This is the only place I go to shop for my dog and maybe my kids. They have the best designs for any breed. Large, small... Iong hair and short, they have it all. But most of all I like to go here for Whole Foods. I can get all my shopping needs in one place.

Mall located on the north side of Colorado Springs with easy access to I-25 and Academy Boulevard. Lots of great stores with a really nice food court and outdoor seating area.

Stopped at Best Buy and I'm not impressed at all. No one wanted to assist us with a question. I actually stood in wide open area and looked around for 3 minutes and put my hands out and made eye contact with the service desk, the person who walked by my husband and I and finally had to go to the mobile desk and ask him about a movie!! When walking out the "greeter" thanked the single guy ahead of us and we walked out I was all ready to wave and smile but he didn't even look up. We we're literally 5 seconds behind the guy he talked to!! Crazy.

Chapel hills is still handing in there. I sure would like to see this Mall start kicking again. More good businesses could open there and have enough foot traffic to make it. There are some great stories in there. And some not so great, but all is not lost here at this Mall that once was one super thriving, fun place to go. I think a big make over is due. A good investment for the owners of such a great potential building. There are so many Denver stores looking for something fresh. If they built fresh, they would come. Just my professional opinion.

It's alright I guess, I wish that there was like a mall credit card you could use there and it would apply to all the stores (you could charge people small amounts of interest or late fees but also give out rewards that make it so people get like a free drink at a food shop and then maybe they'll order more and it all just helps boost the mall economy)

This shopping center you gotta expect to spend more especially with Best Buy, Whole Foods, and Nordstrom Rack in the area. The only store you might not spend so much at is Old Navy. Parking lot is big with plenty of parking.

I feel as though this mall is turning into a ghost town. Every time I visit there are less and less shops. I've had to contact corporate for this location as well and they were less than responsive.

It's weird rating the shopping center as a whole to me but here I am. They have a pretty good selection of shops. I was pretty excited to know there was a Whole Foods near by my apartment along with other reputable establishment clothing stores like Old Navy and Nordstrom Rack. The shopping center is clean and there is a good number of parking spaces.

Chapel Hills mall has the major stores like Dillards and Macys. However there has been so much change and transition of stores. The mall overall seems like it is stuck in the 80's. The food court is lacking and the jump into the 21st century has not happened yet.

I stopped at Whole Foods for a few items. Amazon Prime members get some discounts here. The store is very large and well stocked. The two employees I spoke with were very knowledgeable and polite. It is a great place to shop.

Good selection of brands and stores to visit, nicely assorted variety and the grounds of both the land and the stores are well maintained. Also, just a tip, you can find electric type Pokémon at and near Best Buy (only Pokémon GO players will understand)

It took 30 minutes to get 1 margarita and then the server told us they would comp the second round but, the server came back out with no comp saying he never said that. I wish I could give less than 1 star for a review honestly.. it was that bad.

This mall is not bad, definitely the better of the two in town. But, it is still pretty dirty, however, they are still working on updating parts of the mall. They will get there soon. Good selection of stores, for now, but that could change at any time. Overall, it is worth going to if you need something from the mall.

This is a nice little shopping plaza period they have a nice organic whole food shopping store, an auto parts store and several other department stores . Always easy to park and not overcrowded . The parking lots kept clean and you can tell they try to keep it nice around this area.
