You know that we don't usually stop to set feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Mall corresponds to the category of Shopping mall.
Typical high end mall with your general nationally known brands and names. You must pay to park in their lot, but the first hour is free.
Lots of new stores since I was there last. Nice. Don't like paying for parking
Love the updates. Miss many of the stores that are no longer there.
I've never seen so many cars in a mall? Selection of stores and food are fantastic
Used to spend a great deal of time here until they charged for parking. Now I will be back to see the Tesla store.
Such a beautifully laid out mall. Has a small feel to it. Great play area for the kids to play while you shop. Simple Restaurants. And I love the fact that they have small business stores in here along with the big box stores. Great place to shop in Denver.
Went to the AMC here loved it and this place is huge have to come back and shop
Had a lot of expensive stores. Not very crowded. Very clean and spacious.
Very high end, very open and big.
I enjoyed visiting the shopping center however, the parking situation was an adventure. I feel like it would be better after some more experience. Over all it was a great experience and I would be happy to visit again to familiarize myself with the area.
First time there. Amazing.
Took my daughter on a shopping spree and was super happy that there was still an INSIDE MALL we could go to
A very good mall full of interesting stores.
Good variety of shops, multiple food locations. Background music is good main area is clean and not too congested with people.
A great mall to shop at! Paid parking has to go people.
Nice, upscale shopping mall. Not overly crowded on the weekends and employees are nice except in Macy’s where we encountered some pushy ones. They really wanted us to open some kind of account and it took several times of saying no for them to back down. Parking is free the first hour, $3 for 2 hrs and $4 after 2 hrs. It’s a maze but it tells you where there are available spots.
There's a man, between the ages of 60-70, that frequents the play area at this mall. There's a photo of him with his privates hanging out and him playing with himself. Please be careful and watch your children should you choose to continue to go there. We will NOT, as security has been made aware and did not take appropriate action.
Best mall for designer clothing. Has a vast selection of stores that other malls don’t have. Only downside is the selling tax rate they charge you when you buy anything and you have to pay for parking if you are there for more than an hour. But it makes sense to why you have to pay for parking due to the fact the parking garage is very high tech telling you what spots are open. And how many available spots they have on each floor. Would recommend it if are in the market for buying high end items. The con is they don’t have a big food court section compared to the aurora mall or park meadows mall.
This is the only mall with the store LUSH in the state of Colorado. Best mall in town.
Nice mall but the parking should be comped for anyone who shops there. Cannot believe they charge so much, and a warning that there will be flashing lights to take pictures of your plates (and driver) should be posted. You do not have my consent to collect data!
This location are racist! If you’re Spanish or black try to swap a phone ! Don’t go to this location, they think you’re criminal or low life and they will treat you very poorly
Plenty of malls around to go, why go here to spend money but get charged for parking?! I prefer Colorado Mills, Denver Premium and Stapleton, any mall complex has free parking. Maybe you are the expert at doing business but we prefer free parking where we go in to spend money! Thank you, next!
Besides the parking being full and pricey, it's a great mall!
Nice place to shopping. Many stores, good prices and good restaurants.
Fancy shopping mall with pay parking. I wonder if the new parking system is costing them money. I grew up visiting this mall. They have done an amazing job of maintenance, it still feels as if it opened 2 months ago. However, it is just a typical mall. There isn't really anything unique about it. I'm sure they validate parking.
I attempted to go shop the SOMA store. After a 45 minute drive....google led us to the CURRENT construction SIGHT of SOMA....the remote store was super tiny, low stock to zero in my size and located on the other side of the mall. I'll wait till the new store opens before I revisit Cherry Creek again.
