I locked my keys in my car. Tried using a metal coat hanger but it didn't work so I called popalock. The estimated time was 25 minutes and the tech. got here on time. Very fast and he was able to open my car door in less than 2 minutes! Reasonable price and totally worth it!

Called for help to unlock my car. Wouldn't come out until I prepaid. Hard to pre-pay with my purse locked in my car. Local locksmith helped me within minutes.....and I was able to pay him right at the scene.

Matt from Pop-A-Lock was outstanding! When I first called they said they couldnt drive to hortonville from Appleton to help me. (Turns out it was the switchboard for pop a lock from the South) About 20 minutes later Matt called and apologized and said he had no problem coming out to help. He was here within 30 minutes, had my car unlocked in less than 1. Extremely reasonable pricing at less than $70. Would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks again Matt!

A pop a lock driver just cut me off on Capitol Dr. near Richmond St. as I was driving west in the lane he decided to come up beside me in the bike lane , I guess going a little over the speed limit on a sunny afternoon is not good enough- I hope he or she got to their location a minute sooner than they would have not driving like a jerk.

We had communication errors on our part, which caused Matt to have to respond during a busy time of the day, short notice. Hubs changed the ignition and forgot to get new keys for doors. I happened to be the one getting locked out. Matt came out quickly and made new keys and unlocked the doors for me. Key broke on my car called them while stranded at a park and got the call from the locksmith got a qoute of $110 then hung up on me my mom called and the guy straight up told her eh i don't want to do it its Friday and I'm young that's why i quoted 110 dollars then i tried calling the Appleton office and kept getting hung up on don't use pop a lock rude and unprofessional

Was locked out of my car. The most frustrating day. So I did what any normal person would do I googled locksmiths in my area, they are the only one I could find that were 24 hours. I called the number, the dispatcher was very kind I was given 20 minutes. The Tech arrived on the scene 10 minutes early!!!! Very friendly and polite. Opened my car like that. I didn't have any cash on me Tech says"no problem we accept cards." Wonderful service!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend this to anyone.

I had locked my keys in my vehicle and ended up calling the police department to unlock my door. After 20 minutes we were about to give up, when a Pop A Lock Lady just happened to be driving by. Pulled in the parking lot and offered her help. She got it unlocked in about 10 minuets!! She was very nice! They were super helpful. It was New Years Eve and we have a long narrow driveway. 3 working cars were ahead of the 4th vehicle that the ignition went out of. So we were blocked in. The owner of the company walked us through what to do and we were able to start the stranded vehicle. We are super appreciative that they took the time to help us. They were more interested in helping us out of our situation than making a quick buck. You dont find many companies like this these days. We highly recommend Pop-A-Lock!! ☺

Called a couple locksmiths and nobody could provide service in the small town where we were on a Sunday. Pop a Lock was able to help and was there in just a few hours. Called them on a Saturday afternoon and someone named Gary said that someone would be there in 50 minutes. We waited for an hour and a half in the heat before we called back and were notified that nobody was able to come help us because nobody was on duty near us. We could have spent that hour and a half looking for other reliable locksmiths. Would NOT Recommend

I had bought a $17 Master Lock from Home Depot that says you cannot use the bolt cutters and is basically theft proof and lost the key the first number I found today for locksmiths was Pop-A-Lock and the price was reasonable and they were there within an hour he tried picking it for about 20 minutes I've then seen him break out the biggest Bolt cutters you can buy and I told him don't do it he broke his bolt cutters we then had to cut the lock in half I would definitely recommend this company if I ever know someone who need anything done in the future over and over again thanks again tom...

After a vacation to visit family over Christmas, our car broke down on the way home so we had to leave our vehicle somewhere else and use a loaner vehicle because its a shot engine so it will take awhile to get fixed, as well as, pay for. We unfortunately didn’t grab our garage door opener from our car, but luckily we had our house keys. When we arrived home after our 12 hour trip (normally 8 hour) we had keys, but unfortunately no key for the storm door so we tried contacting our landlord with no answer. Our next option was a locksmith. Called Pop-a-lock and she was very quick. When she arrived she unlocked the storm door very quickly, but my keys only locked one of the 2 inner locks. She attempted unlocking the deadbolt with no luck, so she called a business partner. They both tried unlocking this deadbolt and even tried getting our garage door open for 2 hours! Still no luck, finally our landlord messaged us and asked if we made it in yet. She showed up with the keys and we made it in. The pop-a-lock employees went above and beyond and switched out our locks so that one key works for the the door handle lock and the deadbolt. They only charged us for the one lock they were able to unlock and not the additional 2 hours they were here. I couldn’t believe it. This kind of service needed to be reviewed which is why I’m telling my story. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you Pop-a-lock for your amazing service, especially after a long, horrible day.
