Small outdoor shopping center with the big draw being the expansive King Super store. You can find literally anything you need deli, groceries, fresh produce, clothing, household utensils, cards, magazines and pharmacy. At one time they even handled furniture but no longer. There is also a liquor store, hair salon jewelry store and several others.

What's nice about this parking lot/shopping center is that there is a King Soopers here. It's not that easy getting in and out of this parking lot. I've seen much worse though.

Very close to the public transit plenty plenty of parking. Lots of different shops everything from groceries to shoes. I would definitely recommend going there you can get everything done he needs pretty much right in that area.

Love the King Soopers inventory here. Great sales sometimes on home goods and shoes.(although quantity limited on shoes) Fresh and clean store that is super huge. Takes hours to shop. Grab cold items last! There is a Starbucks in here, check cashing, garden items, jewelry store, pharmacy, & all natural Shoppe inside. Liquor store is attached plus they have grocery pick up.

Really enjoy this area. Have lived in the general area for over 20 years. There is a plethora of decent shops and restaurants. It is generally a friendly neighborhood / area. The school districts are fabulous around here. The Market Square shopping is one of my favorite areas to stop for a bite or pick up necessary items.

The staff is very friendly. The produce is fresh and reasonably priced. The store is very clean. The last time I visited they still didn't have all their items priced but that doesn't bother me. I will be going there regularly. I hope they bring in more sodium free items down the road.

The parking at this strip mall is terrible and disorganized. Most of the traffic is from King Soopers, yet the entrances and exits are limited and chaotic. If you're planning on getting a lot of items at King Soopers, you've found the right store, but don't expect to find a pharmacy drive-thru here. Instead, they have an exterior walk-up window! You can also fill your prescriptions inside, which is extremely inconvenient for those with mobility issues. This mall also contains some small stores, as well as a McDonalds on the SE corner of the lot. If you don't mind a stressful parking experience, this is the place for you!

The only reason is I love to use the scan&go because no one else does. I love to look at the expression on people's faces when come up with a giant cart full of groceries in the self checkout and I scan pay and go. Just bag the groceries as you shop and scan

I love all the shops in the area. I have been to all other than the liquor store. Chase bank is very conveniently located and the Kings Soopers in this Shopping Center is by far the best is Arvada. Huge selection of food, clothing, and furniture. Most Kings Soopers just have produce and food.

Ok this market area mainly contains King Soopers. But not your normal KS store. This was the first time i walked the entire store. I spent two hours there. In the back of the store they have home decor, kitchen utensils etc. Really a lot of great things for your house. They also have clothing and shoes. It is a very classy looking KS. It is my more place to shop. OH and of course grocery shopping available as well.

I have shopped at this King Soopers for more than 2 decades. Went through a few transitions with them, the store and it's employees are awesome! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I enjoy having such a variety, especially the deli and meat/seafood sections. I gave four stars due to the parking lot, it leaves a lot to be desired, beware of busy shopping days, it's even harder to navigate.
