Went today during morning staff was unresponsive even had to coach to register, manager trying to give me a receipt with out my returned item and when I said I want a refund WALKED OFF. Guy mauking me even going to the same clothing rack repeatedly saying what I said at the register. Returning NO one was there for 15 minutes manager showed up tried 3 times to hand me my receipt with out my returned item and when asked again for a refund WALKED OFF!! Waited 5 more minutes girl finally gives me my refund. HORRIBLE STAFF!!!

I don’t think ppl go to the mall like they used to for everything, but when you need to run there for something you have like a 50% chance of finding it here. I have a hard time finding certain things for my children tho. The children’s place is pretty much always a mess, ransacked..no baby girl clothes. The new H&M is worth a visit tho.

Pretty lame, honestly. The poorest of quality restaurants, the same store replicated 4 or 5 times 50 yards apart, and generally just an oasis for passing traffic before they get to Chicago. I will say, it's a new building and it's exceptionally clean, spacious, and smells nice?

This mall looks a bit dated, but has a decent selection of stores such as Macy’s, Foot Locker, Victoria’s Secret, H&M, Aeropostale, and so forth. The mall has ample parking and a simple configuration that renders it easily walkable. While I wouldn’t consider this a premier shopping destination, it is worth looking into.

It used to be a good mall, but now it's just okay. I only come here to get a few items from Macy's. There's no other reason for me to go. Many of the stores are places I have never heard of. The clothes in those stores look cheap and tacky. H&M made the mall a little better. Hopefully the mall will continue in this direction.

This place was poppin' in my childhood! Its really sad to see such a place with so much potential not being used the way it should be! Most of my favorite stores have moved! I do occasionally and I stop by the food court too! I hope someone comes and restores it to something beautiful again!

Southlake mall is what it is, I feel as though the staff is working to bring it back to its former glory, but the problem lies just within that statment, its fallen from its glory days. Still a wonderful place to shop and meet with friends. They are working towards making it back into morrow's pride.

I really like the mall but security definitely needs more training on how to approach small patrons and address their children. I'd a child is with their parent the parent should be acknowledged before you speak to the child about what rules they assumed they were breaking. Due to this incident I have not been back. I can't spend my money where I'm made to feel uncomfortable as well as my children.

It was great today! Everyone was very helpful. Today we shopped at Macy's, Lane Bryant, Justice, Victoria's Secret, Buckle & Maurice's. I must say everyone was happy & very friendly. Then as we left we stopped at Starbucks too :) It was nice to see an officer walking around too, it felt safer :)

It's nothing in there really. It's not like it used to be. I do like that there is a shoe repair store near the theater area they say the theater is really nice oh, but I think that's the only thing that's bringing money into that mall because it's so old and people really don't shop there and they don't carry too many things anyway anymore. Most of the time people just go there to either vote, get their car tag renewed or get a new car tag, because the DMV is in there. I mean don't get me wrong people do shop in the mall for certain things but it's very limited as to what they carry versus the other malls in the metro area. I do like it that you can get your license renewed there and you don't have to drive somewhere far to go get it done!

This is a fairly decent mall. They have a good amount of stores but I honestly prefer Cumberland Mall or Lennox. I mainly go here to take my son to ride the carousel. He loves it! I just go to get the cinnabons. I'll shop sometime but I'd rather go to the bigger malls to do my shopping.

This place has soooo many good shops.They have a kids center where your child can play,which is very nice.They have massage chairs after a long day of shopping it is very relaxing.The stores include,Bath And Body Works,As Seen On TV,Victoria Secret,Justice,Spencer's,Vans,Build-A-Bear,you name it.They also have a few food trucks which are very convinient.This mall never fails to entertain.

I love that Southlake Mall has a family restroom and 3 nursing rooms. I also love the play area in the middle of the mall. I go there regularly when it's bad outside and it gives my little one room to play and exercise. I also like that they have a section in their food court that has little table and chairs connected to the adult tables.

This mall is not to big and you can spend some walking around and looking at all of the different shops. Teavauna is always a cool place to look around the food court has some good food. The steak sandwiches are the best along with the fries.

