I use to shop here all the time . Until I move a hour and half away but being that I enjoyed shopping here I made the drive . However my experience at papaya was very uncomfortable me and another African American customer needed help and the young girls there didn’t look our way in matter of fact walked pass us. The other customer said the employees don’t speak at this store . When I ask for help “Braylee “ a question she didn’t want to respond . I then needed a shirt size and she got it off the manikin for me I said thank you and she never responded. Hopefully the cameras does work and can pick up voice recording because it was awkward as hell. Sadly I have to drive back to exchange my clothes and I don’t even want to step back into the store anymore. Felt like braylee and the rest didn’t want to assist me or the other women unless We was Caucasian .

A fun place to spend some money. The selection of stores are great and they have something for everyone in the family. The stores are clean and so are the restrooms. The prices are a bit high at some of the stores and I have seen some “deals” cheaper at the regular non-outlet stores. If you shop smart and get things on clearance, though, you can walk away with a ton of stuff without breaking the bank.

This outlet-style shopping center is walkable and has a very well-rounded assortment of options. There’s an Old Navy store, Nike, Coach store, Clarks shoe store, the GAP, Kate Spade, Izod, Columbia outerwear, Bath & Body Works, and more. The variety results in a pleasant shopping experience. Parking was free and abundant, too.

I like this outlet especially since Forever21 has been added. I always have luck finding good deals. Some of the other Tanger outlets are better than this one, but this one is still pretty good. The Old Navy here is the best one in the county.

I shopped at Levis, Ann Taylor, J.Crew, and Bath and Body Works during July 4, 2019 sale. Amazing collection at all stores, very well organized, worth my trip from Smyrna! The only downfall was bad food options (if you plan to be there all day and don’t eat junk food, please eat your lunch before you leave for Tanger in Locust Grove).

Right off of exit 212 Tanger Outlets is a cool spot to check out. During your visit there are clean restrooms nice comfortable seating throughout the property along with vending machines and a Denny’s if you want to grab a bite to eat.

Oh my, Oh my! The places you go, the places you see as once Dr. Suess said. There are many outlets to go to for the top of line and best products. Place is very clean and well stocked all the time. Found my all time jacket at Old Navy for Labor Day. Spacious parking lots for the area. Very nice place!

If you like to shop this is the place for you. I spent the whole day, entered almost every store. The Micheal Kors store took all my money, and I still left happy, no buyers remorse here. The bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly (@ every store, didn't meet a bad attitude or impatient person here). Left happy broke and tired.

Great variety, but you have to walk a lot on concrete and you have to go outside to get to the other stores if you don't mind the weather. Some stores are a bit too expensive for me. I get the cold sterile hospital feel from some of the stores, but it all depends on your budget and taste.

This is the most safest and cost saving place to shop. You can't beat the prices nor the level of comfort that this outlet makes you feel. The outside is clean for the amount of traffic that this outlet has. You can look around at any given time and see security around. All the stores a well kept and customer service is always awesome. My husband loves the prices as well as I do and has become my shopping partner whenever I come here and I love it. Thanks on so many levels.

My expectations for this Outlet was much higher than what was experienced. No comparison to the Outlet in Savannah; hands down, Savannah had better bargains and a better variety of selections. The Coach and Michael Kors prices ranged in the upper $300 whereas in Savannah I purchased a purse and coordinating shoes for less. Maybe they will have better sales during October - December.

Not a bad outlet mall. It's small and lacking some of the decor and features of the newer outlet malls. Wished it had more food choices. Denny's and Honey baked Ham are all you have for lunch choices. A smoothie and coffee place, Maui Wowie, and the Great American Cookie Company is all for snack choices, besides vending machines located throughout. Some of the stores are extremely high end, like Michael Kors and Kate Spade, and even at up to 70% off everything in the store, it's still way too high to pay for one item. Good inside seating area inside the air conditioning with a big TV for the husbands to wait on wives to shop.

This one is not great. You have to navigate through through the parking lots to get to the stores, which is just an accident waiting to happen. I also dont care for how people can just smoke wherever. I would like designated smoking areas far from people who do not wish to inahale the smoke. The one in Savannah is 20x better than this one

Not a huge amount of great deals but, it was okay. Probably wouldn't return because outlets just aren't my thing anymore. The Columbia store had some great deals but, that really was about it. Levi's outlet their signage and sales were too hard to follow. Just give me an each price. I don't need to know the price of if I buy 3. Come on. Consumers are smarter than that, no? And quite frankly, for the amount they were charging I can go to Kohls and get a better deal on their each price.

Very clean, smelled amazing, and felt comfortablely warm inside. Prices were as expected. Staff were very calm and friendly even though there was quite a bit of people inside. They were managing the checkout line pretty well. There is also plenty of parking in the vicinity with numerous other shopping options nearby if this place didn't appeal to you.

They have all of the stores you could want, but the prices at these stores are not particularly good. In many cases I was sure I could get better prices at Belk or Dillard’s. It gets a crowd, however, and parking makes this option less convenient still because it will require you to do some walking, which may be an issue if you’re doing some serious shopping. My opinion is that if there are any better prices here – and that’s very uncertain in my experience – they aren’t low enough to make shopping here worth the inconvenience. So, lots of brand name stores in one location, but the idea of factory outlet prices is not likely to exist in them.
