Here you will see all the reviews of real people who consume the services of Town Center at Cobb (Mall) in the area close to Georgia.
At the moment this firm receives a rating of 4.3 out of 5 and that rating has been based on 4272 reviews.
You may have noticed that it has an average rating is quite high, and it's founded on a very high number of feddbacks, so we can say that the assessment is quite credible. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they are pleased, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to put opinions when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
I love the Cookie Vender downstairs, front and center! Who knew you could make so many variations? YUMM!
Hey folks, if you don't patronize this center. We will definatelu loise. It's loss would bring a serious loss to our community.
Nice mall with good selection of stores
Convenient from I-75 with lots of stores. Got my prescription glasses here from Sears at the best price
Nice cold ac friendly staff everywhere
I grew up going to this mall back when it had stores like "The Game Keeper". Nowadays it feels like malls are just giant warehouses of clothing stores with a yankee candle hidden on the second floor. Town center is a fine mall despite being pretty much the same experience as Cumberland. If you like clothing shopping I guess you'll dig it.
Clean and organised place with lots of brands
Excellent shopping experience!
Clean busy mall for the holiday. Escalators did not work
Good place to spend some time have fun and shop.
This place was relatively busy for it to be mid week, mid day. It was rather warm inside all of the stores but we were able to find lots of cool stuff.
I love Town Center. You name it, they have it.
I really enjoyed the Mall.... I hadn't been to a Mall in years, I really enjoyed the energy of the the people there.
Shops are pricey, but the climate control and a few fun shops make it all worth your while.
I saw today why malls are going out of business. What a waste of time.
Codd shopping at it's Best
I always find what I'm looking for at this mall. I'm not a mall shopper so I like to go in and grab what I need and get out. I usually get lost because it's a big mall but it's ok. I get more steps in for the day.
It's not that crowded. Has enough stores
Food at very reasonable prices and great as well!
They have a lot of great places to shop
This mall has been around a while. I actually remember it being built when I was in elementary school. It looks dated... and many of the shops are dingy or empty. The anchor stores are what keeps the place open for sure. They need to work on the parking lot. Its filled with weeds. And you can not see the parking lines. The place needs an upgrade for sure.
Christmas shopping. Thursday was to many shoppers but Friday was back to normal. A great place to eat. Shop and spend some time.
This was THE mall when I was a little kid. It has come a long ways and is still part of what makes Cobb country so exceptional.
I have grown up very close to the Kennesaw area, and I have visited the mall many, many times throughout my life. During these many visits, I have always enjoyed myself. Whether I am going during Black-Friday for a shopping spree, or just walking around during the day to pass time, I always enjoy the experience. The stores are great, there are many places to eat, and although it is often busy, it never feels miserable. The mall is a great place to look for gifts, or to treat yourself after a tough week. If you have a few hours and nowhere to go, you can always visit Town Center for some fun!
The two younger ladies seemed very upset to be working. Did not greet with a smile. Bad attitude. Love the good but these individual would not make a good first impression at all.
Nice area. Lots of nice places in this area to shop at.
Good out let mall
Great place to shop. I love this place. Has everything I need inside.
This mall is an experience! However, there are not enough information posts and the ones that are there are hard to read. But we just winged it and had a good time.
Very nice shoping mall
I grew up going to this mall. Sadly, It's really gone down hill. Most of the nicer stores are gone and cheap, warehouse like clothing stores are pretty much all that's left. The mall as a whole is outdated and in need of a remodel. I don't …
Great place.... awesome food court. Hawgs and Dawgs BBQ highly recommend!!!
Wal-Mart there is new and great. Went in to vision center.Great service. Great glasses there.
My friends and I wanted to spend a nice day at the mall before finals week. We walked into the Macy's department and walked over the rugs. One of Macy's employees came over to us and asked what we were doing and when replied 'oh we're just looking' he said 'you know that's not right' and stared at us until we walked to the front of the department. Honestly I expected better treatment. It's not like we were doing anything wrong.
First visit and it was positive. Stopped at some shops and had a nice light lunch in the food court (which gave us several options). Clean and safe feeling environment.
This is one of my favorite stores always have great deals and good clothes
Old tired boring 80s mall with mid-range stores. JC Penny, Macys
Easy mall to get in, make your purchase and leave. Not a lot of annoying shops that harass you to try their products as you shop.