This is a nice mall for both typical mall shops, and higher end shops- some higher end examples are Abercrombie and Fitch, Louie Vuitton, Ralph Lauren Home Store. There is a Forever 21, H&M, and Vicrotra's Secret. Bare in mind, this is an older build for a mall, so the layout isn't exactly practical in all areas. It's not well designed for the crowd flow. If avoiding the crowds and tourists is your preference, this would not be a mall for you. The mall is constantly swarmed with tourists from all over the world-including Korea, Germany, and the Middle East. As for the customer service, your best luck would be to stay with less exclusive shops. If you have children, there is a playground indoors (centered in the first floor) where they can play on Looney Tunes sculptures and taking off your shoes is required while inside the ply area. Not the most sanitrary, but it can be a good way to distract a young mind. The food is great. There are fully functioning restaurants, and also food court options. Auntie Anne's is by far one of the busiest in the food court area. There is frozen yogurt and a sandwich shop. Towards the southern part of the mall on the first floor, there are a few resturants where you can sit inside and order from a waiter/ waitress. For those who are looking to buy furniture, Cherry Creek Shopping Center has plenty of options. Be prepared to spend some bucks here.
This mall is objectively very nice. It is in a higher end area and therefore has higher end stores. I can understand reviews complaining about paid parking but given the mall itself, I wasn’t too surprised. You can definitely expect to see many customers dressed to the nines with multiple shopping bags or a Starbucks latte in hand, even the occasional 9 year old aspiring Instagram influencer, which was a bit surprising. While there is a definite uppity air to the mall, it does have some wonderful shops. Simply know ahead of time if this suits your fancy.
Cherry Creek shopping center is one of the best shopping mall/spots in the Denver city area. Being very much at the center of Denver and close to Colorado Blvd makes this place a good fit for shopping and eating spots. Mall has some good restaurants like California Pizza Kitchen (me preferred favorite here) and Kona Grill. Wide variety of shopping ideas.
Big shopping mall with plenty of brands would suit your shopping needs.
I'd really like to speak to someone about this play place. It isn't far how my 9 year old can't play with her brother without being told to stay off of things when she isn't even on the play equipment. Every freaking time we come here.
Bring money!. Lol. ... No seriously. We were on vacation. Checked it out. The upper floor had a souvenir shop with Colorado items in it. The lower level had a cute dinosaur play area. Parking is free for 1hour or under. Then it goes to $3 and $4. It takes a scan of your car when going in when you pay at a kiosk and come out it has a scan that matches your car and ticket and it opens the gate for you
Love the pay for parking. keeps all the non-shoppers from taking up all the parking spaces. I feel better knowing that my vehicle is safe inside the garage in case a hail storm ever breaks out and that it won’t get stolen. Great staff and shops all around. 3 dollars for parking is not bad.
Great place for shopping.Toys shop is missing.
The Cherry Creek Mall in Denver is massive. It has what you need as a shopper and if you’re just there for having a meal; you will get one and get full. I had a great time with my friends here. And if you’re traveling with your fiancé or wife, you better be patient. The shops are adept in arranging their windows!
The mall itself was nice, and the people in the shops are friendly. Only thing that didn't give them four or five stars was because of their power tripping security officer. The one that was patrolling near the Tesla store. With glasses, and has a speech impediment. He was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Did not expect that kind of rudeness from such a nice establishment. I touched a key on the piano, and he flipped his lid. I didn't see a sign saying that no one could touch it, and he could have explained that in a much more friendly fashion. Maybe he's in the wrong line of work, he would be better suited to work in a prison as a corrections officer. Suffice to say I will not be frequenting this mall thanks to this very unpleasant incident.
The best mall I've been here in this town I am a newbies here. Wandering around with friends. Clean and not so crowded place. Good place with friends and family.
It was one of the best shopping centers we have ever been to. So many wonderful stores to choose from. We couldn't resist buying some things there. Would go back in a minute!
This is a good shopping center with a lot of higher-end stores. It's usually busy, so that's always good. Their store variety is nice enough to want to visit multiple areas at each trip. The mall always looks nice and clean, so that's a good thing too. The one thing that has annoyed me is how it handles the parking situation. I guess a lot of people were using it as a parking lot for non-mall activities, so now everyone has to suffer and remember to grab a parking stub when going in and get it validated when going out. I'm not actually sure on all of the details, and that's what annoys me most. Is it a 2 hour only parking? Is it a situation where you can be validated for longer? It's just annoying, and I hate the lack of clearly printed details.
The mall Is nice and has a huge variety of stores, from average stores to very high end. It is very clean and has a lot to offer. The only con was that we had to pay to park. That does not make us inclined to return simply because we are already going to the mall to spend money, we don't want to pay to park once were there.
