Decent collection, would be better to have more variety. They lack after sales support, they could not order Ralph Lauren spare case, I ended up ordering online.

NEVER WASTE TIME OR MONEY HERE. I WENT IN AND BOUGHT GLASSES, NOTICED ON MY RECEIPT I WAS OVER CHARGED, WITHIN 5 minutes I was back in the store, I WAS TOLD BY THE "MANAGER" THAT SHE WAS UNABLE TO CORRECT. FINALLY AFTER 30 MINUTES SHE BASICALLY THREW THE PHONE DOWN AND THREW CASH AT ME. THIS WAS HER MISTAKE! So rude and un trained. . Never again!

I will never shop at this store again. I bought a pair of sunglasses. they claim to have a 90 day no hassle return policy. Well it was paid with a Debit Card which is like cash. It comes out of my checking account. Well I tried to have someone return them for me since i live 45 min away form the store and a friend was going to be in town. The store would not do it because the card was not present. I tried to call and give it over the phone but that was not even good enough. Like I'm trying to do credit card fraud by issuing a credit to my debit card. They had the card numbers. They could have made sure that the numbers match. Of course there was no manager on site. The store has old software that does not allow it to be just automatically to be credited to the debit card. This was basically a cash sell and they would not give cash either. So now i have to Drive back another time. If i bought online i would not have to have the card inspected by them. Very poor service. also No hassle return is a joke. If you write a check at the store and you try to return it (even if you have proof that the check has cleared) the store will take your glasses and then they will submit it corporate and they will issue a check back in 7 to 10 days. then you have to wait 7 to 10 days for their check to clear. so do not buy from sunglass hut Plus the employee was David and he was rude. Even told my husband sorry I'm just a messenger.

Great experience, Logan did an amazing job. A coworker and I went to Oakley Store for a sale and left when they sucked. Found ourselves at Sunglass Hut & spent some money. New glasses look great, thanks Logan!
