Whoever owns the Mission Trace parking lot needs to get in completely redone. There are potholes and missing light poles, from people driving into them last winter. And the parking lines might as well be invisible. People are not good at parking in these invisible lines. I could barely pull out because the cars around me were basically cutting off the way through.

It was not busy, we waited and hamburgers was only brown on outside. Waste of money, was not going to go back out. Specialty hamburger, also ask for plain cheese with no ketchup, no mustard, no onion, No pickle as well and the sandwich had all those items on it. Ask for no salt on fries, they was salted as well. Only one item was correct even after cashier's read it back twice. How disappointing that the order could not be prepared correctly, was not cashier fault.

Went to the seafood place here which is pretty decent. Best time to enjoy this place is durring the week or weekends during the day. At night it hets a little and I would not recommend it for familly outings, too many drinkers. But the food is good and service is decent.

The landlord needs to repave the parking lot. The city should put some money into the Misson Trace, it has some good stores but it needs to be revitalized. People live on the Southern end of the Springs too.
