Plaza is nice and has a lot to choose from, however watching restaurants dump grease and trash down the sewer drains is alarming. As much as I love this plaza I may have to stop using it as I don't want to add to the horrors I saw behind one of the restaurants.

I have only been to a couple restaurants in this one so I can't say much about it. We have enjoyed eating here and I want to try some of the other offerings. There is quite a lot in the area along this stretch, and easy access to Universal Orlando.

This shopping plaza is the bedrock of the Dr Phillips Community. Always been THE spot for the best food and drinks in the area.

Great shopping choices in the plaza. Lots of parking and well distributed. I went to Publix initially but found myself seeing more destinations to have a "look see". Easy access in and out of the plaza makes this a place to return and spend more time later in the future.

Now that they have added a stop light to get in and out of the center it's so much better. Lots of shaded parking and a nice variety of shops and restaurants. The Publix in this center is really nice and has a liquor store and cooking school.

Dr. Phillips, is the nicest area in all of Orlando. I take my child to get his hair cut over here because they do an amazing job. All the stores are high end and the service is also amazing. Everything in this area is new. You can expect 5 star treatment just about anywhere you go in this area. The houses are expensive and the place is nice.

Best breakfast in Fl. Handsdown. This place is very popular and have Long wait times so get there before 10am if you want to eat. I personally find the menú slightly confusing and can become very expensive with every +1.50 fee for any additional changes from a plain food ítem.

What to say about The Marketplace At Dr. Phillips? To me it is like Dr. Phillip's downtown. The Marketplace has everything. From a great supermarket with its liquor shop, Publix, to Mathnasium to offer math tutoring for kids; from Toojay's Jewish inspired eats to Morton's Steakhouse; from Freshii, LemonShark Poké, Clean Juice and Chipotle Mexican Grill to World of Beer; from Einstein Brothers Bagels to Bosphorus Turkish Cuisine to Starbucks; from Bar Taco, Boca's Grill, Inka Grill, to the soon-to-open Lisbon Portuguese Cuisine, from Back of America to Char Bank, from Chamberlain's to Ulta, and many more! I love walking around from one side to the other and seeing all the different kinds of establishments that exist in this shopping plaza, but most of all, it had a certain charm that makes it feel like home.