Fantastic walking area for small business shopping, pretty much mid to high end shopping. A very divers shopping & restaurant mix. Also nearby Cherry Creek Mall for the big box shopping. Parking can be difficult.
Really great mall. Feels high end. Lots of great shops and food. Very clean and never feels crowded when I go. They offer valet parking. Many of my favorite stores are here.
There are a lot of nice stores but I hardly ever find what I'm looking for.
One of the most luxurious mall that Colorado has to offer, close to downtown Denver. Inside they have many of the brand name stores. Parking is free here only for the first hour
The Cherry Creek Mall has a great selections of stores and is easy to get to. Love the atmosphere!
Love the location, stores, shopping, and excellent choices of meals.
It looks like this place was built in the 80s and then forgotten. The stores are hodge podge at best and have bare bones inventory. Parking is difficult, navigating around the mall is difficult, and dealing with most of the staff is difficult. Given this is the ONLY place in Denver to shop some high end labels it's really upsetting to have such a poor experience.
If you like a mall where they blast the music at 500db then you are in the right place
It is good place to shop. The mixture of shops is interesting.
My jaw dropped walking in here! They have everything its beautiful!!! I feel like I have a million dollars when I'm here( I definitely don't) but I sure do feel fancy as hell walking through this mall!!
Best mall in the Denver area. Upscale luxury with normal everyday stores. Packed, but lots of parking.
Definately five stars! The most beautiful mall in Denver that has a luxurious vibe to it.
Great play area for kids..large assortment of upscale stores..parking is not FREE!
Great mall, not one empty store front. Busy and fun to visit. We go for the food nearby and then enjoy looking at the many great stores. My only problem is dragging my wife out.
It’s ok to shop but I think should be better than this
I rarely go there anymore because they're charging for parking. A shame, because otherwise, I like it. Good variety for finding things.
Very nice. Lots of high end srotes
Wife and I came to Colorado to eat but this was on our list to visit. We have three malls in the Oklahoma City area that were better than this. I like the parking structure but why charge? There are(currently) no game stores of any kind here. No GameStop, board game place.. nothing. Surprised this mall didn't have a food court. We had a nice walk but that's about it. Luckily we didn't stay long enough to get charged for parking.
High end store’s clean and safe!!
I have been there 4 times since June 2018. The place was always clean but they lack good customer service. Store staff not very friendly, security girls were more worried about talking to each other than helping. they need better restaurants in the food court.
Upscale mall. Small food court, nice play place. Expect to pay for parking if you stay over an hour.
Located in bustling downtown Denver this mall has it all. Whether you’re looking for a dinner & movie, or a quick in and out trip this mall has it all. The parking is a bit annoying, you have to print a ticket to access the parking garage but your first hour is free. However, after your first hour you will be charged $3 for every hour parked or $16 maximum for the day so be prepared to pay if you plan on staying at the mall for an extended period of time. You can speed up the payment process by bringing your parking ticket and paying the fee at one of the pay stations before you walk out of the mall.
If you are looking for a relaxed shopping experience with attentive staff and a pleasant environment do not go here. Park meadows had been a better experience every time I've been there. It has a better range of food options and better parking.
I would give this place 4 stars if there was no paid parking. Food court is meh but stores are nice.
Best mall in the Denver metro area IMO. Almost every store you’d need to visit including the major department stores and tons of big retail and upscale retail. Perfect for a shopping day!
Our family attended the annual Cherry Creek Arts Festival. Didn't visit any shops except for won the Colorado candy company we plan on going back there. The Arts Festival have some outstanding artists displays and great food vendors
Very pretty and great store selection, the paying for parking sucks!
This is such a great mall! I cannot wait to go back! They have so many great stores.
I love this place especially the MedSpa but it's a nice place to walk around my also my favorite place to go get close is Macy's but my credit cards are maxed out now
I love the Saturday farmers market they have at cherry creek. It's always worth the 5 hour drive.
I went there with my brother to pick up a Christmas ornament with my late mom's picture.
Some stores had limited products. Not somewhere I would go to hang out for long, just to buy a specific item.
