Great deals everywhere. Only when it's the holidays is it super busy that you could be driving around looking for parking for a good 30 minutes or more. Something for everyone and there's restaurants too and a hotel near by.

One of the best outlets with a lot of variety and top brands. You can get really good deals. The parking sometimes tend to be crowded in the weekends. The entrance of parking is almost always crowded. It only have one shaded foot court. It’s worth the drive!

Shopping in any USA outlet is always a pleasure and this place is not different. I can’t say that this is the best outlet that I ever visited and it is certainly not the cheapest. LA is a very expensive place to shop and this place offers an alternative. Some of the prices are definitely overly inflated and you can get discounts by downloading vouchers in advance. Tommy Hilfiger tends to offer you discount vouchers for Calvin Klein which is normally 15% and is only valid for the day you visited. They also offer a 20% discount off a single item in TH if you complete their online survey.

Good shop selection, food has improved, finally more parking, but they still need to fix some sewer/poo smell that is around the Nike Store. Its really bad and it runs a perfectly great location. Hope they fix it.

Outlets are supposed to be cheap. This place is not. Still it's a nice open air mall. The area itself is a strange design. It's almost a completely walled area.

If you live in LA this is the nearest outlet destination. Has most outlet brands. Parking is plentiful and is well organize. Only problem is the traffic getting to and from.

Very nice Outlet Center. Having worked in Outlets for over 10 years I have to say the Citadel shopping center was one of the better places I have seen. A nice variety of choices and some great places to eat. There is a nice parking structure and the Outlet is very accessible from the freeway. A busy place that will definately occupy your day.

Great place for shopping! There are many of the well known brands in this place. Usually many of them have some type of sale going on so you can get good deals almost every time you visit. The food court has almost every fast food restaurant that you may like from Chinese food to hamburgers. Plenty of parking lots all around the outlet area but during holidays or specially Black Friday it would be crazy hard to find parking but beside these days you would not have any issues.

Amazing restrooms! Truly luxurious, compared to other places. I know it's weird talking about the restrooms, but the service and attention to detail in that let's you know how the rest of the place is. I love the way variety of shops, a lot of parking except on Black Friday. Amazing place.

Great selection of stores. You can usually find good deals at some stores. I've never had a bad experience here. But be prepared to wait in line, as it's usually packed here.

The mall was very busy during Memorial Day weekend. There were sales going on and people waiting in line to get into some of these stores. We didn’t find anything there even with the sales going on. At least we can say we’ve been here. (We prefer the Camarillo Outlet. The tax and selections make it worth the drive from LA.)

My favorite outlet mall to visit in LA. Has all the notable shops and discounts are amaaaazing. It's a sprawling property so lots of space. Parking is huge. Navigating the place takes some time but there are maps to show the whole layout for help. Handbags have the best discounts. Will highly recommend.

Cool Outlet Mall plenty of shops to check out and this place is clean and the shops I shopped at the team members were friendly. A great place to window shop too. Lots of parking in the parking lot.

LA on a whole is a very expensive place to shop. This is a very good outlet that I would gladly recommend to anyone. Tommy Hilfiger is the pick of the bunch for me, quality products at bargain prices. Some of the outlet stores can be even more expensive than the actual stores so be careful and watch out for those prices.

The citadel outlets isn't exactly the most glamorous outlet that there exist but it's a good pot to take your friends and family to go shopping. It's not extremely big but there's more than enough stores to choose from. There is a food court located within the outlet for you to eat. Parking is a bit crazy, it is free but it may take some time to find parking.

Great place to shop and visit even if you only go window shopping. It's always clean and welcoming. Everytime I go there with my family we stop to eat at Ruby's Diner. A nice place to pass time with the family or friends.

I did my homework before I headed out to Citadel. I searched on their website showing they have 1 pair of black Adidas Dame 5 basketball shoes in stock. I went directly to Adidas outlet, a sale person said we are out of stock. I asked her if she has any other colors available. She said we have none in our inventory. She offered to order for me online. That's besides the point of going into the store in the first place. It was a wasted trip. I decided to go to Nike outlet. They have 20% off on everything that is on display against the walls. All sneakers on sale are not my style. They are pink or purple. Some of them have velcro straps instead of regular laces. Some people put wrong shoes in a wrong box. Everything is a big mess. The bottom line is you can't find what you want. You go randomly from store to store hoping you will find something that might interest you. It's not the best way to shop. When you are looking for a specific product, forget it.

Looking for deals on all sorts of your favorite brands. The outlets are the way to go. Plenty of parking for all times of the day. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes as you can find yourself walking to all your shops to see what you can find. The restrooms are clean and spacious, they have maps all over and a concierge section in the middle of you want to know more about savings.

really cool little outlet mall, with several high end brands located inside! The Disney store ita a little small compared to most malls, but all in all a great little mall to walk around and people watch, or pick up some new clothes

I love this place. I visit the outlets every time I visit LA. They have good store selection, food options, and the cleanest restrooms I’ve ever seen. It is easy to keep my children entertained as well (the ice cream does the trick)
