Beautiful place to do your shopping. There's a river stream all along the center of the mall that makes you feel like you're right in the center of nature. I recommend you go and have a good time.

Unbelievable went to watch Fast and Furious at 7:45 sunday and the person selling the tickets told me that the cinema where that was being shown had no air conditioning. WHAT IS THAT? My husband and I drove there after looking at the web page for options and nothing was said, movie was being sold as there was nothing happening. WHAT IS THAT? WHAT IS GOING ON? No.appologize, no shame, the money is taken as well if you accept to.go in? This is an abuse, a cheat.

The grounds are beautiful and the variety of shops and restaurants is great. Personally, I don't like open malls where you must walk out in the heat to go from shop to shop, but that is a personal issue.

I don’t like going to malls but the Falls is a great spot to go when I absolutely need to go to. I love this outdoor mall and the fountains are gorgeous. I came here a lot as a teen and it hasn’t really changed and I don’t mean that in a bad way. It’s definitely a timeless look that they have going for it.

Amazing!!! I’ll love this area. I can find absolutely I need st the Falls and the other stores in the surrounding area. Located less than 10 minutes from my house it’s my favorite one stop spot for everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Date nights-dinner & movie, shopping at my favorite stores and restaurants. There’s even fun playground spot for the kids. Soothing water fountains, need I say more? My favorite time is during the Christmas Holiday, the decorations are out of this world

This place is super clean, parking is plentiful, and it's a great place for a visit or quick shopping trip (even all day). Was very impressed with the overall selections.

The Falls appeals to two very specific demographics: middle school kids who still think "dating" means holding hands and adults fresh out of college, with a kid possibly on the way. Is it the most exciting mall? No, but it is tranquil, open, and great for a walk around especially on a cool evening. Some shops are nice, other shops are clearly for people who want others to think they have a ton of money. The movie theater is a bit dated at this point, but not terrible. Some shops have been around for ages, while other spots appear to be perpetually doomed to become a new store every other month. But that's kind of expected in this day and age of online shopping. Basically, go here for the atmosphere, a movie, and a cup of coffee. Everything else? Amazon.

This mall has a good number of shops and several unique ones that I haven't seen at larger and even more upscale malls. Really seems like they are trying to cater to the surrounding areas clientele. Great place to stroll and relax especially when it's not as hot. Only thing that I wish it had is more eateries. There are just a few options, BJs was good though I really miss the Johnny Rockets they used to have.

My favorite mall in Miami. The waterfalls and the landscaping are a very welcoming. Lots of food choices, movies, live entertainment, shopping an plenty of parking. Very convenient and great place to spend time doing anything, or nothing.
