Store still has good merchandise with good sale prices, just not enough sales clerks. Was a time there were so many you could hardly look around by yourself. Yesterday we had to walk around several areas to find some one to help us and check out.

Dillard's has always been my favorite not just because they have everything but simply because they have nice workers, nice location, nice place, nice architecture, and price. The place is well maintained and very clean that you will feel so relaxed while doing your shopping. I just love every corner and every item this store has. Actually, almost all the things I have, I bought them here.

I went to Estee Lauder counter to get color matched in foundation. I'm a little tricky to match because of my skin tone and undertones but Destiny was very helpful! She will be my EL girl for as long as she works there because she was so friendly and made the process so painless. Finding someone you trust to touch your face is a big deal! Also, some very lovely ladies at the perfume counter helped me try all sorts of different scents and gave me samples for a few so I could test them out before I purchased. I have never been offered this before and have always had to ask- and then had women almost roll their eyes at me. Not this time! Thanks Fayetteville Dillard's for a great experience!

The department store was clean and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly on products they sell. We didn't have any issues there was plenty of parking available in an area. We would most likely go back again. Their prices are a little higher than most but you are getting what you pay for. This is a great place to get a suit or trendy tie. The shoe selection could be bigger but is adequate

I really like the quality of their products. (Tmi) I usually get my bras from here and they last for a bit. Prices are kinda high but quality is good.

Nice store, clean and clear aisles great selection of clothing. Friendly staffers willing to assist with anything that you need. Sales prices can be incredible at times.