It was built 30 years ago... I was there as one of the first real MALL RATS
I really enjoy this place, and I feel it has grown with me. When I was little they had kid book stores, pet store, and some others places, then they closed down and now there are very nice nerd stores that are opened for teenage me. Clothes stores are fine, food court has decent amount of options, there’s a cookie cake place up and downstairs, and the place smells decent. I will say though, some employees seem to be sort of rude and some parts of the store can be a little filthy, although for the most part I really like this place and would recommend for people who want to hit hang out at a mall
CHINESE RESTAURANT..MASHIRAS ..GRADUATION""..7.25.19..BEFORE..HER CELEBRATION..
This is a very decent mall. I have shopped here at times, but I mostly walk around for hours when I can. And both times the mall staff mostly keeps to themselves, and when I'm buying something they are most of the time polite. I have been …
I love this quaint little Shoe Repair Shop located in Town Center Mall in Kennesaw, Ga. This is my shoe repair shop of choice simply because of great service and quality work and reasonable prices. I have been a satisfied customer every time. This is the place to go whenever you need quality purse or shoe repair..
Very large...you get all your dresses and appliances at very reasonable rates...a must visit.
Takes me 45 minutes to get there but its worth the drive.
Not too crowded. Plenty of parking space with a good selection of stores.
Pretty decent two story mall with Macy's, Macy's Furniture Store, JC Penny's, Belks, and Sears as anchor stores. The food court is run of mill, but restaurants often come and go. The stores in the mall are standard fare. The mall has a play area for kids, and a train that roams around on the top level.
If you don't feel like driving to Cumberland or Lenox, this is it.
I go to the GNC there to weigh myself and get a printout of my results. Parking lot and entrance always looks dingy and unkempt to me.
Nice indoor mall to visit if you live in or are visiting the North Cobb or South Cherokee area, especially during weekdays during the day when it is less crowded. Not the best mall in the metro by a long stretch, but also far from the worst, and it has a relatively nice selection of stores and restaurants in the mall and in the nearby shopping centers. Biggest negative though is how bad the traffic gets going in and out of the mall area during peak times such as the evening or weekends or during the holidays, especially on the Barrett Pkwy side...they really need to do something about traffic flow in these cases.
Couldnt find my car. Security assisted me with locating my car. Mall is huge. Pls remember where you park. Its important
Nice place to walk when kids are in school plus I like the variety of shops
Still a great mall. Prefer to shop inside out of the rain and in air conditioning. The outlet mall up in Woodstock is overrated and all outdoors so you have to plan accordingly or tote an umbrella on rainy days.
Easy to find handicapped parking near stores. Found great clerks.
This is our local mall and we generally utilize it for the soft play area and food court. It's a great indoor play option and it's free :-) my two-year-old loves it, and it's big enough that even if you have 10 or 20 kids and they're they're not all on top of each other. It's mostly enclosed, except for the entrance/exit. They have hand sanitizer out front which sometimes is empty. They have a diaper changing station within the play area. And they have a large enclosed family bathroom just around the corner near the JCPenney's. It even has a small toilet for the early potty users. We walk around the corner after playing and eat at the food court. Sometimes we bring a picnic lunch, other times we get lunch there. They have about 20 different restaurants, with a great variety. There are never any empty restaurants. it's always tidy and clean, and sometimes we have to look for a minute but we can always find a couple of high chairs. The parking also is really great, which you would expect for a mall during the weekdays.
Great destination for that weekend shopping trip.
Average stores.. There Macy's Children department has a great selection of evening wear and for women
I haven't been in a mall in 20 years. Glad I came.
It's nice here
Nice mall. Macy's is in to pieces though across the mall.
Close to the highway easy to get too. You can find some of anything here! Happy shopping!
Clean mall with good parking. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of shops.
Lots of shops and nice area
My experience was amazing James, Paris, and Alphonso were so helpful with all the questions I had! They are very knowledgeable with a lot of the stuff that I needed! I would totally recommend if you are deciding to switch over to T-Mobile!
Great mall. Lots of good stores and a good food court.
