but janitorial staff did not care. Shame on this mall!! If your open you should have a bathroom.
There's a lot of variety stores and almost everyone have some kinds of sales. Also they have exercises every Monday through Thursday morning. There's no age limits.
I kind of stumbled upon this place just exploring the Kaneohe area however I am happy that I found this mall finally. The outside looks old and aged however the inside is well renovated and kept up with live music, good food court, and good stores. The parking lot is typical of any other Mall and is easy to find a parking spot for a big truck.
Windward Mall is nice. It is expensive but a pleasant atmosphere. The food court consists of Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Italian food choices. A new Ross store will be opening soon. There is also Farmers Market twice a week. I wish they never added Victoria's Secret store especially with all the kids that go to the Mall. That's never appropriate. There is also a theatre.
Great place to shop & relax. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. Could use more variety on stores but overall very good.
its it's perfect not to big country people young and old enjoy seeing their families ends and friends
Nice and cool good A/C
Farmer's market was awesome. Food at Big City Dinner excellent.
I stop into Ross when i go windward side at the Windward Mall. I might also meet my family there for a day of window shoppg & lunch or dinner. I also go to the Straub Clinic & My G-girls have danced hula there many times
Plenty of free parking. Lots of vendors at the open market on Sundays. Comfortable air conditioned environment! Check out the interesting shops that are in the mall. They even have a children's area for play in the mall!
Nice and comfortable place to shop and find what you want and need.
Love the pretzel place
A must stop especially if there is live Hawaiian music.
I love this mall
Dudes and dudettes, this tiny out of the way sometimes hard to find place is a little diamond in the ruff. Once I've found it, I've enjoyed my time having an Orange Julius alongside my Pizza, great place to sit and eat with others. Some stores of interest, a hallmark store which is usually always great for the average collector. Bus route friendly.
Not a whole lot here. Decent mini-mall, but only come here when I go to the theater that's attached.
Like most malls, it's getting old. Stores closing (Sears), vacant shop fronts, lowering attendance, and on-line buying all conspire to bring an air of an inevitable end to this mall. Today though had an unexpected treat: Farmington HS's band played while dancers from the school showed their moves and singers belted like experienced crooners.
Typical mall. They had a cool farmers market in the center - this earned the 3rd star.
Farmers market on Sunday. These are steam buns with filling, Yum!! Red beans, custard, taro..., you name it! (vender from Panda Dimsum)
Awesome that everyone on the Windward Side had such a Great Mall. From Waimanalo to Waialua we can All Enjoy Windward Mall instead of having to Travel to Town. Everything you Need or could Want is right here in our own Backyard. How Awesome is that.
Not too crowded. Plenty of chairs to while waiting or after shopping.
Good fun enjoyd my salf
Great variety of shops and eateries. Country feeling. Warm and friendly people. An amazing place for the kids to play. Center stage seasonal activities and entertainment events. Less crowded than the orher malls on Oahu. Sundays Farmers Market is the best!
Great place to check out and hang out. Different shops to peruse through. There’s even an open market on certain days.
Just like alamoana but smaller
Love the family oriented feeling there
Pups of War Nerf Arena is incredibly fun, we had a great time
Smaller mall but it's a nice spot to hang out, shop and dine.
Lots of food here, from fast food, to sit-down restaurants and a grocery store. Recommended.
Beautiful mall, great shopping and eating options.
Good selection of stores. Great customer service at the food court.
Great stuff
Great place to stop for food. Very busy
A lot of stores, food venues and great indoor kids play area. Your bound to find something here. We went on 2 Sunday to take advantage of the farmers market and it was awesome. Kalua pork nachos and salmon poke on garlic Parmesan French fries was some of the food we had for lunch.
Great place to shop..peaceful and relaxing. No one in a rush and rushing past you. Very friendly local island people.
Good selection of stores.
Took our Teens there to go to the movies, and to do a scavenger hunt. They were hilarious. Some thought it was too difficult at first, and then they started paying attention. The motivating factors: team with the most points, could choose any snack for themselves when we went to
It's always great going to the mall.
Best Part For A kid is hot dog on a stick and if your kids a gamer then go to gamestop!
Sunday open market is nice. Nice fresh produce...that's what I look for. And they have the cactus people... almost always has something new for my sisters collection. Lots of other things to check out as well. The dried aku is good too.
Still the best local secret for Mall Goers.
Lots for everyone. Free parking, cinema, free keiki play area, and terrific food court.
Nice, small, indoor mall. But, quite a few vacancies.
