I called to have deadbolts put on my doors to my new house and they came out within about an hour and gave me an estimate. We agreed to go ahead and have it done and within an hour or so they came back and had the job done quickly so I could have a little more peace of mind. My fiance and I got locked out of the house. We called him and he answered right away. He got there within 10-15 minutes. We asked how much he charged over the phone and when he took a look at our lock. He never answered with a dollar amount. He got the door open right away and we went inside. Thanked him and again, asked how much it was going to be. Asked us what we did for a living. Finally answered with his service fee costing $65. Gave him the money and he went to go give us change. Came back and said he only charged us $55. Seemed like a nice guy.

I ran into a really horrible situation on date gone wrong. Guy arrived in 5 mins and got me into my truck because the door lock broke and could tell situation wasn't ok. Waited for me to be able to get in my truck and leave to make sure I was safe. I appreciate it so so much! I felt safe and was so happy they got there so fast. My 11 year old accidently locked my keys in my trunk... on a Saturday. I'm from out of state so to say I was panicking is an understatement. We tried everything to get into the car ourselves to no avail. I finally called and they were out quickly to assist. The gentleman was kind and managed to get in and fish them out through the opening in the backseat. I am so pleased with the service and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend them.