Was disappointed with the Security staff working a Sunday evening. I sat outside the JCP entrance from 6:15 til 9:30 waiting for my ride, who never showed up. The mall closed at 6pm. I saw the security vehicle over by the entrance into the main mall sit there for a while, possibly drive partially around the parking lot once, and then park. At about 830, they finally drove off to another part of the mall parking lot. They didn't even get close enough to me so i could flag them down, and never once asked if i was ok. My main concern at that point was the dark colored Camry with 3 young men inside that slowly cruised by in front of me every 20 min or so. They came from the road that goes around the mall and drove directly to the area in front me regardless of whether i was sitting/standing, but right next to the JCP entrance, stopped at the curve for a brief moment and then turned to the left, then drove up the first row and exited the lot. This was repeated at least 10-12 times until about 30min before i finally left at 9:30. Security wasnt phased by this repeated event but i was concerned enough for my safety not to leave, knowing that I'd no longer be on camera. Note that I'm an attractive, young looking, small-framed female. I have street smarts, unlike a teenage girl would. My concern turned out to be just that, as I wasn't even approached or harassed, but safety should always come first, and for the first time in 20+years, I didn't feel safe at the mall. And apparently, my safety was of little concern to the mall security team on duty that day.
Town center is always a great shopping experience. Neat environment and easy movement. It has a lot of stores which makes shopping fun during SALES!!! seasons. It’s a one stop spot for all types of selections from clothing to furnishing, electronics, massage, their food court and some lovely car display.
Lots of stores! The workers are great.
Great soft park for young children, they love the escalator and elevators and the food court is always convenient. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff.
Great place to shop or just go walk around
Nice mall. Closest one to me with a pacsun
A really nice, clean mall, good food court. Most employees including security, housekeeping and store employees are usually very nice and helpful
Starting to show its age. Good food court and still had some good stores.
Great sized mall, lots of stores, not too busy.
I was robbed there at Victoria’s Secrets inside store nobody help me so I get out looking for help at the little police office but later on they told me that Victoria’s Secrets denied access to surveillance video to get the man who robbed me.
Lots of stores, love the food court! Friendly staff in the stores
Went to the tent sale to buy 20 steaks for 29.00. Came back home with a bargain.
5 different entrances to ONE store! I spent 20 minutes looking for my car because the macy's has a million different exits, and two stores that aren't even connected to each other! Ruined my entire ahopping experience.
Great stores. Great food court and a variety of stores and choices
Big nice mall! A variety of stores to visit can turn into an all day shopping spree
Convenient mall, clean and great variety of stores. Easy in and out.
I enjoy walking this mall and those massage chairs are wonderful!
I think this is either cobb antique mall or the big shanty my husband and I live to go to antique mall stores
What a great rainy day place. The mall is safe and clean and the stores are interesting to visit. The kids play area is so nice and very kid friendly.
It's a mall, I mean what do you expect? Sears woo hoo
Overall, I would like to see customer service a little more organized. I called during service hours several times and no one answered the phone. Two different ppl helping before and after my eye exam.
I've been going here since I was a child. Although stores come and go, the atmosphere is still the same to me. I always feel a since of nostalgia when I visit Town Center Mall.
Unfortunately this mall ant keep good retailers. They have the essential big box names such as Macy's, Sears, H&M. They are more of a teen hangout then someplace to go to seriously shop.
I'm not a fan of the mall. This particular mall needs a makeover. Especially the darn parking lots. Best part is the food court. And that's honestly tentative.
TOYS R US IS COMING BACK IN KEENSAW
I'm upset cause I got up early to go get a red velvet cake from this store in the food cake there cakes are soooooooo good and they guy tells me oh we don't sell those till later in the day after 2pm when the crowd comes I was like WTH that got to do with you having a cake here the crowd shoudn't control whether you have what's on your menu that you're advertising so I'm not going back later I made a special trip so my feelings are hurt today
Godiva chocolate is the worst place, as they're closing their doorstheir employees just I guess don't care they gave me a milkshake that was like water, and then they gave me an ice cream that was dripping out of the comb that was water and I just looked at the guy like seriously. I then was trying to break up my actual strawberries you can only buy them one but the guy was telling me how to buy man a bundle of four or something or three for $15 not only was that a rip-off but I guess they're upset that they're having to pay more money each year for the release Town center is not even that popular anymore I don't think I don't know why they're charging more for the lease Town center is like pretty soon going to go out of business
Great mall with a good selection of stores.
Lots of good shops and restaurants. Its usually a bit crowded and there have been a few security incidents lately but still good overall.
This mall has the best Chick-fil-a in the country! I have visited a lot of them throughout the USA and this one is the best. The sandwiches are always steaming hot, juicy and popping out of the bun.