Beware !!! Beware!!! Beware !!! Beware!!! Credit Card reader for Mall Parking may eat your credit card. And then to top it the mall staff is not able to retrieve Credit Card the next day. I am posting this to draw management's attention to this serious issue. I think Cheery Creek is one of best malls in Denver Metro. But I will be very reluctant to go there unless I here from the management that they have addressed this issue asap. Losing a credit card to a faulty card reader is headache I don't want to experience again.
One stop variety. Mix of upscale and affordable
Lots of places here to visit and the atmosphere is very lively. It's been a while since I've seen any sort of shopping mall with actual customers inside.
Had to make a stop here. Very impressive mall in cleanliness and quality. A higher merchandise mall, having access to some unique stores you don't normally see in a mall. Has an attached parking garage. Very busy area around the mall, so do expect some traffic delays. I was there mid-week around lunch time. I added the picture from a Tesla store...in a mall. :)
First Class High End mall. Very nice place with every Designer store i could think of. If you like to shop then go spend the day and enjoy.
Good shops, only thing is after 2 hours have to pay for parking
I can easily spend here an entire day! one of my favorite places to shop (when I am not in an hurry of course!) Great store selection, always clean and well maintained, I can always find a parking spot coming here and even when there are a lot of people it's never too crowded.
I thought the available parking spot system in an excellent use of technology.
It's a really ritzy an out-of-this-world experience! Look, if you're a regular working-class person, coming out here is going to feel like a trip to Beverly Hills! The whole mall is just filled with tons of elite luxury stores, so if you're planning on buying anything, I hope you've got a pretty heavy wallet. Some of the stores are pretty cool, and it is an experience just being here, but this place could really use a lot more regular Mall stores that everyone can enjoy. But then again, on this side of town I am definitely not their Target demographic!
The best place to get our clothes they have so many options! Only downside is that we have to pay to park, I wish if you were actually getting items they would have a voucher for parking
Arrived on Easter Sunday after driving from Vail to find out that they were closed even though their website and google hours stated that they were open. Dozens of other people also there attempting to shop. I drove 4 hours roundtrip for nothing. It’s simple to update your hours so that this doesn’t happen.
Upscale with a nice variety of shops and restaurants
Many stores for all budgets, great atmosphere and very clean. Parking is relatively easy as well.
Would be a much more of a pleasant experience if there were more map stations inside the mall.
Very nice I just don't like to pay for parking.
Nice mall with pretty much everything you need, and some things you don't.
This mall is a great place for some retail therapy the vibe is a little upper class given the location. However you still find really could deals in all the stores in this mall. I’m glad they started charging for parking because it’s way nicer for customers to find parking:)
Nice mall, if you're there for less than an hour you don't have to pay for parking
Such a beautiful place! The valet parking was spot on!
I cannot believe I'm rating a mall 4 stars. I'm way too snobby to ever admit I've walked into a mall. Sigh. Now that that's off my chest.... Pretty good clothing options for the super rare occasions I shop for clothes in person, rather than online. That said, it's still a rather soulless 1980s era mall experience, so you have no reason to linger. Crowds are never too bad, . hours are good, and parking is plentiful (even though they charge you).
Worked there. Liked the mall especially the Omega store
My wife and I love shopping here. It's in Cherry Creek - can;t get any better. We mainly go here for the Restoration Hardware store and end up walking around for a couple of hours and hitting their food courts. Cool.
upscale mall. some good shops and it is a nice place. definitely higher end shops, but as far as a mall goes, it is well kept and doesn't have that sense of desperation other malls have.
Love the stores but 6.00 for three hours is too much when I can park for free at other malls. So my great deal at Zara was 26.00 not 21. I wanted to shop further and I usually spend a great deal more get something to eat but that meant more parking fees so I went elsewhere( maybe it’s a good thing...saved money) . I understand that they don’t want employees from other stores parking there all day but they could at least allow validation parking for purchases. I have gone there since it’s inception as a child, It’s a pretty slow mall compared to what it used to be. Plus I have been too many super ritzy malls ........better ones, and you can find most of these stores at other malls. Not exclusive.
Very nice. Lots of parking, clean and pleasant atmosphere.
Chaos busy... No nail salons in there? I wanted to pamper my military daughter while we were there, but nope.
