Often when the locks on your house or car are going bad, it is really the crappy keys you had made at Home Depot. Don’t use WD-40 they have something better. These guy do chipped keys way cheaper than dealer ships.

I called this establishment at 3:55p on 02/27. I gave the employee my year/make/model and asked if he could program a key that needed to be programmed, NOT cloned, and for which I had a chipped key. The employee promptly quoted me a price. When I asked if he could program two keys for that price--because the dealership told me that they would not charge me to program a second key because it didn't much additional work for two keys as it did one--the guy got excited and said, "WELL GO TO THE DEALER THEN! GO TO THE DEALER!" If you want a guy who's going to get irate when you ask him to match a price, this is the place for you.

Do you need a lock, safe, or a key made? This is the place to go. Service is quick and friendly. I needed a laser cut key for a car for. It took 10 minutes. Other places wanted to make appointments. The store is facing Greenfield, but go around the building and enter from the larger parking area off the alley. The entire wall behind the long counter is full of key blanks! Impressive. But more importantly, there are sufficient staff to handle customers, so no wasted time. This has just become my go-to store for security needs.

Been emailing Kyle off and on for 2 weeks because I just bought a used car with NO key fob. Asked Kyle questions with him always answering me back promptly, because this was the first time ever I had a car with a key fob!! Had to buy my fob online (import) due to the HIGH cost a dealer wants! Got my fob, went to Kyle and he programmed my fob in 5 minutes! Overall I saved almost $150 going to a locksmith than a dealer!!! Thanks Kyle!!

I had Greg as the mechanic. He was excellent and efficient. Seemed honest and only fixed what needed fixing--didn't try to sell me something more than I needed. (I had two locks that I needed replaced and made to work off one key). So from purely a service and mechanic perspective--EXCELLENT. The cost...that was a bit of a surprise. $160 for two lock cores to be replaced. $60 for the trip charge and that charge is in addition to anything else being done. So because of cost, I had to dial back my rating. I should mention that I called for an appointment and they came within an hour--and not a rush fee. Loved the quick response--would hate to know what a rush/emergency fee is.

These guys are really good. Had some challenging keys for a special lock that I needed copies of. They were able to come up with a way to modify some different blanks and make it work. Fast, friendly service to get keys copied. Took seconds per key instead of the lengthy time I usually encounter at hardware stores or kiosks. Also they were able to do keys that I couldn't get done anywhere else. Awesome service!

Great prices, can cut/copy virtually any key. Can make barrel keys, motorcycle keys (even Harley Davidson) also chip keys. Honda keys at the dealership are expensive and Whitlow's can make them cheaper. Around $20.00 cheaper. I would sooner go here than anywhere else if I needed a copy of a key. Also they have all sorts of locks and security products.

They do the bare minimum so that they can keep coming back to charge you more and more and more. Beware.....talk to a locksmith that knows the lock you have and doesn't do temporary fixes and also find one that asks you questions about your lock! Unprofessional and expensive!
