We swung by here while in town on a cruise. My wife and I both thought there wasn't much for tourists to check out here. We had pizza at the place on the first floor and were not too impressed with that either. We had some awesome pizza in Honolulu so maybe the bar had just been raised significantly. This is within walking distance to the cruise terminal but there is also a trolley that will take you here for free. If you are in the area on the cruise, I would suggest the Hop on Hop off in the other shops or take a shuttle elsewhere

Great little cafes and a nice toy/hobby shop! Wish there were more shops open - we got some nice souvenirs at a good price here, and it's right across the beach.

I like this mall because it's open and airy you don't feel trapped inside. There's a beautiful surfing beach across the street. Good food and ice cream. There's plenty to do here, even look at cars for sale! Parking is free!

This place is really improving. It's added new restaurants lately and is getting a lot more foot traffic. We always enjoy the Mexican restaurant and Skinny Mike's shave ice and ice cream. On this last trip we discovered Kauai phone repair to repair my son's shattered iPad. Nice resource to have on island. The kids enjoyed the parrot and meeting Shell Dave.

We stopped at the Harbor Mall for supper. The NY Style pizza place has great Hawaiian, Pepperoni, and Loaded pizzas. The service was good. We ate in the outside picnic area. A very good choice. From here you feel the breeze off the ocean and have a good view. A short walk from here one can access the beach and watch the sunset.

Mall was okay. A true vacationer hole to buy items for the trip home. Shops were small and sometimes over priced. Some items not even from Hawaii... just like anywhere you go, you need to know your stuff so you don't get screwed over.

We visited several of the shops in the Harbor Mall during our visit to Kauai. The pizza was fantastic, ice cream was great and the pie shop was amazing. They also have some unique shopping options.

Funky little strip mall with a toy store, ice cream excursions for zip lines and tours. Also what may be the best New York style pizza on the island. Kind of hard to get into the parking lot as.the enterance is on a very busy corner. Parking needs to be validated. Parking lot is within walking distance from lots of shopping, and is a popular pick-up and drop-off off point. Although it is hard to see, there is a ramp up from the lot to the business gallery.

Disappointing. We went here about four years ago and found a lot of cute souvenirs. Still had one great store (plane flying outside) but most shops were closed, vacant. We went out of our way to go here and we were disappointed.

Harbor Mall is the drop off and pickup point for the free shuttle from the pier for the NCL Cruise guests in Kauai and it's a small nice shopping area and not too crowded. You got place to sit down outside in the shade if you buy something to drink or eat here. There's a few places to pickup some souvenirs if you like. This place is actually very close to the pier, Marriott resorts, beach, and others shopping area.

Not as good for tourists coming in as the Anchor bay mall across the street but still shouldn't be overlooked if a tourist is looking for a local service related business or eatery. The hobby shop here has some unique hard to find items for the right collector or hobbyist. Tattoo studio upstairs also handles walk ins. Learned this from personal experience. Some open shops so hopefully they can expand the businesses here for more goods and services. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

Not much to this shopping area except they have the Pie on the Fly machines from The Right Slice. The lillikoi (Hawaiian for passion fruit) cheesecake is amazing!!! And the new brick oven pizza at Pietro’s Pizza is worth the visit as well.

You can get a tattoo, start vape smoking, get your ears peirced, have pizza. Best place is ice cream shop ground floor. Some little odd shops there too like a miniature train collectors shop. The cell phone repair people are really friendly and good at what they do. All in all has allot in there but one would go for very different specific needs.

Skinny Mike's ice cream is a must-try if you love ice cream and/or shaved ice. There are some neat gift stores in the interior of the mall and there is a pizza restaurant we want to try that happened to be closed the time we were there. There are a few empty store fronts but don't let that discourage you. You enter the parking lot by going through a gate--but don't worry, parking is free.

Nice smaller mall, ideal location for cruise ships (within walking distance). Crazy Shirts and Cariloha (bamboo) are our favorite clothing stores. Dukes has an upstairs formal dining area and downstairs casual area for superb dining experience. Jewelry stores, additional clothing stores, places to eat, plus a general store all within walking distance. Great place to find an island momento! Free parking available.