Sunday, two days before Christmas, as we drive down the road next to the mall there isn't a single parking space visible anywhere. Still we were posted 5-10 minutes later and heading in. We came to hit the farmers market before it closed. Went through Macy's. Not very busy considering it's the 23rd of December. The market isn't all that big since it had to fit inside the lower level but we were able find a good assortment of veggies for a big stir-fry plus some apple-bananas for later. The mall is typical of all malls. If you were there to shop for presents it would have been a good opportunity. All in all a good trip. Edit: Due to an unnoticed auto-correct the original post above seemed to be referring to a lack of disabled parking places. (The intended word "visible" was replaced by "disable") There were in fact several available handicapped parking spaces even during this busy period. This was NOT meant to be any kind of rebuke regarding handicap parking. My apologies for the lack of review prior to posting and to Windward Mall for the confusion.
Nice remodel! Haven't been in years, the mall looks great!
Nice mall. Lots of food venders. Sunday from 10 to 2pm they have a food market, bery reasonable in prices.
Great mall with a lot of nice stores.
Clean modern looking enclosed mall with lots of parking. Includes a food court with a wide selection of food. Also contains a theater with comfortable stadium seating.
Although this is out of the way for me, it's worth going to the Open Market (Wed. and Sun.) Excellent produce and ethnic foods. It's also a good opportunity to support our local vendors.
Early morning before the vendors open-up shop, plenty of senior adults walking/jogging inside the mall. I'm guessing it's a group activity that's being held every day after 8am. After 10am, Zumba fitness group in the center of the mall inviting anyone & everyone to join along. FINAL VERDICT: Fantastic atmosphere, no minors roaming around & crowding the mall like every weekend. Good place to relax.
Went there today. First time in a long time. Sears was wiped out but still had lots on sale since they're closing. Also pacsun had a big sale.
This is a basic mall. I would score a 3 star but on Wednesday and Sunday have a great farmer's market throughout the inside of the mall.
Plenty of parking even when busy. Love the Sunday open market with enough competing stalls to allow lots of choice. Good selection of food options. Worth driving to even if you don't live on the Windward side. More shops and stores available across the street so you can probably find everything on your shopping list. This is also a very family friendly mall if you just want to enjoy browsing in an air conditioned mall.
I love Windward Mall...it's clean and airy, has a decent food court, some nice casual dining options and a good mix of stores. I do miss Sears and Sports Authority...the mall needs more anchor tenants than just Macy's. The theaters are nice and there's sufficient parking. For me it's just little over 1/2-mile from my home so I've often walked to WWMall.
This is a great mall in the winward side of Oahu. Many restaurants and shops! I only had a short time to be there but I really enjoyed it!
All of the different clothing options are available for anything you would need. If you need a washer over the Sears fishing gear still got Sears want food it's all over the place and at certain times great entertainment was there as well. Lots of parking never have to worry about finding a place.
Best place ever. If you have kids and don’t know what to do and outside weather is hot and humid then this mall is the best place to spend a day. Lots of kids activities in the mall such as indoor playground, ride a train, game centre to play games at a nominal charge. Lots of eating and shopping places. Ross best store ever. Must eat ice cream at the upper level which makes home made ice cream. Must visit a pet store. On Sundays and Wednesday’s there is a farmers market where you can get fresh fruits and vegetables from locally grown farmers. Every day there is something going on at the mall so keep checking. Also security guards at this store is very helpful. I am visiting this place from Ontario, Canada and it’s a shame that we don’t even have a mall close to windward shopping mall. Great job Hawaii. Mahalo!!!
Good indoor mall. Excellent place to exercise or shop. H&T Burgers has the best teri-burgers on the Windward side. Farmers market on Sundays is full of things to eat and all the veggies you could want. Too bad many of the small stores and Sears closed, but there is a good selection to shop around still
A nice break from city mall. Family friendly. More mellow.
You are making it so hard for regular people to park. It is so stupid you put electric cars in the front? what cause they can afford those types of vehicles so you accommodate more to them. They can walk like everyone else .. lived in kaneohe all my life and it has turned into another stupid ala moana type of mall.. where they only care about money and not the local people.. I have family that Is handicapped but 22 more stalls that is always empty is stupid. How about instead of wasting that money trying to make it better for rich people how about you pay for workers more and make it more affordable for store owners and small businesses
Wish there were more variety of stores!
The place is really nice, peaceful, and everyone is so friendly. Went to "Seeds and Things" for their moist lemon peel bought a lb. I got to see my cousin Michelle from Laie shopping who I haven't seen in many years.
