They make a great attempt to keep the store tidy after costumers make a mess of the clothing. I always hear a greeting when I walk in and the cashiers are relatively friendly.

Great prices, cute, on-trend clothing, and they always have great sales going on. The staff working are always so nice to me, complimenting me on my outfit. The only thing that drives me nuts is the older lady that sometimes runs the dressing room, she is constantly pressuring you to get an Old Navy card when all I want to do is try on clothes! Other than that, great location!

Clean, easy to navigate layout, organized store, helpful & friendly staff. The music is always slightly too loud and stock was not as advertised online on my last visit, but sales can be like that. I choose Old Navy over other stores because I've never had any problems navigaging a wheelchair inside.

I spent at minimum an hour in the store and not a single associate offered to help me. I felt unwelcomed and no one offered to help. My arms were full with jeans getting heavy and I kept searching, no luck finding what I really needed until after an hour. One associate had the nerve to come up twice to let me know they were closing, yet no one said a word for the entire hour that I was there. The only reason that I placed an order for jeans online is because I’m tired of shopping, but they do not deserve my service or money. Because they took too long, it messed up my timing for other things I needed to do. I will never go back to that location.

Happy Shopping, Happier the Place. The staff at the place are very helpful and friendly. I remember a staff named Chance, who was very polite, helpful and have great public skills. Another time I visited, other staffs helped me order a shorts, online and way to save money as well. You can't stop yourself coming again to this Old Navy. Currently they have great sales going on as well.

It is best to get items while on sale. I got a bunch of pants for just $20 each. Is very busy. The clothes do have a tendency to trend towards the younger folks however. At the end of season sales you can get quite the deal.

I'm a hobbit-shaped dude, and I needed clothes. Old Navy delivered. It's a good sized one, and there's always sales going on. The discount rack is where the magic happens. $5 jeans? Yes, please, and thank you. Staff doesn't hover, which is great. Music can be overwhelmingly loud, and it's impossible to get a wheelchair through this store. Still. If you need basics, this is a good place for them.

RUDE! I was hung up on TWICE while being placed on hold then they refused to answer the phone the third time I called back after being "disconnected". Also, when I stopped in there on Thursday the store looked like an tornado had ripped through it. Who is in charge of this place?!

I love shopping at old navy. I am a big fan normally. I don't often have a reason to return things, but recently I needed to return a gift. I was planning to return it and just get something else knowing I would only be able to get store credit since it was a gift. I came with the original receipt. I was told that they couldn't take a return for something that was ordered online without refunding the original payment. I asked if they were sure because the receipt specifically stated that a gift could be returned by mail or in store for store credit. They refused to even attempt. So I mailed the return in and followed all the instructions to have it refunded as a gift (checked the box that said "gift refund" and included my address to have the gift card mailed to). A month later still no refund. I called and spoke to a very nice, Brenda, who apologized and stated that I should have easily been able to return this to the store. I just don't understand why they refused to return something when it clearly hadn't been worn, tags still on, and receipt in hand. No impressed with the costumer service at this location.

Hip store with hip staff. Very helpful staff who were willing to engage and get anything that we requested, even if it was stored out the back in their warehouse. Sometimes I walk in here and wish to be as stylish as the people working there, but could never afford it. With the sales and also the styling advice, i now look like the coolest cat on the block. People eyeing my style and getting well jeal. I turn and walk away in style

I was shopping for khakis specifically. Almost everything they have in the store is slim fit and I prefer my pants a little more relaxed. Not much there for my taste, but I did find two pair of loose fit in my size.

I love the clothing but the pricing is super confusing. The tag prices are always ridiculous but then are marked down. But it's difficult to tell what sign goes with what item. Having a price scanner or 3 throughout the store would increase how much I buy. Normally I get annoyed at trying to find prices and leave with nothing.

Visited Old Navy in Hagerstown for a little holiday shopping. Found some great deals. The store was packed, but the cashiers were doing their job well..because they cut those lines down to size, in a hurry. We will definitely visit that Old Navy again.
