While visiting the family we ate, and ate and ate, and ate at Ole Timers, they have the most delicious southern buffet. Yes! I was in heaven! The chicken was crispy delicious, the salad and the fruit was fresh, the sweet tea was sweet, the lima beans was melt in your mouth buttery soft they just slid down my throat. Sorry I had to pull it together, that was the fat girl in me talking. If you are ever in Macon stop by and cheat,... I mean treat yourself to some southern comfort food. Tell them I sent you

I had lunch at Ole Time Country Buffet in Macon Mall. There weren't many vegetable options for those of us who don't eat pork. The food I was able to eat was either flavorless or too salty. I finished my meal, exited the Mall & hopped in my car to leave. Before I got out of the parking lot I had to turn around, run back inside to find a restroom because my stomach began bubbling & cramping. I wish I had been warned that diarrhea came with the meals there.

Burlington and Macy's save this mall. Would like to see a doctor Jays in this mall its a casual clothing store for men and woman. Good to walk around burn calories. Needs a children shoe store like stride right. A nail salon need. A bake shop would be excellent.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Rue21 located inside the mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I had more time to shop but I will visit the Macon Mall again and shop more. The mall wasn't busy at all and was very clean. While walking around I was greeted by security and other mall employees.

It's sad to go to this mall now after remembering all of the fun memories from when they were lively and full. I hate that they moved everything to Riverside. Now it just looks like a big, empty museum.

I went to the pet store there and the people there were very rude. I tried to think to much of it. Thought maybe it was just the person that was there, but I went there a second time and they were rude again. Also, at my first visit I had all of my kids with me and then lady there talked bad to one of my kids. He wasn't messing in anything. I think it was about a cup or something but she got an attitude with him. At my first visit, I was looking at the snakes and I realised that there were 4 or 5 small ones, in the same tank as 2 bigger ones. I literally felt so bad and bought and snake, he seemed to be unhealthy. I've fattened him up some and hes healthier then ever now. But they don't take care of their animals. At all. I saw a tank full of dead frogs and the poor puppies that were there looked like they were starving. I'll mention a nasty fact: Me and my kids witnessed one of the dogs eating the other dogs poop. Bless their little heart. But both times I went, they were rude to me and didn't really seem like they loved their job. Not very friendly at all.

Sad, sad, sad. They cut off half the mall and tore it down. There were 5 jewelry stores, 4 shoe stores, 4 restaurants in food court. The only anchor stores were Macy's and Burlington's. JCPenney was an anchor since they had cut the mall in half but now it is closed. Can't see it staying open much longer. I think it will go the way of the mall in Union City.

My first time visiting this mall in quite some time. It's still a nice sized mall with plenty of parking. Restaurant entrance looks amazing. Not a lot of foot traffic though these days. A descent place to shop for men, women, children and household items.

This was once a mall, but now it's just a few shops and memorabilia from Macon's not so Glamorous past. It really baffles me why there was complete dismantle of this location only to take all of the shops to the other side of town when there were all new additions added.

Visited the old Macon Mall today. The place was crowded and everyone seem to be enjoying themselves. It was good to see everyone shopping and eating at the restaurants, including myself. So I give the Macon Mall a thumbs ☝ up for a Saturday!!

A three star rating denotes "It's okay" and that is about it. There are very few stores worth going to, and it is a much better experience to go to the Houston County Galleria. Years of poor management and no security does this to a mall. Future Westgate.

Not much of selections on different meats. They were not adding fresh food fast enough. Had to ask to bring food out. Deserts sucked!!! Just gross looking. No fresh fruits at all

Ole Macon mall...smh I remember when it was one of the largest malls in the south east USA. It's became a big flea market with little brand stores. Best thing is Burlington and Ole Times Buffet...which I've never eaten but they have a good business.

Every now and then, you want some really good comfort food. This place has that! The barbecue they offer is excellent, and is better than that of most of the dedicated barbecue places in the area. They also have a very nice garden bar.

I think this is a hidden gem Macon. People keep talking about this place in negative ways. I had to go to a jewellery store and found the mall very nice. Comfortable, clean and lively. There was no gangs or bands of kids as rumored. Food court, mostly Asian food, was good a little higher price than expected. Sorry I haven't visited more often. Love the prices and section at one store I think it was B Turners. I will be coming back if just to mall walk inside out of the heat.

Good food,toobad they can't keep the buffet full for the amouny of customers that pay almost $16 a piece for a meal...The cashiers need to learn some manners, and to put the cell phone away while customers are waiting.

Growing up, this was the mall to go to, in middle ga. Now, it literally looks like a museum. It's sad!

Several stores in the mall are closed, closing, or has moved out. There are very few places to shop and it is just not what it used to be. Although, the food court is still good.

This mall is so lackluster!!! Womp womp womp!!! Everytime I go to this mall there are always police here especially around the food court. It's almost nerve wrecking wondering if you'll get to your car when the police aren't present especially on the food court side. I think the best thing about this mall is the Burlington Coat Factory!!

Where did all of the stores go? Would be helpful & cost effective to install parking lot security cameras & automated & monitored security equipment inside mall. This used to be the place to go until they went up on the rent of the store owners & ram most of them off. It is possible to refurbish it, if it can be managed properly.

We usually come here for Burlington. They do have a few stores (clothing, shoes,pets)in the mall but for the most part it's pretty vacant. Always quiet.

The few stores in the mall in Macon has some nice things in there. They need to keep the stores they got and consider putting a few more stores in there like Belks, Old Navy, Foot Locker, Bath & Body Works & Victoria Secret, because a lot of people prefer shopping in a regular mall verses a strip mall.