Great stores and lots of restaurant choices
Good place to grab a bite or spend few hours walking around. Cute ride on train for kids that runs the length of the ground floor. Enjoyed the weekly Farmers Market but beware of the couple stands selling grocery store produce not from the island. (Mangos)
This mall is decent it’s got a little bit of everything from restaurants, movies, stores, food court, and a Ross. And a bunch of events they do in the main court room area, still this place seems like it’s missing something maybe just a more interesting selection of stores. None the less it’s the best mall on the windward side (well the only mall)
Enclosed mall with nice seating and a play area for young children. Not full (some empty store fronts), but has some nice shops.
Shops, dining, services, and ample parking. Parking lot is dimly lighted so take caution.
Uncles NY Pizza; Was in the neighborhood and decided to check this place out. O my their pizza and breads are so yummy. We order pizza, calzone and garlic bread. So many choices from deli sandwiches to salad to pizza etc.. Cute but small establishment. Nicely decorated, friendly service. Love the staff. Highly energetic. Highly recommended
An average mall. It's nice it's close to Marine Corps Base Hawaii but it is very limited. To further clarify, I am comparing it directly to the Ala Moana Mall in Honolulu (which has many more options, entertainment, and its located in a better area) and Pearl City. I'm not saying Windward is bad at all, it's great for what and where it is.
We went to lunch at Ruby Tuesday's very good
Windward mall is a good place for indoor shopping.. there are a lot of good local shops... throughout the year they always have local entertainment and festivals... and every sunday they have a open market with all local vendors sellings all kinds of locally grown fruits and vegetables... they have beautiful orchids and many other plants for indoor and out... my favorite is the local food and goodies... there is this lady that makes all kinds of lumpias... chicken, beef, vegetable, turkey, pork and shrimp so good... and she has all the crispy snacks like the little fried anchovies, pork rhines, crunchy pigs ears and garlic fried peanuts... and the bake goods this husband and wife makes all kinds of yummy bread like guava, lilikoi, mango, pineapple, banana, taro and so many more... they even make flavor butters and spreads to go with the bread not like ot needs anything else on it but it's yummy all the same... i love to go on Sunday morning just to eat all my local favorites...
Great food court. Open market day. Excellent fresh fruits and vegetables. Variety of goodies. Fair prices.
If you are looking to get out of the house for a little this is not a bad place to go. A little darker than most malls due to antiquated structure. Diverse food court.
Very clean mall with ample parking. Nice food court with variety of foods from ramen to sandwiches to plate lunches. Ross opened recently so that is a nice addition to the mall. They do have a kids play area by Big City Diner restaurant.
Wow Windward Mall is dead, half of the businesses are gone, the only place busy is the theatre!
great farmers markets, but otherwise a fairly unremarkable mall. anchor stores are Sears and Macy's, but turnover in other stores seems high to me, with quite a few cheap pop-ups.
Very nice mall on Oahu. Busy but not all smash people like Ala Moana. We loved shopping here, worth the drive over the Koolau from Waikiki. The Likelike or H3 get you there.
Good food court
It's a good place to sit and relax. Did you know, you can now charge ur devices at Windward Mall ? Yup ! Nearest to Macy's department store and Sears location on the ground level... Gather up friends, sit-chat alittle on a contour shape lounge benches / foam couches.
I love this mall bc Ben & Jerrys, pretzel maker, and hot dog on a stick is here
More aloha than pearl ridge. Better floor plan. I like the produce sales they have too
Farmers market was fabulous!
Small and quaint mall compared to others on the island. Nice place to meander and chill to get away from crowds. Would benefit from having more variety in restaurants.
Fun day celebrating Chinese new Year at the mall
Clean. Big! Not too many great shops to choose from!
Ross, Hotdog on a stick, and Spencer's... what more does a shopping mall need??? The only thing that would make this place even more complete is a taco bell or other mainstream food outlet Other than that, this is an awesome little mall. Chilled, un-rushed, with friendly staff!
Sweet gravy! If you looking for something not heavy on your tummy, enjoy something yummie from here
Lots of great vendors, friendly people everywhere. New pop up shops are amazing. Saw and went to The Candy Jar today. Amazing candy, amazing concept. Love it.
Nice Mall ..Variety of stores from Macys to Victoria's Secret to Jewelry Stores ..great food court and restaurants... Ruby Tuesdays .. Big City Diner .. lots of parking
I love this mall. The perfect mall to hangout with family and friends at. AWESOME variety of places to eat, great farmers market on Wendsdays and Sundays, there are shops and family entertainment places for any occassion. Very child friendly, and my favorite is the inside playground for young children.
