REVIEWS OF Crystal Mall IN Connecticut

Eric Field

Variety of stores to good too. Place is always clean. and Food Court is great.

Juli Johnson

Typical smaller older indoor mall...just lost one of its anchor stores. They should take a tip from ones in UK and put a grocery in. A Trader Joe's would revive the place.

Andrew Impellitteri

Kind of dying but has a reasonable selection of stores. Nice to walk around

Craig Ragan

Smaller than most malls, but adequate. Small good court. Fully accessible with ramps.

Amy Nault

There are a lot of closed storefronts, ones labeled "coming soon," and window displays for shops on the opposite side of the mall that are probably just there to fill space. There aren't many escalators, elevators, and stairs relative to how sprawling this mall is either. It has a lot of the stores you'd expect in a mall though, so it's not a bad place to browse for a couple hours. It's just kind of disappointing compared to a lot of other malls in the state.

Audrey Lee

Love going there to walk around with the family! Good size food court and several shops to check out!

Marc Sampietro

Definitely gone downhill alot of shops have closed since the last time I was there.

Nate Grinsteinner

This place is dying. Worth a trip solely for the Starbucks, pretzels, Yankee Candle, Bath & Body Works, and the gaming store called Fire and Ice. The food court is pretty typical.

The once popular spot 15 years ago has become a dump! Half of the store spaces are vacant and the main concourse is now filled with cheap, middle-eastern type businesses that fix phones, do your eyes brows, or sell hand cream. Many of the big name stores are gone

tisha radack

Went to wild buffalo wings. I don't think the malls get much foot traffic anymore. But the wings were great.

Victoriano Hernandez

Without Sears half of the mall seems empty. Most of my frequented stores are accessed from the food court (which has a nice selection) but small parking lot. Recommend.

Kayla Montalvo

I used to come here as a kid and it has changed so much over the years. Great shops and super clean. Wonderful Mall.

muhammad tahir

Good local mall to hang out and shop.

Graham Kolar

Has always been my favorite mall because the traffic isn't bad like Manchester or west Hartford.

John Lamar

I got to the mall before the stores were open. "I'll Stop the World & Melt with You" came on and I sang along in my concert voice while strolling through. The acoustics were fabulous. No applause, but I got a couple of amused smiles.

Skylar Peterson

I would rate 5 stars but the prices are out of my range!!!

Bradley Wood

Good place for people watching, or to take a date. Classy jewelry stores, to buy expensive pieces you would never buy sight unseen on the internet. Still sold Craftsman tools at Sears last time I checked. I'm happy with it.

Heidi Wilkinson

Great mall very relaxing to go there

Brad Sullivan

They have a great variety of stores and of course I am a fan of Starbucks!

Dylan Benjamin

Nothing super great but nothing really bad either.

David Ballinger

Losing some good stores but Sarku in the food court is the best!

Amber Dzurenka

A lot of the shops have left, but it's a nice local mall

Michael Bapst

While doing better than most malls I've seen, it is still suffering from online retailers. I am a child of the 80's, and still long for the old mall days, but the Crystal mall satisfies that itch. Plenty of shops from beauty and clothes to sports and gaming. Plus specialty shops such as Ice Imports, Spencer's Gifts, and Christmas Tree Shop. It isn't the Mall of America, but it serves eastern Connecticut well.

Suzanne Palmieri

Great group of indoor stores. Visited the Hallmark card store and Christmas Tree Shop today.

Tonya H

This place has become desolate. I still shop here but more and more the stores I enjoy are closing. Not the malls fault at all . Still have a selection to Lens Crafters, Christmas Tree Shop, clothes shopping like H&M and JCPenney, and many cell phone places. The main reason I come is the food court. If you are a mom of teens you'll understand. You have many different things to choose from and no fighting. Everyone gets what they want to eat. My children can get Subway and Taco Bell . I can get Charlie's. We all Happy.

Heather Campbell

Always enjoy Christmas tree shops.

Timothy Cunningham

Back to school shopping all in one place decent sales and some activities for the kids friendly staff.

Emmanuel Ross

Very nice mall. They have a lot of stores. Great food court.
