Second experience with this business. Couple of years ago, our commercial door lock broke, they responded promptly, fixed the door and helped correct a sticking problem. Great service, fair price. Great service and staff. My particular situation involved a key that decided to snap in half while in the door lock of my older model vehicle. After contacting the gentleman at the business he said that I would have to "fish out" the broken half of the key from said lock. After using a hemostat and some patience, my girlfriend was able to retrieve it from said lock. So I took the two separate pieces to this business, initially dubious that they would be able to make a copy that would work in my ignition. After 5 minutes and $3.00 ( approximately) I walked out with a new key that works wonderfully. They really saved my bacon, and kept my vehicle from becoming a giant paperweight or a victim of dealership labor that would have involved a tow and new ignition switch. Absolutely recommend this business over getting a key made at Walmart (they cant make a copy of a key if it is broken) or a self service machine.

Had Tim out to change the locks on a home we just purchased. He was knowledgeable, quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. He installed 2 new locks and re-keyed 3 other locks. Plus he gave an excellent tutorial on the digital locks we had him install. I would highly recommend these guys.
