We bought a dress but took the wrong size by mistake. When we came back to exchange it, the sales person took it to the back of the store and when she came back she said that it was stained and they could not accept it back. We didn't take it out of the bag, so, do their bags stain? Was it already stained? Who knows. So wasted money. Never coming back

Love the clothes....especially when getting a good sale price. I went into the store to avoid shipping charges. I was happy to find the dress I wanted for my daughter's birthday but was shocked by the customer service. The nasty sales associate made it clear that she was annoyed to have to wait on me. Besides voicing my total and putting my couple items in a bag....she couldn't have ignored me more... making me feel as if I was very unwelcome in the store. I think next time I will suck up the $9 shipping charge.
