Recently bought a few items of clothing that are vineyard vines. Gotta say customer service was terrible; the staff was stuck up and snobby. Also I bought a Vineyard Vine sweater that was retailed for about $80, as they scanned the sweater it ringed for $24.12 because it was on sale. I asked to buy another due to the price and when I brought another one to the register they denied me and then they brought the “manager” and she didn’t know anything she was doing,and get this she told me that the same sweater was not even supposed to be sold to me and that I had to pay retail $80 for the second one even though they were the same thing. Highly disappointing for a company such as Nordstrom having such incompetent employees.

The salespeople there are extremely knowledgeable and kind. Often when I am shopping there I will be asked if there's anything in particular I am looking for and the item(s) are quickly found for me. I bought my prom dress there years ago and when I noticed there was a small wrinkle, the saleslady steamed it for me. I am aware that the store is quite expensive, so I don't shop there as much as I would like to, but I always have a wonderful experience when I do. The women who work at the makeup counters do a great job as well!

Tony Hernandez at YSL cosmetics is an extremely talented make up artist. He listens to your wishes needs and concerns and it shows in his artistic work. My daughters makeup for senior prom was absolutely perfect. I will be seeing Tony for all of my cosmetics and makeup!

Went in to buy my girlfriend a pair of new shoes for her birthday. The woman there brushed me off and told me to look online, didn't even take me to the counter to look online with me, was very rude, she worked in the women's shoe department. I also spend THOUSANDS of dollars here a year here. So i went to Tiffany's up stairs and bought her a 1,500 dollar necklace, Don't know if i'll return. If i do it will be to get my suit from the guy in the suit department, he's great.

Probably the best Nordstrom’s I’ve been to in a while. Super laid back without being asked every five seconds if you want staff to either hold items at register or stash in fitting room (annoys me). Great selection both men and women and HUGE cosmetics department as well as huge selection of perfumes. Great sale prices as well.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I went to the MAC Counter in Nordstrom as I have been for about 3 years now. What I expected was amazing customer service and really talented artist. What I got was completely different. The girl who helped me was rude as ever. I asked her nicely if she could lighten up the makeup it was much too heavy, when asked she clearly became annoyed and rushed through the rest of my service even though there were no other customers around. On top of it the space was messy and looked extremely unkept. I’ve been a Nordstrom customer for years and have had my makeup done for anniversaries, birthday, etc all at this MAC. It’s been a little less than a year and the team they have put in there is horrendous. I don’t care if I have to travel to a completely different mall, I will never be back to this Mac location and I’ll be sure to tell everyone to save their money. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would.

I had a meeting down the road from Nordstrom’s. I stopped in after the meeting to get a couple new pairs of Ecco shoes. I have purchased over 10 pairs of shoes from this location throughout the years as well as my wife’s Burberry purse, amongst other items. The store was running an “Anniversary Sale” so they would not sell me the shoes, even at full price, because they are special access for card holders??!! These shoes are available year round. This is not a special item. I spoke with the manager and he was unwilling to sell me the shoes! I live over 30 miles away. His suggestion was to buy them online at the sale price next week? Really? I get the idea of “card member perks” but this one is a bit extreme. Very disappointing. Very poor decision making on behalf of the staff. No I am not a card member, but I have made a lot of size-able purchases over the years. Couldn’t you have just sold me the shoes?

I get most of my suits, jackets, and dress pants here. They have decent selection with great service. Everything is tailored to you at time of purchase. I also used their custom suit service and have loved how the suits come out. A good option for dress clothes for men.

This is a nice Nordstrom and the people who work here are mostly amazing. Both floors have great inventory (this store is small compared to Nordstrom’s I’m used too) but the cosmetics area lacks appealing products for all ages and is definitely catered to older clientele. The second floor, opposite side of the dressing room always smells strong of burnt rubber. It’s nauseating, and as a store that sells higher end goods, I don’t know why it grant been fixed by now.

Oh my. I have never gone in Nordstrom before this time. It was great to look around. The staff is great and helpful. And it was so busy on that Black Friday as well, so I was surprised the staff were very pleasant. The cafe was great as well. The food was good and much better than eating in the busy mall.

Definitley one of my favorite stores since my teenage years! The store is well set up and your able to find exactly what you walked in the store for such as jeans shirt ect. Even items you didn't know they had!! Your able to walk through the store with a hello or a nice could i help you find something from the pleasant staff with no pressure to buy something.This is a store where you walk in to look and can't help yourself to buy something! 5

Their selection of mens clothing has become very limited. They stopped selling Allen Edmonds shoes Robert Graham shirts and need to sell more upscale clothing. Walking through Nordstrom's is like walking through any mall department store. The staff is very polite and helpful.