Town center has really stepped there game up. I use to not like coming here because there wasnt a good selection of clothing and shoes that i liked but they have a great selection of clothing and shoe stores now. Or have gotten better shoes …
Always a great place to go
This is a pretty generous mall considering the area it’s in. Definitely not a Cumberland or Lenox but better than South Dekalb.
One of the best mall in the area, it has a huge variety of stores and the layout makes it easy to navigate. I worked there for several years at 2 different stores and it always felt like there was a lot of life and uplifting energy! The mall manager makes sure there is always something happening year round and makes it very family friendly. This is a terrific shopping destination!
Primary visit was for an eye-exam at Atlanta Eye Group located within/shared space with LensCrafters accessible from the Mall Parking Lot or Interior Corridor. While waiting for my appointment., a colorful little train on wheels chugged around on the carpeted halls, providing such a fun time for the pint-sized passengers; They donned the happiest smiles while waving hello to everyone they passed.
TCM is pretty exceptional ..definitely better than the mall where I live. It was clean..even the bathrooms..has a nice food court and plenty if sitting/rest areas. Customer service was on par also. Will definitely visit again!
Very nice mall. Can't wait to go back.
This mall is clean and the stores are plenty, be sure to remember where you parked and what entrance you came is at it can be confusing once you enter the building! There are lots of options at the foodcourt as well as plenty of stores to find what you’re looking for in.
It's a fun place to hang out with you're friends or even shop alone. They have a nice variety of resteraumts with yummy free samee offered to you! Employees are nice for the most part. The icecream is always great and I enjoy going. The issue is that the food court bathrooms are in very bad shape. It is extremely messy and it is a challenge to even find a clean stall. On top of that, many of the shops don't have a restroom for customer use so it's a struggle finding a bathroom while your shopping. Other than that, I've had generally good experiences besides a few snappy employees. One time my friend put a bag in the wrong location and a worker snapped at her and told her to put it in the right place but we all have our bad days.
Fun shopping mall and there is alwaya something to do.
Closes too early on Sunday. Stores actually close 5 minutes earlier than that.
Very good for shopping of all your needs
Loved Belk. Got more variety than the Macy's
I love shopping there, it feels like they have every store
Nice place for shopping. Been here to look for a Faux leather jacket. Got a good deal in Sears. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Food court is good too. There are some good offers going on in the Bath and Body works outlet.
Love this place has never stuff
Amazing deals on clothes for every style! The employees were super friendly and they always have great sales that you are sure to love. Plus they offer discounts for military personnel.
One of the best shopping malls out there
I love this mall. I go once in a while. Everytime I go, it worth my while hanging out there
I only went to Sears. The staff in the appliance department were great. They honored the price match guarantee on my previous purchase very quickly.
I loved it their was a little store called Niko Niko that sold kpop items
Bad Mall for business bad rules and conditions..
Good variety of stores. Workers need to be managed better because they have super bad attitudes. Except for one little old man.
Lots of stores. Macy's clearance floor is the best.
Great place to eat and for the kids. Their is kid are also a mini train ride. My kids love it.
Tooo hot inside. It's GA people. Take out some skylights.
Great tasting food and wonderful service
Great place to walk around while waiting for son eye exam
Nice big place and different shops to shop at
Always my first choice if I need to go to a mall. Very clean and great selection of stores. They always seem to be adding something new every time I visit!
It's a mall. Fairly clean and friendly staff. Good selection of stores. Decent variety in the foodcourt.
Poor mall, this used to be a great mall. Its so sad to see empty stores, mall realty appears to be making bad decisions on who they let into the store spaces.
They have a neon mini golf and some really cool stores plus the disney store is my wifes favorite
I am a little disappointed in the mall... in my opinion the location seems run down and has not renovations. The parking lot has potholes and markings need to be redone. There always is an escalator out which means you have to go to either the center of the mall to find a staircase or enter through Macy's or other dept. stores or have to find the random side ones that are significantly out of the way. There are hundreds of light fixtures that are out or not on which makes the place seem dark and dingy. Either mall management is not doing their job or there seems to be a slow process to repair. The pros to why it is three stars is that they do have a pretty good selections of store that you can not find at the outlet mall that is only 15 min away, but with all the problems there i tend to head to the outlets unless I know there is a store only located here. The staff and Security are always pleasant and helpful in any matter that I have dealt with them. Would be nice to see some new store or the mall to get an exterior facelift or anything. There is no real reason to go to this location unless the store you need is not at the outlets or is not worth driving to Cumberland or Perimeter mall.
