I do not have any major issues with Jber or any of the food eateries.However on the 17th of February. I went to Charley's and ordered food. The lady who was bagging up my food,put in a scrap of beef that had fallen off when the sandwich was being cut!

Basic military exchange with a few local stands set up, though on the deep winter some market vendors set up. Staff isn't always attentive and sometimes there are some major gaps in the supply chain and random items just don't exist. Limited furniture selection. Prices are fair for the area.

As far as exchanges go this one is kind of a let down. Prices in town are usually cheaper and since there is no sales tax in Alaska, there is no need to shop at the exchange.

Great products and good prices, it was a general speaking very good, except for the Canmpels Cream of Mushrooms condensed soup and French Fried Onions that combined with the green beans created a disgusting Stale or Rancid flavor on my Beans Cacerole, it was food for 20 people, smelled and tasted awful and I had to trash the whole thing.

The main Exchange will possibly have what you need for your home and household goods. Definitely would recommend the Firearms Department, prices are always better if you're allowed to shop there. Plus they have a few outstanding sales each year, those are worth your while to attend. And thanks for your service!

Decent selection. Can be difficult to pay star card here.. that particular line is just difficult to wait in most of the time. Price check at this location is pretty difficult to use. Had a associate tell me i had to go back to the power center to utilize it. I just left the head phones and went elsewhere. But pretty friendly staff. I like to roam around and get asked questions about products. I enjoy that. Lol. Not being sarcastic. Sometimes i just suggest stuff to people scratching thier heads. Idk. It's definitely a place i feel pretty comfortable in. And the food court with Starbucks is a huge plus.