Good mall I've shopped here for years and its constantly adding new and different stores ,I haven't been here in a while but the food court food is good and I still shop here at times mainly for my son but I do enjoy Dick's sporting who does price matching with amazon prime and Macy's has really great deals on clothing , I have only shopped in the mens department

SouthLake Mall is the most friendly, neat, clean and variety of economical stores mall in the Atlanta, Georgia Area. All the stores that I visited were very kind, helpful, and customer service was stellar. I am not a mall type of person and stopped going to malls years ago because the experience was not enjoyable. But SouthLake Mall is like no other! I will definitely frequent this mall often with my family for awesome deals to steal and fun atmosphere.

I was in the food court eating and they non-english-speaking Mall worker told me I had to move because she was going to take a leaf blower and blow the straws and napkins and trash garbage that was on the floor past me and passed other customers but I had to move for her it was 10 minutes to 6 they don't close until 6 p.m. and I was eating. I was very upset and will never eat here again in their food court probably will never even be at this location again another day in my life since I was just doing a work gig across the street. But the next time that I get told by some non English-speaking person to move I'm going to tell them to go get their boss

Cooperhawk is a solid staple of food offered in the area. The mall is a dying place these days but this restaurant brings me in when I am in the area. Big plates and lot of wine. The bread is a nice touch that too many places forget.

This place was AWESOME!!! You have the option of creating your T-shirt(s) online and picking it up the same day in-store, or walk in and create it. I received exactly what I ordered using the online option. They contacted me to let me know the size hooded sweat i ordered wasn't available, offered a larger size and ensured the typeset was what I wanted as well as color and spelling. The process went over without any glitches and the price was very reasonable.

My stores have plenty of stock only downfall is if you’re shopping at the sporting good store make sure the exact item is in stock rather than browsing online & assuming it’s there, the food court selections are very optional, floors are clean, great descriptive directions of the mall, outer structure is welcoming, would recommend this mall to shop at !!!

I am usually in and out when I go to the mall. This time I had a few stores to go to and they were all helpful and friendly. But my exp at Rue21 was like no other experience I have had. I was already upset from some news I received earlier that day and upon going in from the start Courtney was cheerful and friendly and fast with getting my order because I ordered online and pick up was in the store. She then informed me if deals I could get while I was there that day. So I walked around and only found a few things. She clearly could tell I was out of it and started talking to me. When I opened up, I broke down in the middle of the store. She gave me a hug and told me everything would be okay. She then took me to a dressing room so that I could finish crying in peace and get myself together before returning to my shopping. If it wasn't for her I would have never bought anything else that day. I told her she was a very sweet girl for taking time to do that and she was at work. That was a great experience for me!!

This mall was on the brink on collapse 5 years ago until Clayton County Commission Chairman Jeff Turner and others stepped in. Since then, this mall has added some big brand stores such as H&M and Forever 21 and with the Marta bus line it’s slowly becoming relevant to the community it serves again. The mall is always clean and smells good. It’s still dominated by shoes stores but for the most part the mall staff is nice. Glad to see Southlake doing well.

Worst mall ever! I only go here when I have to run in for something I need. You are better off driving to Town Center in Cobb or Mall of Georgia in Buford, if you want an enjoyable mall day.

Mall management is terrible here. Not fair ever for tenants. Now because of that no tenants in mall like these ever want a space. And customers are not coming either because of that. Bad business policy and no protection for tenants to do business fairly. Another mall, because of their policies, that has totally gone down. I would love to speak their management and bring a huge positive change, but they don't listen, they never did.

Huge mall with lots of stores. Most stores are clothes, shoes, etc. I understand this is the majority of mall stores anyway. The big carousel they used to have is gone which is a shame but was a fun trip regardless. Would go again.

I really enjoy this mall. I have access to whatever I would need from a mall. My last visit, the local high school band was playing live music. 5 stars from me!

I really like this mall because it's not like the local hood malls (chicago ridge, ford city, river oaks). The shopping experience here is much better, and a more friendlier atmosphere. The people are much nicer too. I hope they keep the vibe of this mall like this forever.

Very nice mall with interesting features for kids. On occasion has a miniature train ride which is affordable and fun for little ones.
