I have been to this MAC counter twice and had a bad experience both times. The first time was a few years ago. I asked to be shade matched and they just put it on my arm and really rushed me to make my selections. The shade wasn't right because it wasnt matched on my face. The second time was in May. I decided to get matched again after my bad experience and give this mac counter another chance. She "matched" me in an area that wasnt very lit and again, this chick was rushing me as well. I got back to my hotel in searcy (I was visiting my family because I had recently moved out of state) and put it on the next day. It was so orange and wasnt even ALMOST the right shade....this was worse than the 1st time. On my way back home I stopped by the one in southaven MS and had a great experience there and was matched correctly. The one in NLR needs to retrain their girls who work there because these two that had helped me clearly do not know what they are doing. They are rude too.

FABULOUS! Is on of the best ways to describe James. I recently walked into the MAC at McCain Mall in Little Rock, AR and gave the vaguest description of what I wanted. James nailed it on the first try. He truly listens to what you want, is super talented, extremely knowledgeable, and did I mention, FABULOUS! I will keep coming back!!