Convenient, but getting a little run down. Love Macy's!
Overall good stores been shopping at town center mall my whole life. Its changed alot throughout the years
Town Center is always my go to place for a mall. It is always clean and it always feels like a nice place to go. The food is always great. The employees in the stores are always nice, they always try and help you find things your looking for.
Really love this mall. They have an awesome printing place that offers excellent printing services at a great price. The bathrooms are always clean, and the staff is always friendly. They have quality selections in the food court and a multitude of my favorite department stores. Kennesaw is also a nice area, and the mall is right off the highway and is very easy to spot on Ernest Barrett Parkway. They also have a ton of restaurants nearby as well as other stores like 2nd and Charles, PetSmart, and Barnes and Noble. Will be back soon!
Little price but nice place to shop
So many new stores. I mainly go there for Cinnabon though! #nomnom
Typical mall. Been instances of child abduction and I have never seen a police officer or security walking around or monitoring the kids play area.
I love the mall because it's just that has everything you would dream of it has like all the stuff that my mom could dream up all the stuff that my dad could dream up
Belks, Macy's, great stores for shopping. Lots more stores there.
Fin place to shop and just walk around.
I've been coming this mall for 20 something years that I remember Almost 30 years and matter fact that I remember. me I'm getting old , I'm about to tell you one of those back in my day stories come lol But back in my day that was the hangout the absolute place to be on the weekends the place to go walking around and I didn't really know why was just cool. Other than that everybody local knows the place is a local staple for sure
The worst about this Mall was the lack of air conditioning everywhere! I even questioned the lack of air conditioning at one of the stores, and their response was that the Mall refuses to put the air at a cool enough level. Not having the building cool enough really made for a miserable visit.
Philly cheesesteak meat was dried out And the small was very small not just cut in half the bread was actually small.
The best mall to shop
Great place for me and my friends to hang out and have fun. This mall has all of my favorite places to shop. It's very clean and and It's not easy get lost in. The food court also has plenty of great food. Keep up the good work!!
Plenty of parking. Most of the stores seen in bigger malls are here.
Town Center has always been a great place to take the whole family or go alone when you want to get out of the house for a little shopping. For me my last shopping trip there was one to always be remembered. I was asked to go with someone I really care about and love so he could buy some tools from Sears to fix my Yukon. It had been sitting for 2 1/2 years with transmission problems. I hadn't had the funds to get it fixed and he offered to help me get it up and running. Well of course I went with him there lol. Almost an hour drive for us to even get there, but I was loving every minute of it lol. All the way there and back he played songs off his phone via Bluetooth. Songs that had lots of meaning and brought back some wonderful memories of our lives together as a couple. Yes, I cried a lot listening to the songs with him as he played them. Going down memory lane of love as well as regret. Knowing I had lost him as my lover and best friend due to my own stupid mistakes. So we get to the mall 30 minutes before closing time and run to Sears lol. Bless his big heart he knew exactly what he needed and went right to it, spending over $100 on the stuff just to fix my ride!! He's such a wonderful man. I mean how many people do you know that would spend that kind of money not asking for one penny to fix your ride plus all the cost of gas and supplies after you had made some big mistakes that cost you your relationship? He's the only person I know that would do something like this! Even though I let him down and failed him in our lives together, he still cared enough about me to go through all this trouble and cost to help me. As we're leaving Sears he says to me, "would you like a cookie?" Heck yeah I replied lol. So we head straight to the Cookie Company, mind you it's closing time and actually it was after 9pm at this point. The lady working that night was amazing!!! Most employees this day in time would have said I'm sorry but we're closed... Not this lady!! She smiled at us, got want we asked for and was very friendly too us. Enjoying my evening out with this sweet man, walking, talking and eating our delicious cookies together like old times, we hit the road heading home. Honesty, that has been my best experience ever with Town Center, Sears and the Cookie Company. Most of all the best experience with my favorite person in the world. God bless you for reading this long post and God bless my favorite person in the world!!!! I'll be holding on to the wonderful memories we've shared. May the Lord pour out His blessing on you!! In Jesus name.... Amen.
I dont care for malls. But not as much as I dont care for paying shipping for just *one* small item, so its nice to have in person access to a great assortment of retailers. Weeknights are great! Clean and peaceful. See you next year
I love this mall. I love Sears. And I think this is the best mall in Cobb County