One of the 3 best malls on Oahu. I do like the open market they have there on Wednesdays. It's indoors and covered.
Always a great place to bring the kids on a rainy day or after to much sun. Five or six different attractions and the movies too. An indoor playground, indoor miniature golf, extensive game room with rides, an indoor bouncy house park and more. Bring both parents so one can shop while the other watched the kids enjoy!
Take notes. Try go to Pearlridge food court. Now that's a food court. Top or bottom.
Many stores, good parking best time for customer service opening to 1130a & 2p-6p
My daughter loves coming to Windward Mall. It's a bit of a trek for us but she likes the play area, looking at the pet store and finding BTS things at N cat.
We were happy to find this place! We were at a resort that serves no food and this place is a large mall on one side of the street and a very large strip mall on the other side of the street. In short you can find pretty much anything you’re looking for.
Great place to bring the kids. Oversized "lawn games" on the first floor. Open market in the middle of mall under the sunlight dome. Trying hard to be a culturally Hawaiian space.
I did not realize this place had so many great places to grid! And many other shops too. Lots of Parking here. Easy to find.:)
Mini golf was nice
It's a defense laws. The so-called arcade and is inside of the mall it is barley a laughable joke. there's a couple of cool stores and there's like a Nerf Arena place that just opened up seems cool but other than that there's not really much going for this mall except for they have a little swap meet type of thing on Wednesdays
This place needs a Big screen T.V.
Had lunch at wild wings great food n spots spot inside mall farmers market along side all the food court kids playing in a fun area alil bit of everything for everyone
Great place to shop and meet people and hang out with friends and family
We got here from just exploring then we found ross and alot of people doing yoga it looked like but all the stores were closed at 9 am so we just walked around saw some birds
Great place to spend money! Variety of eateries, free play area for children, newly renovated, movie theatre, lots of parking....
The best feature of this mall for my family is the Sunday morning farmers market that sells ready-to-eat foods as well as produce. The food court is good, too.
Not a lot of shops compared to others but still a good selection and not as crowded
Awesome mall, biggest claw machine ever!
Windward mall is a great place to be for eating and shopping and for entertainment. Great place to get together and hang out.
The seems kinda boring now
Had what I needed and was pretty nice on the inside. Outside doesn't look to special and is easy to miss but otherwise definitely nice.
Unlike most malls, it seems to be thriving.
We had the most fun at Pups of War Nerf Arena
Do not want anyone to know where I go?. What can I do to stop this!....
Great mall to walk around and visit shops one downside is that the wifi is slow
Love the selection of stores!
Clean, nice variety of stores and places to eat.Easy access, but needs more restrooms.Parking and wheelchair accessible.
LIKE THE FOOD COURT AREA PRICEY, MANY DIFFERENT WAYS TO ENTER THE MALL NEED MORE HANDY CAP PARKING ALL AROUND
Love this place. Great for people watching.
Super cute dim sum. Also, my favorite farmers market on the island! There was an adorable bumblebee that isnt in the picture, I think it was filled with taro. Other fillings were black sesame, mung bean, and custard.
Nice to have a mall I can shop in.
We had a late lunch at Bulkogi in the food court, after doing some shopping, very good food.
One of my favorite places to eat in the mall. I don't know if it's the placement within the mall that makes it feel cleaner than other Korean restaurants in Kaneohe but I feel like it is. Uncle that owns the place used to be small kine grouchy or unfriendly but he's gotten better. The food is great, everything seems fresh, and they have tasty sides. Chop chae, tofu, kim chee, cucumber kim chee, choy sum, just to name a few. When it gets busy, it can take a little while for your food to come out, but it's worth the wait. Convenient location on the edge of the food court, near the bathrooms. Pretty good prices all around for the amount of food you get.
Adequate. Well maintained with several nice stores and restaurants. We miss the used book store, though.
Really safe and nice. Check out go! Toys and Calendars
Enjoyed New Hope Windward and Farmers Market a plus.
I Absolutely Love Winward Mall
Nice place for a rainy day. Theatre and plenty of play areas for the kids. Food court was good. Wednesday they have a farmers market.
Great family fun, with a good mix of food and shops. The farmers market at center court has some awesome bargains.
Love the mall. It has the best parking in all of Hawaii. Great restaurants and never too crowded. Market days are a lot of fun and you can really get good deals on fresh fruit and vegetables. The best dentist in Hawaii is a Hawaii family dental in the mall. The only complaint is that the theaters are a bit outdated they still get first run movies the sound and visuals good as ward
