I got locked out of my International Scout ll, and it’s a difficult lock to pop due to the angles with the custom roll bar installed. I’m new to Jackson and called the first locksmith number I found. Kent came very quickly and rescued us. He’s fast, very reasonable and an extremely nice guy. I’ll definitely use him again, especially for the variety of lock options he can install on homes/condos. Super nice guy and a great experience.

Lost the key to my Jeep and everyone in town said All Access is the only company with the technology to be able to make a new one. First time I called Kent answered and asked for make model and year and said he would give me a call back soon. I never received a call back so I continued to call over the course of a week. I either left a message or he would answer and ask the same questions then say he would call me back, which never happened. A call back would have been nice.
