Amazing, has its own unique stores and there’s great security to keep everyone safe! Down side- it lacks the visits of people meaning 4-10 People visit the mall most businesses go down or stay for money

Nice store selection. Very happy to hear Burlington will open soon! Nice food court. Parking can be a hassle by the main entrance.

The mall needs a refresh and they have been trying but it has just taken too long and it doesn't look like it will be done any time soon. I guess they are satisfied with collecting from the "big" tenants that aren't even part of the Mall; Costco and Home Depot.

Who doesn't love The Mall of Americas?!? So many great shops and delicious restaurants, literally something for everyone. The place is just incredible... Definitely a recommended place to visit if you're in Miami and looking for a cool place to shop and hang out...it is an amazing place to get drinks and has a great view, too. I always love coming to this mall! Great eating, shopping and fantastic customer service at all the shops! Love it!

This was the worst mall I’ve ever been too. Take a list at the stores that they offer before you go. As a 24 year old student... there are no stores that I would ever shop in. This is like a mall for grandma’s shopping for their grandkids and buying them cheap style clothes. Would not recommend. It seems very run down and dirty as well

I stepped in a bit ago out of curiosity. I used to go all the time when I was little and haven't gone in so long, though I go to the Costco frequently. I was so sad to see what became of it. The water feature out front no longer runs and is looks dirty. The stores are nothing special and none of the food options looked appetizing

I went to renew my Driver's license and although I got a little scared when I saw that long line going out of the office, at the end it wasn't that slow as I thought. There are some employees asking to the people in line what we want to do, so they can make it easier. Then inside is pretty fast.

Honestly had no idea this mall was still open. I went simply for the DMV office located there. Oh yeah and there's a ROSS store but the checkout lines are LEGENDARY..ugh

This Mall is somewhat runned down. So much that portable Bathrooms are placed in the Main Entrance does not feel you are in USA. Really poor conditions. The Stores are Ok nothing to brag about its just a good location but not the ideal shopping place.

My daughter, nephews and nieces really had a blast, the adults got tired after about 2 hours(lol) but we'll surely be back and will be sure to rent a cart or ride the overhead train! For the first time in my life I saw brown elephants (been used to seeing the grey ones), saw giraffes, zebras, hippos to mention a few wild animals!!! It was a very satisfying day!!!

Took my niece there with my grandparents and she had a blast. all the stores there are great. We love the dollar store, Old navy, the shoe outlet, and the yogurt place is awesome! Sweet older lady painted my nieces face she does beautiful work. Take your kids to her on the weekends!!!

Looks like a failing mall. Lack of maintenance, many empty spaces where stores should be. We definitely won't be going back.

I give a 2 to the mall itself (not the shops) although the ID place is good. The mall is old, runned down and dark. Bus stops are confusing (some buses go in, others have a separate stop), to get to a bus stop you gotta go all the way around if you go on a wheelchair or risk going on the side of the road. Doors are not automatic. If you want a better mall experience go to Dadeland, Dolphin, or International.

Nothing really special. I came here to pass my driving licence and I will never come back to be honest. There are a few restaurants and a lot of fastfood stands. Shops and the rest are unappealing. Parking is big, oversized for the quantity of people coming here, and this tell you everything in Miami.

I used to come here all the time when I was a kid, but I didn’t remember the last time I was here. My boyfriend and I, now in our mid 20s were close by and decided to step into nostalgia. I was actually expecting to be amazed by the nostalgia but I ended up coming out insanely depressed. We decided to walk out after 10-15 minutes of being there. The only notable food shop in the food court was Subway, the rest were random restaurants I’ve never seen in malls. The stores...were all mostly empty. The only big stores there are Marshall’s, Ross, Old Navy and Rainbow. Other than that it’s a bunch of random stores and stands for services like face painting, ObamaCare, etc. the mall used to be big and have lots of walking space, but the mall is less than half the size it used to be. The ceiling, the floors, the smell, the darkness was so off-putting. I felt like I was back in the 90’s, but in more of a depressing state. My boyfriend mentioned feeling like he was in a mall in Peru or something. It’s clear that they stopped maintaining this mall, from the outside entrance to everything else inside. It almost looks hazardous being in there. They definitely need to just give it up, demolish and allow another company to take that spot. If you’re expecting a real mall, don’t come here. This is just a small version of a flea market. Will not be coming back.

This mall is still alive! It seems desolate while walking thru it but the parking lot is always packed. Not a destination mall in any means. Mostly locals. If the mall owner leases to Home Depot and Costco that will explain the longevity. Home Depot and Costco are always packed
