Love shopping here! Dillards’ employees at ladies shoes and perfume counter make you feel like a criminal though. I didn’t enter further as I get better friendly service in other stores throughout the mall.

Shops come and go but this mall seems to maintain a decent mix. Midweek visits are best for actual shopping. Jonesboro is a college town so the weekend non-shoppers can be a wee bit frustrating. Bright. Clean. Plenty of open air space.

Lots of stores don't buy what you want at the first stop chances are you will find it at a better price in a different store

There are tons of stores there you can find pretty much anything you need at the mall it's okay right on the highway and there are lots of exits and entries for cars to get in out of

Kinda disappointed with such a large mall for them to really not have much invested in shops aimed for different interests. Just the basic retail clothing stores and most of those are the generic corporate retailers. Maybe I expect too much for Arkansas malls. And the layout is honestly too spacious for the little they have which made it hard to just look around and see what could be ahead.

I bring my Service dog here for Public Access training. I would suggest that your Mall cop staff gets retrained regarding Service Dogs. I had one come up to me and ask to see her "papers" that make her a certified service dog. There is no such thing as service dog papers, or a "certified service dog" and it's actually illegal to ask that. My Service dog was doing nothing to insinuate that she was anything other than a highly trained working dog.

The mall could use some work. The only place I enjoyed was Bed Bath an Beyond. Found what I needed was assisted with very nice employees. I give them 5 star. The mall looks like a ghost town. What would be good for the mall turn it into a Tanger Outlet.

This is a very nice, smaller scale mall, which depends on continuing support of brick & mortar enterprises, to have a nice place like this to shop, eat, meet, exercise, etc...

I live in the area and have ALWAYS loved the turtle creek mall. My mother lives in Dallas and she said she loves the the turtle creek mall more than any mall in Texas and she's lived in Texas for 30 years!!! I will always love the turtle creek. PLEASE NEVER CLOSE IT!!!!