Nice mall great anchor stores with a,lot of other charming stores . Confused a bit with the parking . Wonderful shopping experience , we had lunch in the norstroms cafe . A nice secret little hide out , they have a nice selection . Great fries and good pizza !!!! Huge fancy burgers!!!
I really only go here for Macy’s and Finish Line but, I am excited to see the new movie theater. Overall nice clean mall I like the new parking system. PLEASE bring back the Timberland store...lol
The center is easy to approach and has a nice variety of stores. At the same time nothing that’s really special tho. Restaurants are mostly expensive. The interior design was really cool and it had live music. We spent some time here and found some cool things at Macy’s.
Grew up here and the paid parking is...well interesting...
Nice mall, but they charge for parking. I don't get that concept.
Nice comfortable place to browse.
I love coming here and walking around. The store diversity is great and the food selections are also great. Love it when they’ve got someone playing the grand piano as well.
Such a lovely shopping center with nice buildings. We loved the container store and Macy's. Found everything we needed with great spacious parking. The buildings were huge and well lit. We were able to find everything we needed and more! The other shoppers were also nice and friendly
Lovely area for the arts festival, was a lot of fun to walk around and enjoy.
I go to this place a lot and it is so nice with much variety of stores and anything to meet the average shoppers needs. It is also very fun to go to with friends and family
Pretty decent mall. Definitely coning back soon!
Very high end mall has everything you need
Great mall, just absolutely no place to shop for a 30-some year old guy that just needs some clothes.
Nice place. This mall has premium stores for those with a large budget!
Very nice upscale shopping center in the middle of Cherry Creek, next to Denver Country Club. High end stores like Tiffany, Louis Vuitton, Breitling Rolex etc. Mixed with everyday name brands like finish line,Lids and Victoria's Secret.
Mall was looking great for the holidays. There were a lot of fun decorations and the spirit was alive. There were loads of popular stores to check out and the layout is simple. Looking forward to coming back again Note - parking does cost money ($8), but you can pay inside the mall to get our quicker.
Was clean and practically empty on a Thursday afternoon. However, the place was small. A lot of high end restaurants throughout and high end stores, but besides COLORADO themed stores there was no interesting shops. More of a place to spend “new money” than to enjoy an outing.
I guess I'll start by saying this is a very beautiful mall, its very large as well, but that's about the extent of it. The mall experience itself is very lackluster unless you have the sort of finances to make casual purchases from multiple interior design stores and high-end fashion boutiques. There's not really a food court so much as a high end restaurant. (Also you have to pay for all of the parking?) This mall just really does not cater to the casual shopper at all. And honestly, if I had the finances to buy from the stores located inside of Cherry Creek, I would honestly just make my purchases online. I've given an extra star to my rating because this mall is pleasing to the eye, but that is all that there is to write home about.
Good place to go by different stores and have a good time get some exercise in this mall
Decent, but only if you are ready to spend half a million. Recommend Flatiron Crossing over this mall.
Always love coming here top browse or go to the AMC.
Great mall with some high-end stores. Busy but fun to visit. Great food selection in the area as well.
Good shopping mall. You should be able to find everything you need there
We went to see the Denver Museum of Nature and Science dinosaur project. And oooh boy was it mayhem, outrageous and down right fun! My two little guys had a blast, it was clean, safe and had plenty for them to have a ball on. Having to pay for parking kind of gets you (but it was only $4 for 2 hours) otherwise I would recommend it if you need a place for the kids to go bonkers indoors. Plus walking around the mall was fun too
Great shopping center with tons of parking and helpful staff!
Just going in to pick up my wife's watch. The place is clean. What really gets me is, why charge for parking? I would never go to a mall and spend time shopping knowing that I am getting charged in the parking lot. I was thinking this as I ran in and forgot to go to the kitchen store to get an item. I suppose that's what Amazon is for. Sorry, just seems greedy to me.
Nice mall. Lots of stores
It’s very clean and nice but without a wide variety of food places to eat
Cool mall with more "high end" stores. I saw 3 Maseratis in the parking garage on the day I went... If that tells you anything about the clientele here.
