Busy place. They have a little bit of everything here from restaurants to the DMV/Tax office and even Target with a CVS Pharmacy inside. If you need a motorcycle course or furniture head here. Only real complaint I have is that the bushes especially those near Target are to high. It makes it difficult to see on coming traffic and I've witnessed several close calls there. Also if your playing Pokemon Go, there are two Pokestops in this plaza.

I love going to this store. They have a lot of good stuff here. Everything you would need for your home, you will find it here. Their prices are somewhat reasonable. I will say I've seen a lot of things here you can find at a cheaper price else where, Like walmart and target. Customer service is great too. I definitely recommend this store to everyone.

The clerck of the county is located here and it very automated. You check in at a kiosk and then your phone number is your in line number which is displayed along with waiting time and you are texted to be notified of your position in line

If you have to get your car tags or your license renewal done, wait until at least the middle of the week, cause Mon and Tues they are packed and there is no parking available anywhere near the tag office

Huge mall, great atmosphere alot of stores. Everyone stay away from Shake Shack, food is not worth the price. You find better meals at Burger King than the Shake Shack

It was super busy but making an appointment online is highly recommended. They inform you by text every half hour or sooner. When it was 10 minutes to my appointment time, I arrived and 5 minutes later it was time to take care of my affairs. I was able to run errands and since it is so close to the Florida mall spent some time in there waiting.

Never had problem here, my wife and I come at least once a year and always had been well taken care of. The only problem lately is the services not being able to make on line appointments. Other than this, they are opening at 7:30 as a trial before using the same opening hour for the other locations. My suggestion , despite the internet say it’s 8:30 OPENING, call and ask if they are opening 7:30 , if so, go early and will be taken care of very fast.

Oldie but not so goodie. Store is dirty and run down. I like the nostalgic og target feel but they are not a super target and lack of groceries is frustrating... Best thing about this location is great (and more of )clearance items and they also often have items in stock that more popular targets are sold out of.

Every time I visit Orlando, this place is a most. I only stop here to purchase my favorite sandwich at El Meson and then keep on driving as I live 50 minutes away and come here very rarely. Haven't being past the food court, but it's so worth it.

The Orange county tax collector and DMV are located here. Do yourself a favor and go online to make an appointment. As long as you have an appointment you will get in and out quickly. All the employees I dealt with were pleasent.

I love the Florida mall. The terrace offers a lot of really good food from different vendors. After you eat your meal you can go walk in the mall which is also a good size. I like that there is a variety of restaurants to choose from.

Most people visiting here go to the DMV, Target or Marshalls, the rest of the smaller stores don't seem to attract a lot of people. I've seen motorcycle clubs gathered in the parking lot before.

We were driving from Target to Marshalls and hit a very large pot hole in the road. It was at night and not visible. It blew our tire and now we need a replacement. I stopped the car to take a look and there were many pot holes all over the road and it looked like just a few have been repaired. I found a road work sign in the Target parking lot and covered the hole in hopes it doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm going to call management to see if they will own up and fix my tire. I will follow up with their response.

Enter if you dare. Service Terrible. Servings for food even worse. Run down especially outside. Only thing good is the alcohol I wonder why LOL. Appetizers. No plates. Asked, then recieved 3 for group of 4. Rude. Finished dinner. Asked if we would like our check? Forget about another round of drinks, or dessert? I guess the waiter was in a rush. Hospitality has a lot of etiquettes where they dont know any. Forget above and beyond customer service. Dont worry this place will be out of business soon. How did this place get 4.3 stars? There is an American Signature furniture store there, tax collector, a gym, and some places to eat. The only store I go to there is closing, so not really worth it for me. The Bed Bath and Beyond there seems to be geared for travellers and tourists so not set up like their other stores.

One of the Orlando (Orange county) DMVs is in this plaza. If you check in ahead of time you don't have to wait. If you wait to check in when you get there, the wait it still short due to there efficient system. They're also well staffed which helps a lot with wait times as well. I spoke with 3 different employees and they were friendly and helpful.

I visited a American Signature Furniture for a home being built soon in Port Charlotte. The selection was unique, eclectic, elegant, and unlike any furniture I have seen before. The gentleman who gave us a tour is the manager possessing a very broad knowledge of the product offerings and decorating ideas. We were not merely "kicking tires". There is a pressing need to furnish the new home which is breaking ground now and the fact that there are a myriad of choices makes it more challenging. I am confident Terrace will assist in making these decisions. In fact, the possibilities are exciting and I am not a furniture store guy.