Dollar Js are fire, Daijha hooked me up big time.
Great open space with everything you need.
Good but crowded sometimes.
Beautiful mall at a perfect location. Be advised that you have to pay for parking. Its not much though probably like $2 or $3 dollars.
We love this shopping center. It’s clean and have many good brands. My daughter stay quiet during shopping for her after reward (kids playground)
NEXT! You want to know what you can do to improve?? Don’t charge for parking! 3$ for 1hour is not nominal. You aren’t downtown, so quit acting like it. Retail is slowly dying anyways, you won’t be around for long :)
Some of the greatest shopping you will ever see with some high-end stores. Had an enjoyable experience here. The staff is friendly and hospitable to your needs. You feel welcomed and you feel like you got your money's worth. Good bang for the buck. Highly recommend to my friends, A+++++
Pretty good indoor mall, I got the impression you have to get a little dressed up to go here or risk open stares. Very basic vanilla feeling to it. Food court has a few restaurants. Burgers, Panda Express, Sandwiches, Frozen Yogurt. Didn't find many options for kids, it's more of a Louis Vuitton kind of place than children's place. Parking is pretty cut and dry, multiple parking locations. Well lit clear visible arrows and directions in both the parking deck and mall. Pretty ok experience if your skin is thick. Mall employees are pretty diverse and sweet.
Its a very fancy Mall and I like coming here but the majority of the stores are jewelry stores, which I dont mind, but it doesn't really target the younger crowed
We love the Cherry creek mall and it’s surroundings. Mall has plenty of stores for all ages. Hair salons and more. I like the parking garage.
Love the mall. They have tons of stores and it's always clean. I only went in for food, but other than that worth stopping by. I do suggest you do it quick because that charge to park, after a certain amount of time.
Beautiful mall. Visit Hyde Park Jewelers.. Great store
A great mall. I frequently shop in the apple store. The whole mall is lean and one of the best I’ve ever shopped at.
I'll admit that I am not a fan of them charging for parking. Usually though I only go here when I am on a mission to a specific store. IE: The Apple Store, or something very specific. Due to the 1 hour free period, I don't hang around the mall ever. However, the mall is nice and a handful of stores validate. If you were going to see a movie for example.
Love Cherry Creek, went to Halloween store which was wonderful. Definitely take kids in.
Can be more expensive than other places, but it has a great selection of high quality goods.
It's a pretty big mall with many luxury retailers, not really the place if you are looking for a bargain shopping experience but its definitely a good place for window shopping/ people watching. Most of the staff is very welcoming and helpful .
Went looking for shoes! Great shopping center!
Great mall with all the stores to shop until you're broke. Excellent location.
Love this Apple store location, but the parking sucks. Ride your bike here if you can. Plenty of bike racks around.
Rich white ppl mall, I love culturally appropriating myself
Have been to this mall for the first time. I windowshopped almost the whole shopping center. In my opinion, this place is like one stop for all. One would get almost everything here that one could think of. From household to cars. From candies to meals. From clothing to beauty everything is here.
Nice but a little pricey for what it is in some places. They do have a few stores with really cute items for great prices. I liked that the food court had lots of options and people were generally nice and helpful in the stores. The play areas for kids are also nice.
Nicest mall I've ever been to. They have a Tesla store.
I love this place you can spend a lot hour's there have fun and get a many options to buy.
Great shopping center with a good selection of stores that we do not have here in New Orleans.
I know I have not been there before that place too expensive
Ticket didn’t work when trying to exit - the machine kept spitting the ticket back out. When i called the parking attendant he ARGUED with me and told me the ticket machine was working fine (didn’t work for the person in front of me either). Then tried to get me to pay when i had only parked for 20 minutes. Fire that parking attendant - pretty unacceptable to be argued with when I’m just trying to leave.
Ever since I was a kid I've loved spending time here. Great food, shopping and atmosphere that is clean and well designed. The constant remodels and updates ensure that you are always in a well maintained, beautiful space to enjoy your time. I just miss Paul's place, best burgers and dogs in the world!
Upscale shopping centre that carries most the designer brands, but has a movie theatre and a food court. One down side is that parking is now charged for!
You can find what you need.. all essentials should be there!
